I love the dispenser availability along the aisle of room for water refill Unfortunately, the shower room had been flooded...if it is possible, the sink hole need to be relocated

The restaurant downstairs was the only good thing about this place! Filthy place, wallpaper pealing off, spiders in corners, filthy carpets!! Very , very noisy, poor AC. We couldn’t wait to leave Jakarta! The dirty air made us both very sick! Nobody spoke English!!

The Hotel location in city Jakarta, near by hospital eazy to find the transporation and the reception friendly and help fully Need imporove your brekfast taste, and the car parking too small, access from the car parking to lobby must by stair. Overall good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Furthermore was the room very big. The room itself was not clean. It looked like the carpet had not been cleaned in months, nevertheless was there a dead cockroach in the corner. Moreover were there a lot of dirty spots in the carpet and the sheets of the bed. It did not look like the pictures and it was bad that it was so dirty. Lastly, apparently you could not smoke in this hotel however the moment we stepped out of the elevator you could smell the cigarettes. As well as in the room.

The location is near Jakarta heart center and on the main road, the breakfast is good and the room is spacious and clean Additional charges for breakfast must be paid in person and in cash. There is no option to charge in the room and by card.

The breakfast was excellent, wide variety of Indonesian food available. We got to experiment and eat our fill every morning. Especially loved the bubur ayam and bubur ketam hicam We actually stayed here twice, with a two day break in between our stay. The hotel was kind enough to offer luggage storage for our bulky luggage, and surprised us with a room upgrade upon our second arrival!! The best surprise after a long journey. The staff were diligent, helpful, and always did their best to meet our needs. One person especially AARIE FAHAD. Thank you very much. The rooms were huge, comfortable, and offer reliable hot water at the scheduled times. Fridge and Kettle in all rooms. The hotel is a central location, only about a 15min to 20 min taxi ride to most tourist places in Central Jakarta, as well as markets like Pesar Tanah Abang. Small supermarket available 5 metres away from the hotel. Interesting local life and markets in the backroads/alleys just by walking behind the hotel, and plenty of streetfood closely available. Walking distance to UI Salemba campus. I would come back any time to this hotel if I come to Jakarta. Thank you Hotel Balairung team for taking excellent care of us. Nothing, some small T&C in the corridors, but otherwise nothing else.
