I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Matraman Jakarta for two weeks on Business. In my opinion, the breakfast menu ought to be changed a little bit to offer a larger variety of items.

Exceptional service, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Can be noisy due to loud bikes during weekend nights.

Breakfast wasn't to the standards like we had in Holiday Inn Malaysia. Only Indonesian food doesn't accommodate visitors from other regions. Rooms were provided with faded towels that looked dirty or like rags.

The breakfast was ok, location is particularly convenient for me to go to the office the next day. It was a good place to heal. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was superb because of one thing, Dove body wash/ handwash, they made such a good deal to have that in the bathroom. I was looking for the same brand for home and can not find it. Apparently it is available only in Phillipines. It SMELLS AWESOME. Parking spot for motorbike could be improved. Receptionist hospitality could be improved.

I suggest the restaurant should have more food selection. The house fly shouldn't be seen around the table during breakfasts and at anytime. Thank you
