The only thing I liked was the price. They had a sign out saying they no longer served breakfast at that location. The room was not cleaned the way it should have been it smelled musty and we saw three Roches running around. There was mold in the bathroom and stains on the walls. Paint was coming off in the room and bathroom.

the kitchen had nothing to use for cooking. room was clean but had roaches. did'nt get much sleep from noise in room above me. I would not stay at this site again but will stay at another extended stay hotel

I had to wear two hoodies, a mask, and glasses just to feel somewhat protected. They clearly tried covering the smell with bleach, but the cigarette smoke completely overpowered it. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower after seeing a roach on the rag/towel provided. The sheets had stains and holes in them, the walls were dirty and dented up, and overall the entire place looked poorly maintained. I asked about switching rooms, but there was no staff available at night, which is honestly unbelievable for a hotel. When I called to report the issues, the lady on the phone acted like she didn’t care at all. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I do NOT recommend staying here unless they seriously fix the cleanliness, pest issues, and customer service. Never again.

Smell of cigarettes fills the entire facility. As soon as you walk in the room it smells HORRIBLE. And we seen at least 3 roaches within a minute of walking into the room. Needless to say we left immediately.

The experience was TERRIBLE !!!! First on check in did they did not have enough cards for room keys, unlocked entry to hotel, 2nd floor smelled so bad or cat/ urine, 3rd smelled of weed thoughtout, bugs seen in room and tv didnt work. Overall would NEVER recommend.

One word….Roaches!!! They were in and on everything. It was horrible.

Do not stay here at all actually there was water coming from underneath the floor when you walked in the bathroom and the toilet overflowed to the point we were walking in poop/pee water they moved us to another room that was infested with roaches

The room was dirty, very dingy, the remote didn’t work, the fridge was nasty just everything. The worst extended stay I have ever been at. I only stayed one night and got the refund back for the rest of my money. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve sent 2 separate tenants here to stay while I renovate their units. Both the tenants who stayed on separate occasions left early because of the roach problem. I called the front desk on both occasions and they basically told me to kick rocks. Never again!

The room key did not work so we were unable to leave the room or we would not be able to get back in. The tv didn’t work and the desk clerk was rude

The room had no bedding or tv at the time of check in. on the last day of the stay the room cards did not work and I was locked out of the building as well as my room for over 3 hours. causing a delay in the course I was teaching on line.

I ended up leaving for a different hotel. This place is not sanitary by any means. It was dark, humid, and smelled like cigarette smoke. As soon as we opened the room door, there were German roaches everywhere. The pictures on the site are definitely not from the actual hotel.

Late check-in went well and i appreciated it since my flight was delayed. The room, however, had a funky smell and the fridge was in pretty bad shape. It's a good thing i was tired because i was having trouble falling asleep due to the smell.

I made a mistake thinking it would be half as decent as Extended Stay America Premiere. To start it appears that the building use to be an apartment building turned into a hotel. Also seems like they have a contract to allow for homeless or displaced families to live there. It was very quiet and everyone was pleasant. BIGGEST issue is that there was a small infestation of roaches that were constantly being killed. Only ONE towel and washcloth given for 4 people. If you have to stay here then do what you have to do, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had to deal with in a hotel! We arrive late and there as no one at the desk! Finally when she did come down from the 3rd floor (asleep) she was very rude! The entire place reeks of odor! Once we got up to our room my husband had to keep playing with light switch to even get the lights on! The noises coming from the other rooms and the hallways was so loud we maybe for an hour of sleep all night! As soon as day break came we got up and left!

Last minute booking while traveling, exhausted and needed to sleep. Hotel smelled so awful of canibis. Many unsavory people in parking lot. No attendant to check us in waited 45 min and no 1 helped us. We had to leave to get different hotel.

The hotel had a strong odor when you enter. It was very off putting. There is also an $100 deposit if you're booking through 3rd party websites, like Expedia. This information should've advertised. Staff was not friendly.

This hotel has roaches. We didn't see them until middle of the night and we had no choice but to stay but we left real early. The property is not great and the people working were not that helpful.

Let me start by saying that the staff is very nice they accommodated us with an early unexpected check-in and they were very sweet however the area around here is probably one of the worst areas I've ever been to there were several hotels that were torn down and there's empty dilapidated parking lots and medical building on all sides of you the road to pull down to get to this hotel looks like you're pulling into a forgotten world there are very very sketchy people who go in and out of the hotel at all hours of the night the hotel Decor overall is more of that of a hostel than an actual Hotel our bedspread and I use that word very very Loosely was covered in some sort of oil stains with a big giant bleach stain on it of which housekeeping felt was appropriate to make a bed and have that be the first thing you see when you walked into the room I will try and post pictures the floor in the bathroom is so waterlogged that the fake peel and stick tiles are popping up off the floor when I say we could not wait to leave this hotel we were up at the crack of dawn to check out to get out of this hotel the night before we took three Ubers just to get out of the area and the hotel each Uber driver asked us what are you doing here why are you at this hotel we were definitely catfished by the pictures online the line of residence looking to extend their stay or check out was horrifying the next day

This place was noisy. Doors slamming all night. People screaming, roaches on the wall. No carpet. My bed was on a metal frame. Cops in the parking lot. At one point I thought I heard gun shots .

