Super OYO Townhouse 1 Hotel Salemba

Area was difficult to get in and out with very slow moving traffic, took 1hour just to get to a place i wanted to go which was 5km away. No toilet roll or tissues, towels smelt bad, to cup in room, when requested so that i can make my own coffee, the kettle did not work.

Location and hot shower The hotel and room are super dingy. Everything is broken. They also didn't provide me with towel and amenities until I asked the next day.

The price too high Room not maintained well No towel and no bathmat Bed dirty,many dust it look like didn't change

The robot delivering ur food order At first our flight got delayed and we arrived in jakarta 10 pm we alr informed we will arrived at 8pm before but then the staff informed us that our room was cancelled but booking in the app still on , i have to rebook again for extra 100k difference from the previous booking , and our room was hot the ac is not cold , but the day after they manage to change our room.

Extremely dirty

The room is big, the location is in a strategic area, and the staff are nice. When I came, the floor was dirty. They only give towels without soap or shampoo. Actually, I like the hotel because of the location and the large rooms, but they don't maintain the rooms. Because all the stuff is old, like the bed cover, which is not white anymore and has stains. The wall is also dirty. I also didn't get a cabinet to put our clothes in.

So, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave me the key of room number 211. When I went to the room, there were already other guests (women) in the room. The women screamed because they were shocked someone else had the key trying to open the door. I was also shocked there were people in the room. The receptionist needs to be more careful next time.

quite huge spacious room !! has Tea maker, hair drier, even a grill ! reading table, a three seater sofa, a wardrobe, nice floor, clean curtain ! big wall Tv! quite huge lobby clean and charmingly lighted and decorated ! could not imagine how all these could be accommodated with this little rent of only 20 Canadian dollars today ! it’s quite amazing !! I liked it overall

Far from center

It had somewhere to fill up a water bottle and a vending machine downstairs This hotel is a joke. On booking this hotel, I had booked the previous day to my flight landing and the following 2 days, I was landing just before midnight and saw that they had written 24 hour reception service on their description. On booking, in the special request section explained that my flight lands just before midnight but I've paid for the previous night so that the room is available for the time that I have lant jided, I wanted to double check someone will be available to give the room keys, I received an automated reply that dn't answer any of my questions I then went back onto booking.com to add my specific check in and check out times. Following this I wrote directly to the property re explaining the situation, confirming my room and mentioning that I will be on a very long flight (22hrs) so I may be difficult to contact. I reassured and stared that I don't have any other room arranged elsewhere so will be coming in the early hours. (Since the ro was bookable and it said 24 hour front desk) I honestly didn't think there would be a problem. I also WhatsApped the company in response to an automated message they sent me, I also called them 3 times for them to confirm. Anyway I turned up to the hotel for them to tell me they cancelled my booking. They said they didn't know why, they also showed me on their work iPad all my WhatsApps messages and call. After trying to find out why (which we never found out) and half an hour of debating they. I asked if they had rooms available and they offered me the same room at a higher price. It was 2.30am and I'd been on a 22hr flight. I just needed a place for the night so I paid. I went to the room and the room was very visibly dirty, the front desk guy came up to give me some paperwork and I showed him someone's left over dinner on the floor, in plain sight, not even in a corner or under the bed, he picked up the discarded chicken bones and left overs.

The bed sheets aren't clean. I complained and the staff stated that their laundry is usually not clean (how can you say this to your customer). I was moved 3x to different rooms. The first room was a non-smoking room, but it smelled like previous guests smoked there before. The second room's bed sheet and pillow cover ARE WET AND NOT CLEAN (you can smell it). Then they moved me to another room, in the first 30 min the electricity went out and after that, the air conditioner was leaking the whole night.

Cheap, friendly staff 1) In Booking.com it stated there is a fridge in the room. There are no fridges. Please amend the Booking.com information. 2) The hotel could easily put a coin-op laundry in. There is no where to do laundry in the vicinity 3) The room was not cleaned properly. Under the bed was a lot of rubbish.
