Everything was great!! No issues checking in or during our stay

Wasn’t far from where we needed to be. Location had grocery store near as well as plenty of food places One elevator was down so the one elevator that did work was completely crammed full all the time. And it made horrible noises like it was going to break down as well

The room that we were assigned to could be used as an adjoining room, but the door leading to the room next door was closed off. We could hear our neighbors through that locked door so well it was almost like they were in the room with us.

The property was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast had gluten free options! Room 218 the shower would not drain you are taking a shower and the water is over your ankles. Hold down the handle on the toilet so it would flush. No coffee maker in the room. All usb charging ports will not work. We were there a year ago nothing changed. No clock in the room.

The quiet room The shower was moldy. We had to ask for more linens. There was not enough for two people.

The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms was very clean and smell clean. The bear was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful on anything that we needed. I would definitely stay again. There was nothing that I did not like about the place. They did an excellent job on everything.

You can't pay cash for snacks and drinks.

Room and staff were great. Breakfast was so-so at best. It includes pre-packaged warmed up egg product that is supposed to resemble a cheese omelet and an automated pancake machine that makes rubber pancakes. Both are barely edible but not appetizing. Coffee was not very good. If this is what ‘free breakfast’ (not free, I’m paying for it in the rack rate) has become, hotel should just move to continental pre-packaged stuff, call it a continental breakfast and drop $10-20 from the nightly rate. This kind of processed ‘food’ is one of the reasons the average person is at least 20-50lbs overweight. I’m going to find another hotel chain with an edible breakfast, if one still exists.

The front desk clerk was amazing! She did everything to try to resolve the issue I had with booking. I hate I didn’t get her name. She was working the afternoon of 12/20/25. The TV didn’t work properly and when we inquired about how to resolve the issue, maintenance told us they were all like that. I know this not to be true because we’ve stayed here many times.

The staff was super friendly. I was greeted upon arrival, offered a cold bottle of water, and the next morning the cleaning staff and everyone greeted and made conversation. I have never had that at a hotel stay. It was enjoyable and the room was nice, quiet, with room darkening shade, and a comfortable bed.

Room had mold. Tv didn't work and was unclean overall

The shower in particular was kind of nasty. One key card didn't work at all and the other one barely worked. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We got to the property a little early and the lady at the desk was less than helpful, so we left went for some food. Once we returned, the two gentlemen at the front desk were very curious and helpful. The woman at the front desk earlier could take some tips from the gentlemen. The property and amenities were great.

Great location, with good dining options nearby, love the patio sitting area with the gazebo, great staff on all shifts, will make it my hotel of chioce when staying in the area.

Property well kept. Quite. When breakfast is from a certain time to ending a certain time. All breakfast products should be available. Arrived with one hour left and no cinnamon rolls nor orange juice available. Told it was because they had only enough for the next day. Everything should be available during the breakfast hours.

Our shower in our first room did not work but we easily upgraded within the few hrs of check in to a bigger room with all working equipment. Overall our stay was great besides the sitting area outside stayed dirty due to other checked in guests with over flowing trash cans come morning.

The shower was dirty and a dirty washcloth was left in the dirty shower.

The stay, staff, and room were good. The shower was not. It appeared to be dirty, but I believe that it is a maintenance problem more than a cleaning issue.

It was conveniently located to places to eat.

There was kids running the hallways late into the night. Went to breakfast twice trying to eat and both times the food trays were empty. Room had a musty, previous smoker smell. My favorite was the used band aid left on the bathroom counter.

Even with a bunch of kid ball players there it was a pleasant stay rooms were quiet. Ample parking, lots of room for gatherings outside. Easy on easy off. Adequate breakfast for driving all day. Close to a distillery and winery.

This hotel is amazing and great location for where I wanted to be. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing is my room wasn't cleaned on day 1 so I think they just forgot but I was hoping to come back to a clean room and fresh towels.

My brother inlaw wanted a hot tub and I wished for internet, not just wifi, but we’ve not had those anywhere we stayed😉. Brother in law up early and said breakfast was really good. Would stay here again.

This motel was our half-way point on our trip, so we’ve stayed here 2x. Both were great. We only spent the nite, no activity required for us. A clean bed and room were all we needed. My bed wasn’t quite as comfy this time, room 219, other than that would just be sure u have enough towels as we only had 1 each.

Good stay; however, the hotel was short on staff for housekeeping which caused the room not to be serviced daily. The staff otherwise were professional, accommodating when needed, greeted customers pleasantly and offered assistance if or as needed.

My vehicle was vandalized and security cameras didnt work

The bed was comfortable but we were told no biscuits at breakfast because management was cutting back. Glad it’s our last night.

Could not get the points for downloading the app. Secondly book second night and when I returned to my room 517 the bed was unmade bathroom not cleaned. Room so bad I was placed in room 520 without compensation or apology. I wasted the 269.00 in One dollars booking this room.

Clean quiet hotel. Beds were soft enough for me (I dont like a hard bed). The front desk lady was very friendly and gave us a bag with snacks. Very easy on and off for I-40. Overall great hotel for travelers!

