Went to Jakarta for two nights to attend a concert, and this was the perfect place to stay near the city center on a budget. The bed was huge and comfy, with very comfortable pillows, with conveniently placed plugs and fast Wifi. Was not expecting the smart TV. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower, and I liked that the sink was placed outside. There was just enough closet space for one person, might have been more difficult for two. The breakfast buffet was good but lacked variety.

Breakfast is awesome. All the staff are helpful and friendly. They also try to provide help whenever you approach them. Good hotel it feels luxury.

I would like to express my huge thanks to Chef Sofian and the kitchen team for preparing such an authentic Indonesian dishes I had really missed those flavors for instance (Soto mie, Indomie corner, Bubur section, Bihun goreng and traditional herbal drinks) everything was so delicious! If I may share a small thought in mind, it would be nice to have a bit more space in the bathroom to place toiletries, as it felt a little limited. Moreover, some areas of the room, such as the wall paint, it could use a bit of maintenance just to keep the room’s well maintain appearance at its best.

Great Breakfast, Clean Hotel and Comfortable Beds

Im not into spicy food so that s the only thing i did not enjoy. I suggest food for general population be also served. However, i ordered salmon from dinjng bite size resto and it was perfect! Congrats???? Variety of food that caters variety pf people during breakfast buffet

Great location and nice modern rooms. The room is spacious and comfortable. They have very friendly and supportive staff. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of tasty food. The corridors can be extremely noisy since they echo really loud. The sink was too small and it's in the room, so I hated the mess it could cause. It was uncomfortable for me to even wash my face.

it is like a boutique hotel, simple but good. there was a fridge as well 1. No Body Wash - the bottle was literally empty 2. The landline did not work -- no connecting tone 3. wifi connection was awful -- could nt connect my laptop with wifi connection

Not too much. The breakfast was not fresh. I feared getting sick because of it, so I couldn't eat anything. The room and airconditioning were disgusting and had mold. Lastly, the staff was not helpful at all and gave us outrageous prices for a beer. They gave me the impression that we were being taken advantage of. Lastly, the beds were uncomfortable and the room was very, very small I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially for this money!

The location is central to tons of restaurants and less then 10-15 min walk from the local malls. The restaurant inside the hotel has a decent selection of menu items to eat from. The daily breakfast is really good and vegan or vegetarian-friendly. The pool table and board games are available for guest to use during their stay and the front desk staff are helpful with questions you may have. A laundry mat is right next door making it perfect for doing any clothes for long-term stay. Has a top floor outdoor patio to look down on the street. I would absolutely stay here again. Maybe having more vegan and vegetarian options on the menu selection for the restaurant in the hotel would be a plus for tourist who are not carnivores. Also offering taxi or transportation services and tour guide services would be an added benefit to guests.

There is a mosque 50m from the hotel, making it difficult to sleep when prayer starts every night.

Guling, billiard (150k IDR), air hockey, TV Everyone says the front desk woman is nice but she actually has a "quiet quitting" face ? when you ask anything of her. Bathroom is weird, water splashes everywhere and the toilet paper gets wet. Street view room is super bright and noisy at night, do not take it and ask for a different room instead. A lot of food is advertised with crab, but no crab is available. Cocktails costs 85k and is tiny. At some point, you don't want to enter the lobby because the staff makes you uncomfortable with their low-care attitude ? ? Staff doesn't know if someone paid so they force you to triple check with them if you paid a food bill. Staff seems to disappear and come back randomly so there's little communication between them. They keep saying to buy alcohol but it's really not good for the price. Breakfast gets boring after 1-2 days. Some warm food is empty and no refills at 8.30am. At least the coffee is good. I've been to 20+ hotels in Indonesia, this is the only place where they don't seem to truly care about people which is weird ? Doors of rooms are not soundproof, so you hear everyone outside and random people talking. The first room's lock didn't work and they didn't take it seriously until complaining multiple times. Second room had a very loud broken door lock when you opened and closed the door. Drain was filthy and full of hair and other stuff, so the shower and toilet ran full of water. We found a lot of hair from previous guests. Curtains only cover about 90% of the light outside.

They could not provide an invoice for the stay.

Strategic Location, comfortable bed and friendly staff especially the staff who were in charge of breakfast. It would have been great if hair dryer was provided at the room, so no need to call the receptionist, ( during my stay, it took a while and had to call two times until they delivered it to my room ).

it was great for the location, located in the city center which i could go to many good places by MRT. design was good both the hotel and the room, bedding cuper comfy. toilet and shower runs good. staff response were not satisfy, the TV located not in the center which not align with the bed position, i could use the tv but i couldnt use the entertainment feature, for this kind of price thats a bad judgment as i coud get this basic feature for any place around the location with the typical price. i sense unfavorable smells in the morning but i dont know where it come, as i check on the toilet no bad odour there, and when i came out the room i sense the same smell on the alley if you would like to have a peace full sleeping by the weekend evening, i bet you couldnt get it as the loud from the cafe below litterally clearly gets into the room. but yeah its help for the location which i could walk for 10 minutes away to the nearest MRT station.

Friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help us. The room we stayed was much smaller than I had expected. There was unpleasant swage smell while the air conditioner was running on the first day. I left a window open slightly to ventilate next day to reduce the odor.

The breakfast has a lot of options but overall is not that good
