Clean low budget room. Be sure to check your bank account for your deposit refund within 3 days. I had to call them as it was almost 10 days after checkout and I still didn't get my $50 refund. Once I called it appeared the next day.

We stay there every 2 weeks for our time together. I keep asking for down stairs and they give it to me because I’m handicap and can’t go up stairs

Went downstairs and asked about the cancellation policy due to all the issues and she asked if we would check out another room. This time downstairs and it's looked similar to the one on your website but definitely worn down. But at least the room seemed semi clean and honestly we were exhausted and had to be at work in an hour so we took it. Power went out for a couple hours the night before check outand they had no generator and my husband had insulin in the fridge. They refused to compensate at all, stating it's not their fault. We also had to pack to check out the following morning in the dark because the power went out again.

The rooms look nothing like the photos, this is the first time hotels.com gave a semi decent high rating for a place that I wouldn’t even give a 1 star to. The rooms are dingy, outdated and covered in stains. The customer service lady was extremely nice and accommodating but I would never willingly go back.

Staff was great. Rooms are super clean. Beds were better than expected. Was way better than expected for the price we paid. If you are just looking for a clean place to stay without paying for a bunch of stuff most people don’t use this is your place. Will stay again if ever in the area

The outside looked sketchy, but it was the opposite. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The property has plenty of surveillance cameras to make you feel safe. The rooms are updated and clean.

1st stay was excellent, 2nd stay not so much. It had nothing to do with the staff nor the establishment. It’s always very clean and professional, but the commotion and the loudness of other people staying there was out the roof! I noticed how many security cameras there are and it should be just common courtesy that at 3 am in the morning, most people are sleeping! Maybe if the people would know ahead of time what the rules are and I know there’s got to be a noise curfew there, then maybe they wouldn’t act up if they knew the consequences. I paid money too to have my peace and quiet and it obviously was out of control. Not only on a noise and disruptive level, but I would have to say on a safety and rude disregard for others was not normal. I believe there should some kind of penalties for bad behavior. Those are my sentiments but not everyone thinks like me. Other than that, I would probably stay there again!

The older male front desk gentleman was an amazing first “hello” to my stay. He truly made it worthwhile and I enjoyed our conversation and recommendations. The hotel itself was great value for the price and everything was clean. Would definitely visit and come again.

The gentleman clerk was so friendly and courteous! I had excellent customer service. I just wish the weather had been hot so I could enjoy the pool!! Very quiet No disturbances at all.

I have stayed here a couple times now, and it is quickly becoming my favorite hotel in town. Not only is a great bargain, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Not to mention the staff here have been amazing. It's really nice to find a business where the employees actually seem to genuinely care for their guests, not just try and fill rooms.

My stay was terrific. From the easy stress free booking and check in to the friendly staff. The room and lobby area was clean. The location is great with a convenient store within walking distance. During my check out I was asked how my stay was and many hotels do not ask that. Customer service is great.I will definitely be back!

The room was a little great

Initially upon arriving, I was confused by the tow away sign in the unloading area, after reading it, I understood it did not apply to me. The internal area landscape and pool are clean and maintained. You can tell they're in the remodel and improvement stage of upgrading their establishment. In the lobby area, some areas are new, whilst some furniture needs to be replaced. It's difficult to be harsh on this place as they truly are improving. As one who is accustomed to Hotels, I had to keep reminding myself that this is an Inn and does not have all the amenities of a hotel. It's designed however as a motel and give off the motel vibe, by how the property rooms are laid out in the same double floor access to outside. In either case, the room I was provided matches the newer renovated design as shown in the picture, and I'm grateful it was not the older picture layout. The room is fresh; the space is roomy for one person. The room included a microwave, and a hidden mini fridge. The bathroom vanity area is new and nicely designed. The bed is King sized and felt good to my back. The comforter was thick and heavy, which was perfect in keeping me warm while I kept the room cold in the summer heat. Some lobby staff are nicer than others and more personable which made it feel welcoming. In checking out, I was told that the deposit would be returned, when I called the next day, I was informed by same person that it takes 2-3 days, so keep that in mind. 4 out of 5 stars.

Older property, so furniture is pretty beat up. No coffee maker, but thankfully we were right by the donut shop. Its a decent value for the money.

Rooms were extremely clean and in very good order. My only negative was that the AC works just fine but seemed to be a bit under powered. Checkin was incredibly quick and easy. Same with the check out. Really quiet as well.

The hotel was very convenient to the family events that we were attending. It was a little off the beaten oath, but that made it pretty quiet. It was an older property, but maintained. There was no latch on the bathroom door, which was inconvenient. There was no coffeemaker and the only amenity was an outdoor pool, but it was very inexpensive, the beds were comfy and there was a strip mall right there and a gas station/convenience store right there. We were only there two nights and it worked fine for three adults.

I thought I was to only pay the Expedia price but they also charged me a 50.00 deposit fee on top off the 59.00 rooms fee

Overall it was decent for the price. We did not get to enjoy the pool. We did not get all the accommodations we asked for, but were on the bottom floor and the other couple was pretty close. We would stay again if we were in the area.

