I also didn't appreciate them telling me at check in that if I was caught hanging out outside after 9 pm that I would be evicted without a refund since I am a grown woman and if I want to hang out at 3 am and smoke that is my proagative.Its a non smoking room supposedly but all I could smell was stale cigarettes with me being a smoker i should not have smelled cigarettes to the point i had to spray air freshener.

I had to check out an hour in because I had bugs crawling all over the bed. I do not do bedbugs or anything like that. I will be 100% getting my money back.

Very bad condition, I couldn’t stay after a day and had to move out. All my money wasted.

I saw at least 3 roaches in less than a hour of being in the room, the walls were poorly kept and had holes in them, and the floor felt just as gross as the dirty stained walls.

Unsafe area with sketchy people loitering outside. We left and booked another hotel directly through its phone number. I will never use hotels.com again. I no longer trust it.