There is no breakfast like it says and no breakfast to go bags...easy to get to 67 for a night so not bad 15 mins to cruise port.

This hotel is a complete dump. We would not have stayed if it hadn't been for the hurricane and nothing else was available. In fact, I'm not even sure it is a hotel because there are people living there. No smoking policy yet hallways and elevator smelled of pot. Room was supposed to have a microwave, but there was just a hole in the wall. They finally brought a microwave the second day. NOTHING is included and the listing on hotels.com doesn't mention that. Make sure you bring your own pots, plates, and utensils. The kitchen is completely BARE! They don't even provide a coffee maker. The floors are filthy and sticky. Saw a guy going to mop and the water he was using to clean with was completely black. Door hinge was broken, bathroom sink was falling off the wall, and mold everywhere in the bathroom. Room was supposed to have a couch, but there wasn't even room for it. The best part was checkout because we got to leave - although they did try to bribe us with snacks to leave a review. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Bad check in experience, customer service was basically non-existent, called # on front desk, clerk came up with one eye closed, hair disheveled and saying: "I'm so tired" I wanted to say: "Why did you take this shift?". Water pressure in the shower was so weak, I heard someone snoring (through the wall) all night from the room next to mine. The website said breakfast included, but there was none, very disappointing experience :( I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Stay was cool room had to be changed because the first one didn't have a tv, than ac went out half way through the night, microwave didn't work. Even with all this I still give 3 stars I understand things happen and I would still return as I slept like a baby and the front desk was helpful

The floors were dirty. My feet were black after getting out of shower and walking to the bed. Website says weekly room cleaning but front desk says bi-weekly. No one is ever at front desk to respond to service requests and when you do call, they say they will add the request to the board. 2/3 days later, it is addressed. Also my phone was not operational in my room. So the front desk could not call to tell me when my room would be cleaned. I would not recommend this place to stay.

Maybe I’m tired every time I’m checking in but I’ll wait for over ten (10) minutes before someone comes to the window upset asking “can I help you?” Get to the ones room to be slammed with Lavender Fabuloso; there goes my sinuses. I think the final straw are the roaches, seriously.

Once one gets over the attitude of the representative that checked you in, you have to deal with the property; it’s ran down. The cleaners cover the old sent with Lavender Fabaloso and there goes my sinuses. It’s the closet to work, so another week.

The pay at the front was horribly rude and didn't like her job obviously and was rolling her eyes and the room was filthy. Had to wear my clothes to sleep in and wouldn't even use the bath to shower in. The vending machines were all broken and had to bring my own noodles and had no utensils even. I accidently locked myself out at 3 something in the morning. There was no one to assist with getting another key. I called customer service and was told I had to wait until the office opened at 9am. I had to sleep in my car until then. There's no security. No maint no front desk help after hours. I was afraid of beingraped and robbed so i just prayed until morning. The staff all seem extremely unhappy and they're not FRONT desk friendly at all, even the house keeper looks sad. They need their pay, benefits, or bonuses upgraded. Then maybe they're willing to provide a more pleasant interaction with those spending their money to stay here.

Waited for over five minutes before the receptionist acknowledged I am standing, waiting to be checked-in. I was checked-in to a dirty room and the one I got had a pertinent "old" smell. Was up from 4am so I prep myself and went to sleep.

I've never had such a bad experience with hotels. We ordered 2 hotel rooms. Came in at 10:30pm, no one was there to greet us. Had to call someone to get us checked in. Whoever we called, was not a happy camper. She was not happy to be there for sure. This place smelled like weed. 1 room had a cockroach, the shades were broken, and the sink was filthy. The other room, we couldnt get the lights on and had to call the lady again. There was a group of people outside behind the hotel with LOUD music and were having their own little party. To me it seemed like the employee was a part of it and thats why she was annoyed at being interrupted by us. We were leaving at 8:00a.m., no one was there to check us out. We ended up just leaving our keys at the desk, just like that. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The property isn’t as new as lit looks in the picture. The room could’ve used a good deep clean. There wasn’t hot water in the shower. The vent fan in the bathroom was very loud. Lousy bed.

