Location was too good,breakfast is nice and room was comfortable, very nice and lot of rooms, can have almirahs or wardrobe

I like that the staff was friendly and respectful. The apartment didn’t have a hair dryer which I think is the essential thing for hotel rooms. But the worst thing was that the room was inhibited with cockroaches. Lots of them show up at night. On the floor, on the walls, in the bed. It was terrible. I could not feel safe when I was trying to sleep. Just like in a horror movie. Moreover, the bed sheets were not clean.

We had a comfortable room which offered great views across Jakarta. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was good too - with a selection of options to choose from. There's also a bar with separate seating where you can relax in air-conditioned comfort after exploring. The place is looking a little 'tired' but that's more decorative than anything else. The safe in our room didn't work, which was inconvenient, but no biggie. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it.

Very good locatoin, bus transport nearby, restaurants and shop within one minute walk, very clean room witha a perfect view on the city, delicious breakfasts.

Everything feels homey here since we often come here; the staff is friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable. Sometimes there are small cockroaches, but it's not a problem, though.

I do realize that actually i take the wrong decision to stay here, but in fact, i get the most wanted to stay i.e the food is good, the bed is comfy and clean every day, so i guess next time will take this hotel for stay longer with our team. As I mention that we do expecting to stay on top of supermarket for clothes food etc, but we found out the other market and shops, but nice to stay here.
