The bathroom was dirty. Also the kettle was extremely dirty, but they changed it very fast with a new one. The rooms are also not very soundproof and was very noisy from the other rooms.

I reserved NON smoking room, but the room was used Smoking before. The room was still smells so bad and my belongings and clothing were affected badly.

What this hotel is missing is maybe a living room to sit down and socialize with other guests. They said they are building a gym for the future, that will be nice.

The room is clean. It is rare to get really clean and good-laundry-smelled towels these days in other hotels. The receptionist takes care our check in really well. The location is in the central of jakarta and close to the sites we had to go to. We stayed at room 521. Across our room is room 520 that might be used as a storage or something, so there's quite some noise.

there are stores and restaurants near the property we were three that stayed in the room (a child is with us). I asked for an extra towel. the ones we used were just replaced instead of giving us another one. We could have been asked if we wanted the towel for extra charge if it is not possible.

AC was weak. Room was smaller than expected.

Staff kept charging me wrong first for room service and then for laundry and kept saying it’s a mistake, if I hadn’t double checked myself they would just charge me high and extra. When I checked in my room the shower area was dirty and had yellow stains on the floor… I asked them to clean it up immediately but it was surprising that it was not clean even though it was a new room. The karaoke room ac wasn’t working when I wanted to go in and the staff wasn’t sure how the set up works. The breakfast variety wasn’t too great. I don’t know why they keep the ac in the lobby and elevator off, even if we were sitting in the lobby other than breakfast time, we had to sit in the heat which is absurd. The lobby area should be welcoming but with those conditions it was not. My bed wasn’t too comfortable as it was low from the middle. They should also provide at least one extra toilet paper roll in the toilet and also should have dustbin in the room (which I had to ask for).

The property is suituable for 1 day stay only as the rooms are small and without a closet and has the minimum requirements for staying in a hotel…. Will not stay there again. Will be good if you are transiting only 1 day in Jakarta

Exceptional Great value for money. For this price point doubt whether you would find anything better. Location easy transport options to national monument and old Dutch area. Reception staff and house staff all very professional friendly and helpful. Super clean including corridors lift etc. I was so lucky to be given a corner room. Non smoking floor Room spacious clean with the usual very comfortable ibis bed and linens. Loved the glass bottled water provided. So much better than the ubiquitous plastic with all the microplastics in the water. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again Very highly recommended
