Every thing was good except I had an issue with getting hot water to take a shower on Sat. Night.

We arrived late at night, the hotel front desk agent was so kind and helpful and gave me clear instructions for the morning route I needed. He was so accommodating and it really enhanced my experience. We also liked the quietness, no fuss. It’s a place to crash between flights and travel, it’s not a hotel to come and stay in for the amenities or aesthetics. It was great for what we needed! Maybe some better options for food and drink would be nice.

The room was a smoking room, which was not advertised. The room reaked of smoke and there was a pill on the floor. The staff was nice though.

The staff were pleasant and the price point was very reasonable! I would’ve liked breakfast but for the price I understand and Waffle House was walking distance.

The room stunk. It was dirty. Small bugs on bathroom floor, old roll of toilet paper and opened shampoo in bathroom. Bed was old and hard and nasty. Big dried blood spot over 12x12 on the mattress pad under the sheet. We chose to sleep in the other bed. Would never go back.

We had absolutely no hot water and there was no one at front desk to speak to about the issue! It was 32 degrees outside it would have been nice to take a hot shower but no such luck! Bathrooms also need updating there’s rust and water didn’t go down in tub!!!

Staff at midnight was kind and nice Elevator makes a noise when it gets to the first floor. I was only there for half night and scared me the first time I went down. I was ready for the 2nd time.

Simple breakfast of coffee and honey bun. Excellent location very close to the airport.Fantastic taco food truck within walking distance. Outdated decor and bedding. There was no cream for the morning coffee.

I accidentally booked this location...but I'm so glad I did. The room was fantastic, the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. This location was 10 minutes away from my intended location, but, going forward, I'll drive that extra 10 minutes for a superior experience. This is by far the best experience I've had at a Super 8.

The room was pretty comfortable but the bathroom was dirty when I got here. There were a few strange hairs around and a stain on the toilet seat that I cleaned myself.

This hotel was very dirty and dingy. The room on the bed there was still stains on the sheets and the blanket the room had a funny smell like a wet musty mildew kind of smell. I would never stay here again

The decor in the room was quite unimaginative-- Laminate wood flooring-- no rugs or carpet-- A very simple chair to sit in a dresser/desk- Service was good as we got in very late and were taken care right away.

Note: this review is not embellished in any way. I arrived at this property at 12:00 AM, there were 5 people ahead of me checking in. The woman doing check-ins ha absolutely no idea what she was doing with her computer. Each check in took close to 20 minutes to complete. It was clear from watching her that she had no idea how her computer program worked, several times she used her phone to call what seemed to be a family member to ask tech support questions. In the middle of one check in, guests came from the elevator to the desk stating they had been given a room that was already occupied. In the middle of another 20 minute check in she stopped the process to take a 5 minute phone call regarding shuttle pick up. Another interruption came from a guest who was given a room that was supposed to have been given to another person in his party. There was a man working alongside her who did absolutely nothing except hover over her as she hunted and pecked at the keyboard. when I finally made it to the counter, I saw that she was using a notebook with program instructions - “press SHIFT (highlighted in orange), then press * - highlighted in orange - she clearly did not know how to use the program at all. I had time for exactly 4 hours of sleep before having to leave for my morning flight and a full HOUR of those was spent trying to check in. On the job training needs to happen BEFORE guests arrive, not DURING check in. Shuttle service from airport was very efficient.

We had a very brief stay between flights. Really convenient to have the free shuttle from the airport. Comfortable bed. Checking in was a very slow process; possibly new staff??? We weren’t able to make use of free breakfast as our flight was too early. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Got a phone call from the front desk lady sounded angry telling me the shuttle was ready to go. I was ready to leave the room at 1055 and came down stairs for the luggage cart. When I returned to the room the key card no longer worked. Returned down stairs the lady sounded upset because I wasn't out of the room. My flight was cancelled so this was one of the few place still available. If I had a choice, I would stay somewhere a little nicer. If your budget is tight, this is not a bad place to stay.

I didn't like the fact that there was not a luggage carrier up front without waiting for it. I had been on a four hour trip and was tired. Instead of waiting, I just carried it all up to the third floor. Then when I got to my room, the key card didn't work, had to go all the way back to the 1st floor and get a new card. The next morning, I found out coffee pot didn't work. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to have my morning coffee. The room was nice and also clean. I would stay again.

I didn't like that my vehicle was stolen right outside the front door of the hotel.. The staff person on duty, Mr. Patel, was very suspicious about the ordeal.. He first tried tell me my truck wasn't stolen.. He'd been on duty and didn't see my truck I described to him. I asked about video coverage, he went to review, would take pics of different times with his small cell phone then show to me telling me no see my truck as if I was lying about parking my truck when I checked into hotel.. I ask him to run video to time I checked in and run video until he saw when someone stole it. He wouldn't do that, kept say no truck found!!! Will never stay in one of these hotels and will definitely advertise for them!!!!

They quickly sent a shuttle for me and waited maybe 10, 15 minutes for pick up. The room was comfy for the night and the check in person was nice as well. Had a quick waffle at their continental breakfast and headed back to airport. Although the stay was quick, it was the best customer service I had received all day!

This hotel was nice and clean, however they a/c wasn’t on in the room and it took a couple of hours to cool down. I couldn’t relax immediately although I was exhausted that’s my only complaint. Other than that the room was clean and updated with new decor. I would go back again. I was visiting from Dallas, Texas. Thanks Super 8!

The room had the worst foul odor like Pine Sol and cigarettes. There was a dead bug on the sink. When I called the manager he asked “what would you like for me to do?” The bathtub wasn’t clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. Will never stay here again.

United had delays and I missed my connection and they told everyone there were no hotels available in Houston. Well I found this one very close to the airport and after an exhausting day of frustrating travel the staff was very nice. The hotel was also very nice for an overnight stay.

My wife and kid loved it. Very clean and nice staff.

I accidentally hit "book" for six rooms, and immediately called Hotels.com (within 30 seconds) to reverse the transaction. Not only would the hotel not reverse it, they wouldn't even give me a partial refund for it. This is like stealing money from innocent people!!

Please do better with cleaning the bathroom. I saw hair on the floor & the air wasn't really cold. I saw a roach in the lobby area

Need to stay close to the airport to catch an early morning flight. Just the best choice.

Excellent check in, great location easy on and off 59 north, clean room, comfortable bed, many eateries within walking distance which is a plus. Safe area. Recommend.

Clean and comfortable hotel . Fast check in and friendly customer service. Free airport transfer from hotel was a bonus .

Hotel close to airport. Free shuttle less than 10 min drive. Clean, comfortable. No compaints.

This place wasn't a bad place to stay, but the bed was like concrete. I was to tired to switch rooms but maybe I would give them one more chance. Friendly people too.
