    Location, price, and cleanliness of our room, comfortable bedding. The desk receptionist was nice. The hotel had an odor like the rug needed to be shampooed when we hit the hallway to go to the elevator .... but the odor wasn't noticeable the next day. The bathroom only had three big drying towels instead of four. Everything was in three's. We had two adults and two children. Breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10:00. There was no eating table with chairs. Other than this... I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

    Upon arrival at 12:15 to the inn, the desk person spent a long time on the phone before beginning our check-in. We were able to reserve spots on the 6:00 shuttle for a 7:30 departure and had the right amount of time to get to the gate. It's very close to the airport. The pillows were not good, crunchy loft. I slept poorly. The bed was fine. The halls smell like pot but the room didn't. Again, we got what we paid for, but were grateful for the convenience of the hotel and the shuttle.

    * The hotel is conveniently located about 12 minutes from the airport and around 20 minutes from downtown Houston. * The room included a microwave and a mini refrigerator, which were useful during our stay. * The staff was generally polite when we interacted with them. * When we arrived, we were given a room that had not been properly prepared because it had apparently been inspected and left unfinished. * We requested two extra pillows, but after returning from several hours of sightseeing, they still had not been delivered and we had to ask again. * The room phone did not work, so we had to use our personal cell phones or go downstairs whenever we needed assistance. * The Wi-Fi was not working when we arrived, and I had to go to the front desk to get help. It didn’t work properly the entire stay. * The front desk was often unattended, with a sign saying, “Back in 5 Minutes. Please call on the phone,” which was frustrating when assistance was needed. * Breakfast options were very limited, and there were no hot breakfast items available. * The pool is extremely small, more suitable for cooling your feet than for actually swimming. * Overall, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained for the price being charged.

    Their exercise room needs much improvement! The three machines are all out dated and two of the three did not work, just didn’t power on, the treadmill and exercise bike. It was apparent that the rust on them had overtaken them. A very nicely kept 2 star hotel.

    This place was ridiculous. When I arrived I went to room 219, the room television didn’t work. They moved my room to room 321 that toilet was clogged. I ordered pizza for my kids and they put me in a different room due to the toilet being clogged. They put us in room 217 I put the pizza on dresser and went to the restroom it was a roach on pizza box and on the wall. I was over it. The room did not have a phone to call down to the front desk. When I called off my cell phone and explained to her my situation , this lady had an attitude the manager was no where to be found. I asked her for corporate number and she gave me the wrong number. I took my kids to a different hotel 2am in the morning I felt very uncomfortable.

    The rooms were a good size and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator kept our drinks so cold! It was great! There was something nasty on the coffee pot tray in the bathroom making the items on it stick to the tray. The tray itself was stuck to the counter. I was afraid to use the cups and coffee packets.

    Overall, the stay was OK. The room wasn’t that great I had to kill a roach. There was a smell to the room. The gym wasn’t a gym. It was one inoperable treadmill, and a cycle machine in a room the size of a closet. But the staff was very professional and nice. It was affordable. And close to restaurants.

    The overall price was a little bit high for what you get, but at the end of the day, all I needed was a place to sleep for one night during a long layover that also had free breakfast and a complimentary airport shuttle. This place checked those boxes and was on the cheaper side comparatively to other properties nearby. However, the water never got warm in the shower, the walls are super thin so I could hear everything next door, the breakfast was very processed foods (typical but just not my preference), and the carpet in my room was very stained. Again, I'm still glad I stayed there because my layover was a smooth experience with the airport shuttle and staying so close to the airport. I would give my stay a 3/5.

    The room smells like mildew. The whole first floor smells like marijuana, it was terrible. I needed the computer in the business room but their printer didn’t work. The microwave in the unit didn’t work. The attendant told me that he would call me and wake me up for the morning shuttle to the airport and when I missed it, he told me that oh sorry I had other stuff to do, sorry I didn’t call you. And then the next shuttle would be available only in two hours so I had to take an Uber. Also in the bathrooms on the walls, there were a bunch of long black hair. It was disgusting.

    Amenities were fairly basic: only shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap were provided, with no liquid hand soap available. I also found it unusual that the coffee-making setup was located in the bathroom, which made it less appealing to use. Additionally, the shelf bottom had damaged wood, which felt poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good, though the selection was limited. One inconvenience was the airport shuttle service. It dropped me off at Terminal C and then instructed me to take a separate airport shuttle to reach Terminal D, which added an extra step to the process.

