dirty sheet and worn out and we have to ask the staff to change everything, no hot water. and because its a budget hotel, even midnight you will hear people walking and screaming outside or sometimes moving their furniture. The housekeeping didnt clean the room propertly, there are rubbish and dust below the bed. they only provide 3 bathmat, they put 1 on the floor, and the other 2, they put on the wall ( assuming they want us to use it as bathtowel ) Luckily we only use at night, as we travel from morning to night.

Staff were kind but outside of that it was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. The room was old which was ok, after tours we finally lifted the sheets to find blood and obvious stains everywhere. At midnight we had to pack and move to a new room which was cockroach infested, hair was all over the bathroom floor and the sheets stained yet again. We requested a refund which still hasn’t been processed.

The hotel is in central Jakarta with everything just a short walk or a cheap taxi ride away The room was very dirty. Including the towels which felt like they hadn’t been cleaned ever.

The staffs were attentive and pleasent. Location is great! Free flow of drinking water at the corridor ?? The towels provided smelt really bad across 3 nights I stayed there eventhough it has been changed everyday. The shower drain was not cleaned properly leaving bad smell at the toilet. The photos are not as new as it seems and its a bit rundown. The corridor have this bad smell also.
