Hard to get to a comfortable temperature

Staff was amazing. Very nice hotel, good breakfast.

The hotel and location were good. Check-in was a little disappointing as we requested a top floor room and they said none were available. The breakfast was good and Elkie was great, she went above and beyond.

This is a new hotel, so everything is still fresh and clean. It’s located right off the interstate and close to many fast food and restaurant choices. The staff were helpful, and a couple of them were even extremely friendly. I loved the kitchen staff (Elke was amazing). The breakfasts were varied and always stocked. I extended my stay since I was in the area searching for a home. It was definitely the right choice. There is a pool and free Wi-Fi. If you’re on the back side of the hotel, you may even catch a softball game from your window! And, there’s an adorable water feature at the front entrance with ceramic turtles bathing in a waterfall. The kids will love it (And some adults, too!!). I highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived late and will welcome immediately. Desk staff was excellent and answered all the questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is tastefully decorated with a baseball theme, we enjoyed that as fans of baseball. Staff was friendly. Breakfast employee quit the morning we were there but the lady taking over for her was friendly and asked if we needed help with anything. Overall, comfortable stay. Pool had a total of 5 chairs and breakfast was limited compared to other hotels we've stayed at recently. Would hope this hotel adds a few small extras over time, especially more seating at the pool.

Chose this hotel based on the good reviews but was disappointed. This hotel is apparently next to a sports complex so it is over run with kids without supervision while their parents drink, overtaking the common area particularly the pool. There wasn’t room to use the pool at all and it was very noisy. I will say the staff are wonderful and kind. They encouraged us to reach out if it was noisy after 10pm as they had already warned the families about quiet hours. Their warning worked at night, but we were woken by about an hour of what sounded like children running directly above us bright and early around 6:30am until 8am and were unable to sleep. For the record, we were traveling with our young daughter, so we aren’t new to kids being kids, but personally, I would not stay here again given poor noise dampening between rooms and the culture of traveling sports teams with kids running around unsupervised. We were already checked in on arrival (apparently you can reserve a nonrefundable room with La Quinta but they will overbook it don’t check in early and you’re out a room - terrible business practice). Beds advertised as Queen were actually double, so I had to sleep with my daughter. Sheets were exceptionally scratchy. Poor night sleep, breakfast was ok but overall will not be staying La Quinta again due to poor construction and poor business practices (paid for queen beds, got doubles; staff has to give us an assist just so we wouldn’t lose our room).

Property was new. Clean,friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We will probably stay there on our way back from our trip!

Beautiful new property. Rooms are impeccably cleaning and very comfortable. The beds are great, and the sheets are the softest ever. Love the hardwood floors in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was over the top accommodating. If you are arriving late, make sure you call ahead. I did call ahead and they still almost gave away my room thus downgrading me to two queens when I booked a king. They eventually fixed it. This hotel does accept pets with a fee, so keep that in mind. Make sure you have the correct address plugged in for GPS or it'll take you to the old La Quinta. Otherwise, I can't recommend this place enough! Great job, Wyndham.

Very gracious breakfast serving lady. She went out of her way to meet our needs. We will remember this place on our next trip through.

Everything Nothing

With all that said, the beds were extremely comfy! The shower hot! The place was exceptionally clean! The wifi wasn't the best reliability, at times it would go out and we would have to re-do our login on their t.v. for Amazon and that was annoying, but accommodating. We also had with us one pet and one service animal. Their place for the dogs to go to the bathroom was pretty large but soggy and puddles everywhere as it was almost constant rain, we just walked our dogs up the parking lot to other areas. Totally good with that. Anyways, over all I give this place a 7.5 ?star rating. We stayed ar a time that the ribbon cutting ceremony was happening and the owner was there with his business partners/investors? and they were rude, including some of their wives. I had some run-in with some of them at breakfast hours. Not all, because there was one young women with two small boys and she was exceptionally nice! They should really consider the guests there and how it reflects the owner and the overall feel of the hotel, at least for us. I get it, they weren't Americans, but they are giving people a service and I would rather be at a place that has an amazing customer relations no matter what.

Their check in if you are wydham srewards member is best check-in I've experienced. It is excellent. Just walk in and they hand you the key. Great beds and pillows. Might sound funny but single heavy curtains has no daylight gap.
