Perfect location (quite street for comfort yet 10 mins walking from either taksim square or the ferry port), clean rooms, nice helpful and friendly staff, nice partial view of bosphorus is a bonus :) Toilets: Water pressure low particularly for hot water, drainage particularly in sink was way too slow, leading water to building up in sink

Great location within 10 minutes walk of taksin square; and 10 minutes to T1 train or ferry to Asian side. Far enough away that rooms were quiet. Close enough to walk to good restaurants. T1 train makes it a quick trip to Old Istanbul. Chose the Bosphorus rooms. Beautiful calming views of the Bosphorus from room and balcony. We could sit on the balcony for hours. Rooms are spacious, clean and have wonderful bed linens. Special kudos to courteous Bert who gave us good advice and recommendations. Other members of the staff were also kind and friendly. We used the massage service. My masseuse was very good. Breakfast was plentiful but a bit dull. Adequate with hot items, fruit, vegetables and cheeses.

Breakfast was the nicest part of staying there.Also, Eyüp the staff was genuine when it comes to be helpful for what you needed. The staff at the front desk whose name was Taha, I believe. He was quite a rude person. When I asked a simple question on the phone, he directly reflected his negative attitude as if he doesn’t like being there to work. He shouldn’t do this job because he doesn’t know how to communicate as a front desk staff. When he even did upgrade my room due to the fully smoky room he placed me, he acted like he donated a huge funds to a charity in an arrogant way.
