The hotel's location near Sudirman and the Citywalk shopping center was ideal. The hotel room met all our needs, and the daily visits to JimBARan were extremely enjoyable. Not applicable

All the food, including the free breakfast, was excellent. City walk mall is a short walk away and has even more restaurants.

This is an excellent, very large hotel. It is within walking distance of a mall and several office complexes. Since our meetings were mainly there it was all very handy. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, great views, and with large bathrooms. All in all it is pretty much what you would expect and also pay for. There isn't much to dislike at this price level but for the mattress which was on the hard side for me. But that's more a matter of preference than that there's anything wrong with this per se. Personally I find services like courtesy calls from staff to ask if I need anything and like the room a nuisance. Especially when I have actually indicated not to be disturbed (there's a button you can press for that which I would assume the system downstairs informs the staff also of).

We almost booked somewhere else but stumbled upon this gem—and I’m SO glad we did! This hotel was a quiet oasis and the perfect getaway for our family. The rooms were lovely and offered great amenities for the price. As a young family, we especially appreciated the thoughtful facilities like the pool and kids' area. While we’d love to see the kids' activity space expanded in the future, our little one still had a great time! The staff were another highlight—always welcoming, friendly, and truly seemed happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We’ll definitely be saving this place to return to again! While the breakfast and restaurant prices were fair for what was offered, we did find that the overall price of the food was on the higher side. Also, a small detail—but we noticed a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and ceiling fixtures. A quick polish on those little areas would really elevate the overall cleanliness.