    The pictures in the website are much nicer than the actual thing. The hallways reeked of pot. You could smell it from the elevator all the way to the rooms. The breakfast was old cheap donuts, stale cereal, the waffle maker didn’t cook the batter al latte way through so they were gooey in the middle. The front desk staff was off hiding and the front desk looked empty most of the time. My keys stopped working the day after we checked in. The room wasn’t bad but everything else could use some work.

    The room price is a bargain with breakfast and shuttle included. With that said, the airport shuttle is ok. Prepare to wait a little bit longer than other hotels. Again, with that price, the breakfast is good you can make your own fresh warm waffle with the waffle maker. Also, there are boiled eggs, cereals, bread/bagels with cream cheese or butter. Milk, coffee, and tea. The room is clean and spacious. TIPS: ***ask for a room facing the front of the hotel and on the 2nd floor. It seems dated rooms are on the 1st floor and facing the back of the building which is directly opposite to the dog daycare ctr. Overall, I will say it is a value buy and the location is convenient for a quick overnight stay near the airport.

    Counter service was very quick for check-in process. It took several tries to reach anyone on phone from the airport to arrange the shuttle service.     There will small bugs flying around the room. Staff only provided us with 2 towels and we had 3 people in our room. Also didn’t provide wash clothes daily. The hot tub was colder than the pool and filthy. No way to make it warmer. The breakfast was not great. No yogurt, fresh fruit and not many choices. The room itself was very spacious. The rooms weren’t cleaned other than replacing towels and emptying trash.

    I arrived early with the expectation to wait for my check-in. So, when I arrived the staff was eager to help and inform it would be $10.00/hr if I wanted early check. I told the staff I was in no rush and that I could wait. I patiently waited in the impeccably clean lobby area for about 2 hours. The staff called me up for check-in and I received my key and proceed to my room only to find my room had not been turned over. The room was dirty, sheets had not been changed, dirty towels in the bathroom, so needless to say I could have waited my entire time in the lobby because the was super clean. The decor and the bathroom was outdated and the lighting was poor and also the TV selections were not good. The positive in this stay was the continental breakfast was good and the staff were nice. Oh, I almost forgot, my room was located on the 1st floor right behind a dog kennel, I am glad I had my ear plugs.

    Roaches in the room, was relocated to another. Tv remote didn't work and tv was very outdated. Bed was uncomfortable and barking dogs outside all night (not the hotels problem).     Overall the hotel is fine I didn’t like that my reservation was cancelled even when I had called early in the day to confirm late check in. I don’t like that I had my young toddler with me and asked for water and the young man at the front desk referred me to go outside to the gas station when there was a perfectly fine machine that served water in the dining room but it was”closed” so I couldn’t get any. An by closed I mean the lights were off. My baby was in the room sleeping and I couldn’t leave her alone to run to the gas station in the middle of the night for WATER. For something I should’ve been able to get for free. I’m sorry but you don’t deny anyone water. I had to get ice and let it melt so i could have water

    Hotel location. We had a 4 night reservation. Day 1 marijuana smell and nothing done. Day 2 same smell plus hollering and banging all night. 3rd night the elevator was broken so we checked out. Day 4 we didnt stay because we checked out. We have asked for 2 nights refunded and the manager refuses to so it after calls and emails. We understand you cannot control what guests do and sometimes wreak havoc on other guests, but this is where you expect management to help and give a refund when guests have to check out due to elevator breaking down and you have to send someone to pack up the room for you and check out, and then cancel the last night with a 2 night refund that sounds reasonable, but they will not do it. The hotel had guests smoking Marijuana and the smell was in our room and they did nothing to stop it. The next night the same and the elevator was broken, so my granddaughter who had a broken ankle couldn't climb the stairs so we checked out. I have been charged for that night the elevator broke, and the last night we did not stay. They WILL NOT refund the 2 nights after several calls with the facility, the manager refuses. Management is very rude and uncooperative to help. We have stayed several times at this facility, but this last time will be the last.

    Was an easy check in, our flight landed early so we had to pay $40 for an early check in, which was fine. It’s very rare someone is available to help you, the front desk often doesn’t have staff there and they don’t answer the phone if you call from your room with questions. There is a dog boarding facility along the backside of the building and the room windows are single pane.. so unless you like dogs barking early and late (which I don’t mind, because I love dogs) then you should request the front side of the building. For the price the hotel is what you would expect. Beds were comfy and it’s close to the airport. Also comes with airport shuttle included. Internet was fast and worked fine. All in all it was ok.

    The telephone in the room did not work. I had to go down to the lobby to discuss the bad wifi. Breakfast was bare minimum. That can definitely improve. Other than that it was good value for money. The bed and bedding was very good. Shower was good and worked well.