Stayed for almost a month and it was very clean and the employees for very kind and respectful and went above and beyond to meet any needs i would refer anyone to this hotel

The too Had an odor that was unbearable and they had to come in and open window and spray freshener because no more rooms were available. Killed 5 German roaches too. Never stay there again. Heather the clerk was absolutely awesome and she needs to go to a more upgraded hotel with her hospitality skills. But the pest control people need to rent that hotel. Germans are hard to get rid of.

The property was obviously a homeless shelter there were cockroaches running rampant in our bathroom I killed four of them myself and I was afraid to sleep in the bed because if there's that many cockroaches what else is living there when you're driving up to the property there's rubbish along the road wet dirty recliners laying along the street. If we would have had another option we would have done it and just gave up the $90 we paid for the room

Check-in was horrible, receptionist was rude and seemed to be bothered that I had to check in at 6pm which is "dinner time". The room was a non smoking room but smelled like a smoking room and the roaches were everywhere! Luckily it was just a work trip that I just needed a place to lay my head at. I didn't sleep well and wanted to get out of there so fast!

Had reservations for 14 days after one night we checked out. Had roaches as soon after the lights turned off they came out all over the place. Could not sleep, went to CVS for bug spray, called management they did nothing about it, sorry to say it was sad.

I asked for nonsmoking room the romm smelled like cigarettes and when i arrived they said i didn't have a reservation so i had to book another directly from hotel i also contracted Expedia about it yesterday and they couldn't find where i had a reservation Expedia's customer services has come to a 0 in my opinion and I'll be looking for another option for my bookings from now on yall don't value your customers and it's a shme tht i can't pick up the phone a call to have an issues resolved

Dirty, amenities had to be paid for separately and nothing was on website to describe it, $30 for a pot, spoon and spatula? $15 for 1 plate cup fork spoon and knife?, cockroaches. Never again!

I mistakenly booked a smoking room so I asked the clerk if I could move he said he didn’t have any rooms but I could check out early and he would refund me for the days I didn’t use which we 5 days… after I packed me and my 3 kids up he then said I he wasn’t able to give me a refund and refused to give me my room back… basically robbing me a single mother for days I didn’t use… like if I couldn’t get a refund on days I didn’t stay why would you say I could… I’m still waiting on my refund from the 18th!!!

Let's get to the room. 2 washcloths and 2 towels. NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. If you want more towels, like normal people do, you must take your used towels to the front desk to exchange them for "fresh" towels. I use the word "fresh" lightly. Did I mention you have to take your trash outside to the dumpster yourself? I wish I could say this was the worst part. The roaches were non-stop. There is no way this place has ever sprayed for insects. This is insane. If you do not provide daily housekeeping and people have food in their rooms, what do you expect to happen. It was so bad, a roach crawled on the bed. That was it. We could not stay. We left, turned in the keys, and even informed Matt (the front desk clerk) that the roaches were ridiculous. He simply shrugged his shoulders. I cannot sit idly by and not inform the state of the unsanitary condition of this place. If our room had an infestation (there were MANY roaches), I know the connecting rooms had to experience the same. While we were not expecting the 4 star experience, this was absolutely, unacceptable. I have travelled extensively. Domestically and abroad. I have NEVER been in a hotel/suite, that made me leave, prior to check out, even though it was paid. CHANGES MUST BE MADE

Room had not been cleaned when we got our room at 6PM. It looked like someone was staying in it. The front desk immediately called to have our room cleaned while we went to supper. It did appear that this hotel has many residents who live there.

Check in was nice and swift. Rep had my info and all done and waiting on me. That was impressive! The issue was the room and it was infested with roaches! As soon as we stepped inside we killed way more than 10 roaches before we even put Our bags down. Which we never opened in the room. Roaches Coming out of everywhere. We drove all night and if not for that and room non refundable and all hotels no vacany we would’ve definitely left. Very uncomfortable all night due to roaches crawling on top of ceiling/down the walls/and all around the headboard. Rough night. The room Didn’t feel clean at all. I wanted to speak to the agent on duty when I checked out but he was very busy and I had to leave.

No frills hotel close to the Jacksonville airport. Main issues were proximity to I95 and hearing road noise all night. Also there were small bugs in the room perhaps some baby roaches and small beetles. Room is an efficiency with a large fridge and two stove burners which would be nice for a longer stay. I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or get freaked out at the sight of bugs.

Awful!!! We arrived and checked in. We were thankfully offered a non-smoking room despite accidentally choosing a smoking room. When we arrived to our room within 3 minutes we had to kill 6 roaches… we left for dinner and came back to MORE including BABIES all over the floor. I went down to the lobby as quick and possible to complain where the lady in the lobby was not surprised at all and hardly apologetic. She offered us another room on their “best floor”. Thankfully it didn’t have roaches but it smelled AWFUL and felt so dirty. We just wanted our money back and to leave which we weren’t offered at all…. We cut our losses and left the second night and called it a loss. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
