    The rooms are dated which is OK as long as it doesn’t smells. There is a mini kitchen refrigerator worked fine but it’s rusted on the outside the fan/ ventilation over the stove is nonexistent. You just see wires. The bathroom had a moldy smell. The curtain by the window had mold on it . It was missing a couple of hooks to keep it all the way up and in place There is a smell to the room itself just smelled moldy the arm chair at least should be re-wrapped I never sat in it. I got sick from being there, and I didn’t even spend the whole time there. The gym is ok had no issues there.

    Check in was a hassle. I was told I couldn’t have a room to myself and that someone else had to be in the room with me and they would need to be here as well to scan their ID. I have never in my life heard of a hotel requiring 2 people in a room. After finally getting in the room, all of the light switches were worn out and hard to use and the room had a horrible stench. Staff was friendly but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place

    I love this property. I keep coming back for long stays. Never had a bad interaction with the staff. They’re all nice & helpful. Other occupants are super nice.     I walked in the room and walked right back out so I could check out. This place isn’t nice and doesn’t feel safe (to me). Staff was very nice and helpful though. The room and property is clean, but it just looks run down. And you can tell people live on property which is a red flag.

    Very minimal items in the bathroom. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For some reason the desk clerk came and knocked on our door at 8AM to ask if we were going to check out at 11 or going to extend a day. Surely I hope he wasn’t waking everyone up just to ask that question. You would think if I was going to extend, I would have just walked down to the desk before checkout to let them know I needed to extend.

    This was a very nice hotel for the price. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Employees were very helpful and friendly. I loved how there was extra security to get into the actual hotel area. 2 diff doors to open with your room key. I would definitely stay again.

    Dirty room. Sheets were stained and full of dark hair. Floors were super sticky. Dog barked for 1.5 hours straight in room across from me and staff did nothing about it and wouldn’t allow us to move rooms. We had a very early flight and didn’t get any sleep at all because of it and the loud neighbors.

    If you are flying out of IAH, this is the BEST place. The location is perfect. Only thing was they didn’t have any ice machines. Just ice trays in fridge in room and if you’re just there for a short stay you won’t have ice! Other than that, staff was so nice room had everything you need.

    After dealing with several flight delays due to the storm in Houston i get to the hotel to check in and i find out that the company tries to charge you card at 7am and if it doesn’t work the cancel the booking.. i selected the pay at property option for payment so im pretty sure its not allowed to charge someone beforehand and cancel their booking, my card was locked and i was sleeping and no one notified me of this being means of a cancellation. This isnt even the worst of it, due to there being spring break, rodeo fest, and the mba game ALL hotels were sold out and i had to sleep in my car because i had no where to go. Will never book here again.

    I didn't stay and I will tell y'all why I gave this rating. I booked the room because it was cited as a pet friendly location. I was escaping a house that had no a/c and a pet that was going for surgery the next day. She and I both needed a comfortable spot to sleep. I get turned away at the location because my pet is a cat. Nowhere on hotels.com indicated that cats were not allowed. I was told "it's on their website". I booked thru hotels.com, it is not my burden of responsibility to check your site, it is y'alls to make sure hotels.com has accurate information. Both myself and a rep from hotels.com attempted to get me a refund but the manager had no interest in doing so. The thing is, I've stayed at this location WITH my cat previously. They may not care that they lost a customer but for something that was most definitely out of MY CONTROL, I should be provided a refund. Thanks to hotels.com for trying, but no thank you to a property manager who has no concept of making things right.

    We had prepared for 1 week. When we arrived they refused to acknowledge my pet as a service companion. I had her paperwok and Id with me.And charged me 97$. The Hotel is clean but run down. We ended up checking out early, after only 2 days.

    I have a special needs daughter and the manager was so mean to my daughter she is so nasty and mean, there are bugs here they allow the dogs to just piss every where and it stinks, all the manager do is argue she is not a nice and happy person these people are very uncomfortable to be around

The card machine was down for a few days and whenever I left I had to get escorted to my room to let me in. Dont even get me started on the fridge. it was disgusting.     The two blankets since not wash it’s so stinky and the door locked. I mean the card it’s not working for the new rooms so we have the new room so we need to call the front desk to open the door every time we come in but everything good it’s just the door and the stinky blankets and the pillow is too small and they only give you two pillows.

    The overall stay was acceptable. The hotel canceled my reservation without any notice and because of how their system works, they could not book me an empty room. The receptionist was fantastic and did everything she could to make it right. My complaint is that there was no communication. I never received an email or phone call that my card had been declined. Fortunately, the only problem was that I had not activated my new card. Also, I am grateful that my coworker was traveling with me and she was able to let me stay in her room.

    The room was filthy, the bed sheets had red stains on them. There was blood on the bathroom floor and the whole square footage hadn’t seen a mop in god knows how long. The room has a terrible smell and the rest room wall has mold and needs to be fixed.

    306$ and 81.79 twice on my bank account . This hotel didn’t have elevator so I couldn’t stay . The staff just minute I call my ride to go to another hotel then offered me A room downstairs and really it was late with my elderly parents and all the inconveniences n hotel situation even worse .     Room as clean. There are no ice machines on the property, but there are ice trays in the freezer in the room. Doesn't help you have ice when you first arrive, so stop at the Shell station next door. Bed was pretty hard, if you like that, you'll be good. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

    The whole floor had a strong horrible odor. The room smelled bad as well. The elevators did not work so we had to carry luggage and go in and out by walking three flights of stairs. Vending machines also did not work, no ice either. Still have no received my deposit back into my bank account either so I will be calling to dispute the charges. Save your money and look elsewhere.