    I stayed at Sleep Inn at Bush airport as I had an overnight layover. The shuttle to the hotel went well. When I checked in I asked about booking the shuttle back in the morning. The clerk told me there would be no shuttle due to weather. I was confused, there was rain in the forecast with positive temperatures. I asked if she could call a taxi in the morning and she said "no, you should call yourself an Uber". I went to get into my room but the key did not work, so I returned to the desk where the clerk gave me a new room. The room was clean and generally well appointed. There was a note in the bathroom saying that employees are in charge of amenities, and that if any are missing my credit card will be charged...are they saying they charge their employees for items missing from rooms? Are they saying that I could get charged if an employee decided to steal...it was confusing and off-putting. The bed had a big sink hole, I was alone and slept across it so it was ok. I booked my Uber and had a good sleep. In the morning, I asked at the desk about reimbursement for the Uber 20$ given the weather was fine, my Uber could drive and my flight was going. The employee said he only knew he was told to customers the shuttle was cancelled. I had breakfast, sadly the waffle maker doesn't work and myself and others had to throw ours out as they were uncooked inside, despite us double and triple cooking time. I explained my experience in online messager where I wasted time and th gave up.

    First we arrived very late at 2:30 am because our flight was delayed 3 hours so we very tried me and my wife and 3 kids so after checking at the hotel we got the key but did not open our which in third floor so I had to go down to get front deck person to open the door for us but he couldn’t so he was going Bach and forth trying to open it then after 20 to 30 minutes he brought this machine and hooked to the door finally it open and he said he will leave note to the manager to fix the problem the next day however in the morning after our breakfast we went back to the room and it didn’t open so I have to go back to front disk lady and I found out that she did not even know about our room 321 so she came with us to open the door for us and she brought with her many keys finally she opened the room with master keys and she said she will try to send someone to fix it and I told her why you don’t change me room she if they don’t fix it she will do it bottom line she was not professional or kind person so because we couldn’t find out if they fixed the room door because we every day after breakfast we don’t come back until midnight and we need somebody from desk to open the door for 5 nights we spent here and the person that work that night is different person so of course he doesn’t now about room 321 problem door bottom line they fixed the room door or changed to another room

The first room they put me in wasn’t cleaned looked like someone slept in the bed, went back down and the room was right next to a dog shelter you could see the dogs in the the kennels outside using the bathroom and howling. Would not stay or recommend to anyone!

    Several guests that we got there around 1AM, we found our keys can't open the room doors! The front desk guy, that looks have not any idea what was happening and how fix the issue, gave us different rooms and same issue, the cards can't open the room doors! We tried to cancel and look for another hotel and He didn't let us do it. We asked him to call the manager to find a solution to the problem. He contacted the manager and He didn't answer for about an hour. We finally can get our rooms close to 2:30 AM. I understand the front desk guy is new, but what about the manager? The hotel needs to find another manager, that available for emergencies! I hope they give our money back to compense part of the inconveniences that they caused us!

    Very limited parking because apparently most of the parking is sold as airport parking. The first night we took the last parking spot available. We brought up to staff about our concern and they said we could park in fire lane at front. Other cars were parked there as well. The next night, no parking available at 7pm. We refused to park in fire lane, but the employee moved his car so we could have a space. The first room had very little A/C, but moved to another room.

    The first room we were in, the air did not work. We got move to another room that smelled bad. We were so tired that we sprayed perfume everywhere and crashed. The shower was nice. Breakfast was lacking. There’s a dog shelter or daycare next door and they are let out at 6 something and have a town meeting.

    Our problem occurred when we were woken up rudely by staff at 10am telling us check out was 10 and we were supposed to be out of the room. We arrived at 1am after a late night flight and were exhausted, but I had reviewed the checkout time and set an alarm to make sure we were out on time. Checkout time was 11 not 10 as I confirmed by both their signage and our confirmation email. Rude and uninformed staff, but great room.

    We stayed there for exactly 12 hours. From 2:30 pm to 2:30am. We just needed a quick place to stay until our 5am flight. We saw 3 roaches in our room. We had to ask for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch which may be a good thing it wasn’t just sitting in the roach infested room. Went to wash a they don’t sell detergent. The room smelled like it was a smoker room before. If you’re looking for a quick place to stay that’s clean and friendly THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

    I was excited to get away and have a nice get away. The room was clean, the bathroom and the bedding. The carpet smelled awful in the room. The entrance was clean and the hotel was clean. The customer service staff were always in the corner and nobody was present at the desk. The guest that occupied the room above me, sounded like they were in a marching band. They jumped and stomped at 2 am in the morning until 4. Sad as hell. Then on top of that, the hotel did provide complementary breakfast and you could make your own waffles.     The gym was not equipped like the photo and for a sweet there was no shower tub option only old showers. I had to downgrade to get a better bathroom for me which that had a shower tub combo.

