Nice staff

It was quiet most of the time The bed was very try uncomfortable and I do not like how the staff comes knocking on my door 2 hours before check out asking if I’m checking out. I did not appreciate the staff just opening the door after knocking only twice and I was in the restroom. Unacceptable!

Not queen side beds, mattress hard, small uncomfortable pillows, small roach climbing wall.

Upon getting to the 3rd floor the entire area smelt moldy and it also smelt like cigarettes. The room also had a moldy smell and it was very humid. The two extra security locks that are on the door were broken so the door security isn’t safe. The ac in the room was very loud. Front desk staff is only available from 9am-10pm and any issues have to wait until the front office staff opens the area.

Bring your own towels and wash cloths. Stayed 2 weeks and wouldn’t give me fresh towels unless I paid them to wash them. They will only clean your room and change sheets if you stay there more than 14 days.

It was a nicer hotel for the price range. Front desk people were nice and polite and very helpfull
