Only the location is good and close to Taksim Square No rooms services, dust on beds and cigarete smell,we asked them to change bed covers.

Great and quiet location with an amazing view over the Bosphorus. Room was comfortable and modern. Staff were exceptional. There's a good little gym downstairs.

The most beautiful view from terrace which I have seen ❤️ we went to different rooftops and restaurants with view and were joking than our appartment view is unbeatable NA

The location is close both to Kabatash and to Taksim square. The design is modern, the reception staff is welcoming. The view on the 3rd floor was stunning. The bed is very comfortable. Nice size of the common area, kitchen is nicely outfitted, all appliances are in good working order, plenty of cutlery and dishes for guests. AC is not strong enough. Windows and curtains need cleaning. Pillows are too puffy and inflated (need to change them). The biggest issue is the bathrooms - small size, mold in the corners, bad smell of rot after some time with closed doors, low water pressure, sometimes no hot water.

The location and the staff There is no cleaning service and it gets bad after 2-3 days with kids. Nothing to clean up yourself as well

The staff were amazing and very supportive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. While the hotel came recommended, our stay in apartment 303 was disappointing. We encountered a few problems such as a defective door lock, weak air conditioning, poor internet connectivity, and cleaning that did not meet expected standards.

Great location! Conveniently located near public transport and Taksim square. There were 2 comfortable and full sized beds with 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen with many utensils. The staff was very helpful and kind. Coordinated our hotel transfers which were on time. Nothing

The location is great, a short walk from Taksim Square. The flat is lovely and decorated nicely, the washing machine was much needed, the bedding was comfortable. However, what made our stay delightful is the reception guy Ogn. He was very welcoming from day 1 and offered to support on any questions and recommendations, and he indeed delivered. We had a wonderful dinner recommendation on day 1, that we ended up eating there again, anytime we asked for assistance, he delivered which made us feel both welcomed and comfortable. Thank you The bathrooms could use a deep clean in some corners and some small renovation needed in few areas. However it was a comfortable stay.

Very warm reception, good location, and perfect room with a living room and kitchen for family or friend trips. The restaurant recommended by reception was exceptional. Will consider booking again.