    Property has nice comfy beds. No extra blankets or towels. And limited TV channels. And also the breakfast was lil Debbie powder dounuts and the chocolate glazed donuts. I actually thought that was so funny. No orange juice. Overall don’t expect anything good on the breakfast menu.

    The internet wasn't working in my room. To make matters worse, the adjoining door to the next room had no soundproofing, which was a terrible experience. On top of that, the water dispenser was quite dirty.

    Bad odor throughout the halls smell like old carpet refrigerator was dirty with hair bed had stains, guest traffic all through the night slammed doors had to request for cleaning,a man came into my room late at night was told he was given the wrong key, no deadbolt lock breakfast muffins were hard, I was told I could have changed rooms are get a refund but it was late and I had surgery just needed a few days to recover and already paid , ask to speak with manager one person said it was a women the other said it was a man but no manger on site during stay to address concerns

    Behind both of the queen beds was a white residue powder sprinkled beneath the headboard. The shampoo bottle hanging in the shower was empty but there was a bottle on the counter we saw afterwards. The shower head leaks and sprayed water over the shower curtain and flooded the floor and countertop. The shuttle driver that was taking us back to the airport was doubling the speed limit driving reckless. We were not late so no need to kill us on the way

    Staff and shuttle were really good. However, when we arrived to the third floor, we were greeted by a sign hanging on the ac stating that we did not have permission to turn it on as the ac leaked water. As a result, the third floor hallways were a blistering 85 degrees. We arrived to our room to find holes worn into the carpet and the ac unit making a horrible clinking noise. The lamps also would not turn on.

    It took almost 2 hours for the hotel to pick us up at the airport. We phoned several times and were told they were on their way. At one point they told us they had been there and we weren’t. There were several others waiting with us. If you want a hotel with airport shuttle service maybe you should book a different hotel.

    Our room was very dirty. There were stains on the sheets of what looked like blood. The comforter had bleach stains and the rug had stains. The room smelled of strong cleaning products or chemicals. We were also given a handicapped room and I booked a regular room. When we asked for a new room then said they were full. There were people standing outside our door talking constantly and we had to excuse ourselves to get around them. And the next morning the cleaning staff were slamming doors down our floor constantly. I hate to give bad reviews but this was not a good place to stay.

    Room had a musty basement smell, tv didn't work and took 1/2 a day to fix, shower had a very weak flow. Breakfast was meh as it had some good things, but not a lot and was not really kept stocked up, so there were waits for things. Otherwise the room was good. They allowed my father-in-law to check in sincehe was neeting us there but my flight was delayed 12 hours.

    The king bed was very comfortable, and the A/C was cold and worked well. The refrigerator and TV both worked well. The staff was kind and helpful. The only thing that made me cringe was the hundreds of black spots of mold on the very high shower ceiling. (Room 306) I decided to NOT take a shower. I believe it needs to be cleaned with Clorox!

    The female at the front desk on 7/27/2025 was very rude and lack customer service towards her guest. We reached in early from an international flight, I waited over 25 minutes for the airport shuttle. When the shuttle came the drive an Afro American female driver was dress like she had on home clothes very unprofessional and her female friend accompanied her in the van. When I entered the hotel front desk the clerk told me she will be with me shortly. I took a seat and waited patiently. When she finished her conversation I approached the desk. I told her know we are early if they could hold our luggage’s so we could get something to eat; no we can’t hold your luggage and if we check early there will be an additional fee. I told her the manner she is speaking to me it’s unprofessional. She refused to give me her name and she walked off. I will never stay at your hotel again in Houston, TX near the airport.

    We had a pleasant stay. The place was quiet and conveniently located next to a major road. The only thing we wished we were able to do was taking breakfast to go. We an early start and we wanted to take out a few bites and were told we couldn’t do that. So, we left with coffee, holding pastry with paper napkins. Thank you for a great service.

    The property looks decent and the room was nice but the linen and comforter on the bed was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. The key card for the room kept having to be reprogrammed, the wifi is iffy also the gym was small and all of the equipment did not work. The staff was nice though and did waive the late check-out cost due to the issues we had.

    The Hotel is close to the airport including the parking spot(next to the hotel), and less traffic in the area making it to my opinion a safer area. There is Jack in the box and a gasoline station next to it. the room is clean and cozy. This is my favorite hotel to stay and will definitely be coming back.