My only complaint is the floor. Wear house shoes.. If you need somewhere to just lay your head, I would recommend here.

I stayed for one night but the room was clean and I had no issues with staff.

Unsafe! My mom got assaulted. It was 9am and he was asking for cigarettes and then turned around and slapped my mom hard for no reason. Staff called the police but no ice was offered, no “sorry” nothing. Also hotel is super dirty. Would never stay here again.

All i can say is you get what you pay for... the AC kept turning off after an hour or so, because of that I never really got a good sleep had to wake up to turn it back on. The lamp had to have the cord a certain way to stay on but at least you got the sports channel.

Great place peaceful and next to two major freeways. It was a delight to see that the place has been renovated. Rooms are super clean and bathrooms count with everything new. Will definitely be staying here again.

I never checked in I did NOT AUTHORIZE this transaction. Im still fighting to get my $52.76 back its been over a month and nobody has reached out to me

we were going to be checking in late so I called the property sometime between 230 and 3 PM on the day of check-in and let them know. It would probably be midnight before we arrive. We ended up being later than that so I called them around 11:30 PM and let them know it was still gonna be a bit longer and they said our reservation had been canceled. They couldn’t tell me who canceled it, but it wasn’t me. It still showed active on Expedia. They were less than helpful. I had my three children and one of who is severely disabled in my husband who is a disabled veteran with me and they left us with no place to spend the night. After almost 2 hours on chat with Expedia and three different agents they put us in another hotel and the third agent, I spoke with at Expedia, the supervisor was amazing and found us another hotel last minute at almost 1 o’clock in the morning. So I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly enough….. the problem was all the weed and drugs that were going on in the back area where my room was located. You can also smell everything someone does in the bathroom next door. I was awoken to the smell of someone’s crap coming from another room.

My turtle is brown and slippery

When I was checked in they told me they require $50 dep. I did not see anything about a deposit when I was making the reservation. She's pretty rude and explain that it is their policy $50 deposit. I'll explain to her I said will that be fine if I was told that when I made the reservation I don't drive I got dropped off over here and now you're hitting me up for a deposit. According to her she said that Expedia knows about the deposit all I know is I did not see anything about a deposit. So it must have been in fine print or something. If a hotel requires a deposit you shouldn't be able to make the reservation without acknowledging that you're aware of the deposit requirement.

This was an economical place to stay and a convenient location; no breakfast; some renovating has been done but there was a huge cobweb in my room behind the door and only one of the two door locks was operational. The bathroom shower was very good with excellent water pressure and temperature. The reception staff members were efficient.I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I made a reservation online, the stay was for two nights, one king bed, 2 travelers, smoking (not a deal breaker but it was offered) although when we got there the lady was super nice and knowledgeable, but then they didn’t have the room i reserved. First ut was no king beds, then it was two queen, then it was king bed non smoking. What was the reservation for? The area looked a little sketchy, the side street had plenty of stuff happening there, but it was completely safe and we had no issues from anyone. The room was clean, bathroom was spotless, but the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom and would get stuck. We weren’t told about any renovations going on so the pounding and stomping and just noise all night long was a little aggravating. I was woke up at 230 am by someone upstairs literally building walls. All staff seemed to be great, but there are a few issues I would look into

My fiancé and I stay at this hotel every time I come down to Fort Worth from Oklahoma and we absolutely love how clean, friendly and quite the hotel and staff are. So quite my city fiancé has to play thunderstorms on his phone so he can sleep lol

I tried to check in and that lousy clerk wouldn’t let me due to a hidden charge THEY NEGLECTED MENTIONED was in the booking details. This hotel screwed me out of my money. Shawn is dirty scam artist along with that front clerk. This hotel scammed me!

The hot water did not work. When I told them they told me that it takes 20 minutes to get hot. What?

Did not have a handicap room available as requested. Had to swap room due to toilet not working, Second room bathroom door wood not close. Did not have adjacent rooms as requested.

Very clean rooms, staff is also great. Always helpful never have any issue when it comes to stayin here. Room service ladies are awesome a well. They come daily to check on us we get new sheets new towels all the things we need to stay confidently comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to all who reads this post.

This trip was my third time staying here, first time wasn’t all that great at no fault to the staff, second time was absolutely amazing with the room we had and this time was just as great.

It wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean either. In the king room there was no where to sit except on the bed. It had a whole half of the room empty. They need to put something like a couple chairs or a couch in that empty space. There was no where to hang up clothes. But I got what I paid for. So if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night it would be ok. But you will be disappointed if your their on vacation.

Drove in from Albuquerque and the evening desk clerk was an absolute gentleman, very informative and just a wonderful person to come across. Alone, because of him I will be coming back to stay at this hotel. The best way to end my long drive in.

Overall, it was all Right. Towels need to be replaced old Stained. Bathroom door needs to be Replace. Right off the freeway, which is nice parking lot lots of lights.
