Excellent location in Jakarta Outdated, mouldy, odorous room and an extremely uncomfortable bed mattress. Lobby bar service was extremely poor with me being forgotten for 45 minutes hoping to order food when there were only 6 other patrons (already served) in Solo

The property itself is very beautiful and historic. The staff are very kind and the pool is beautiful. The pool is very nice. The cleanliness of the hotel room could be improved. A solid stay for the location but the cleanliness leaves more to be desired..

The hotel has been great - I have stayed for 3 weeks, because it is very well located in relation to the office where I worked. The room is nice and large, same goes for the desk. A little hick-up with the bathroom was promptly fixed. The best about the hotel is the incredibly friendly staff, starting at the reception (Ms. Tiwit, but also her colleagues), to everyone I met on corridors or facilities, and not least the room cleaning man - super friendly and polite, always generous, and helpful with any request I had. The pool is nice. The aircon was difficult to temperate - so when in the room, I had to alter between 'on', which was then quite cold, and 'off'. The gym, to which the hotel room gives access, as very well equipped - in principle, but many of the machines where out of order.