Excellent location! My family stayed here for a baseball tournament that was held within walking distance. (Did we walk - no - but we could have.) We had an extra teammate with us, and utilized the pullout sofa. The hotel had ran out of blankets, but offered a duvet cover for the use of the pullout. The second night, a blanket was available. No other issues than that! Breakfast was good. The suite was spacious enough for 4 people to have their own area to relax in. Very nice staff and attentive to their guests!

This hotel is very popular with childrens sports teams. The very loud pool party went on until 10pm. Then they came inside to run the halls. Very annoying if you have to work the next day. One of the 2 towels in our room was dirty so we had to share. The next day instead of fresh linens, we received a letter under the door that they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms. Front desk had a lot of attitude. Would not recommend staying here! Accumulated dirt around the edges shows this property is long overdue for a renovation, or maybe it's the lack of cleaning staff.

Trash at breakfast were over flowing and they stopped restocking breakfast at 0030

Only downer was False fire alarm going off at 9pm. Heard it had happened more than once, hate to have fire company think anther false alarm.

Nice and clean

Everything was wonderful. Check-in was smooth and the person who checked us in was very pleasant. Parking was convenient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was typical fare but a step up since it had two kinds of eggs and two kinds of sausage as well as biscuits and gravy and all of the expected cold items the day that we were there. There are no complaints at all. It really was a fantastic experience.

Driving up to the property it looked great. When we got inside our room we noticed it was "cleaned" but there was still hair and trash everywhere in the bathroom. The first morning we were at the hotel we were awakened by the police because 10ish cars were broken into and had windows busted out of them. I know the hotel is not responsible for this, but it might not have happened if they had proper lighting and some camera to deter thieves.

Bathroom condition was old and warm. Thin towels, minimum number of towels. Trash can in breakfast area full to overflowing at the start of breakfast.

Overall the property was beautiful and to be expected. However, we couldn’t even sit in the lobby for more than 5 minutes without being kicked out by the front desk staff. We specifically picked this hotel for us all to be able to hang out in the lobby area after a day’s work. I wouldn’t recommend if you have the same idea.

2) The worst thing - the microwave oven button options are written in a foreign language & none turned the oven on. None of the staff in the kitchen, front desk or maintenance had any idea how to resolve to heat my breakfast in my room. It looked like French in Tennessee USA! So frustrating & that's how I left the site.

Ladies at front desk so nice. Also in the Am when leaving housekeeping saw us leaving room and asked if the room and stay was nice. 3 rd floor young lady working around 9am. Saturday.

Bed comfortable. Clean overall but shower pan and door was a little moldy and old whereas everything else was updated. Also found a lot of hair in the shower drain.

The property is in need of some maintenance. There was a bag of trash in the hallway by the elevator the whole time we was there. The food on the breakfast buffet was not hot. Not enough towels in room, just to name a few.

Staff were very cordial and inviting. Hotel was clean. Could not get pillows for pullout sofa bed, no OJ even as an option at breakfast, they weren’t out of OJ, they had none. Breakfast option were poor, hockey puck biscuits and asphalt shingle sausage. I’m sure the bagels were fresh at some point, just not within 72 hrs of our stay. We paid $200 for one night, get us some pillows and some dang OJ. Gah. Also, I shouldn’t have to worry about dental work following breakfast. Fix it Holiday Inn ‘cause right now you’re Holiday OUT!

In the refrigerator and the bathroom was deplorable. Also did not have scramble eggs available at 9am and they serve until 9:30. Totally unhappy with our stay!

Nice staff, we stayed on the 2nd floor and the carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in some time and In our bathroom the shower was obvious that it had not been cleaned there was a tube of tooth paste in it a bar of used soap and shampoo splattered all over the shower wall, we were to tired to ask for a different room she our 12 hour drive.

I was in Jackson on business. The proximity to I-40 was great. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was as good as any I could have found in a restaurant - plenty selection, hot or cold. I will stay there next time through for sure.

It was a busy time checking in on top of a shift change, but both ladies worked to get all 4-5 of us checked in.

Great location for a quick stay while traveling, quiet and comfortable beds!! Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

The overall stay was good. We could tell the hotel was understaffed though. There were not any bedding items for the pull-out couch in the room. I had to ask the front desk for them and, after two trips, had some of the pieces, but never attained a full set. The room was generally clean, but the details were not done (i.e. carpet was not vacuumed). In the end it was a comfortable stay.

The room was clean there was evidence of wear on bed skirting. The clean staff was exceptional. The food served for breakfast was good. I was greeted upon entering.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only issue I noted was some worn carpet in my room, but everything else was just great.

We always stay here on our annual trip home. It has what we need and is easy access to I40.

Fresh and clean and friendly and welcoming staffs. Good experience to stay in the Holiday Inn.

The staff tried their best and offered points and possible night refund via Orbitz who we booked with. Today we got an email that we are being charged $20 and $70 for unknown services… not sure what is going on with these charges.
