The free breakfast is always awesome and they give you options on what to get. Pool is open from 6am-11pm so the night swim was fun. Rooms were very clean and Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Only thing that I didn’t like is the pillows are too thick and the beds are too firm. I woke up with a terrible backache but everything else was just fine

I like the location and breakfast. I got to the hotel, and they could not find our booking. I had to get a room pay full price because the price on booking would not be honored even with the reference number. Why would I use this service again?

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the back of NRG Stadium off of North Stadium Drive. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Great Staff. Breakfast area and breakfast options were great. Liked the layout of the room with the sitting area right as one entered the room. However, The desk in the room was not wiped down properly there was slight coffee cup stain that I wiped off myself with a wet paper towel. The bathtub didn’t drain properly when using the shower. And the key card twice did not properly unlock the door even though it lit up green. The door handle would not open and we needed someone from inside the room to let us in. This was inconvenient since we were coming in late and had to wake up family member to let us in. But for a one night stay it was fine.

It was clean. I didn’t know that the parking lot was on a paid basis and guarded by a gate but I guess that provides some safety. The tv in the bedroom area was burnt out and had a strong blue coloring and my kids could not enjoy it. It needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately, during just a one-day stay, we ran into multiple problems. When we returned to our rooms later in the day, both were flooding because the showers wouldn’t drain. Maintenance came after a while, spent about 20–30 minutes looking at it, and said we’d need to be moved. Due to not having the tools to fix it at this time. The new room had its own issues: very low water pressure, barely warm water, and the TVs didn’t work. We called the front desk again and were told maintenance would come, but after a couple of hours, no one showed up. To be clear, this isn’t a staff issue.. they’ve all been friendly and doing their best. But for the price, the condition of the hotel just isn’t acceptable. Even the hot tub was colder than the pool. Management needs to invest in fixing this property. The employees are solid, but they’re stuck dealing with problems that shouldn’t be happening in the first place. We came to watch an Astros came and online it was hard to tell how close this was as it used to be close to the field. Now the field is downtown. We took the train, and even though cops were often present, it didn’t feel safe. We wound ubering back to the hotel to avoid the train. Hotel was dated, but they are working on it. Would probably still stay again, but not for going downtown.

Good location if you’re going to the NRG and there’s a free shuttle. Very large room with separate areas. Perfect for people with kids. The biggest complaint is it advertises a restaurant and they don’t even serve food outside of the free breakfast and the walls are very thin so you get distributed a lot at night.

First room they gave me the toilet seat was dirty with brown stains. Only one elevator working and the hotel was full. Carpet old and bad condition. AC not working properly, bad smell, hallway in poor condition and under construction. Paint in the rooms and hallway it was just patch up nobody working. Nobody cleaning the rooms no fresh towels. Breakfast trashcans full of trash with flies. Charge me 12 dollars to park and took me 15 minutes to get out because nobody would open the gate. It is really and old hotel pictures do not match the hotel. Could not even move to another hotel because it is to late to cancel

I was traveling alone and i felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was Great! Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!!!

Staff was helpful and nice.! Room was run down. Sheet rock pealing off in bathroom. Ac had exposed wires with wing nuts and electrical tape sticking out. Tub faucet had a broken piece that was just not nice. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor.

Disappointed in this property! Unaware of daily parking fees when booking our room. Very run down hotel with sloppy, half done renovations in an attempt to make it look better than it is. Paint on the furniture and couch, outdated bathroom with a broken leaky shower faucet, broken ice machine on our floor. The carpet in our room hadn’t been vacuumed from previous guests… There were wood shavings and dog food kibble remnants. I was on edge sleeping in this room. Felt like I was duped into staying here by the photos.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of some renovations (wood chipped, paint stripping, metal elements rusted, in certain areas of the room).

Everything was great, clean, safe and a shuttle provided to the Rodeo. It was a perfect weekend getaway!

Remodeled rooms are nice, hotel and staff are great. The biggest negative is the loud air conditioner that kicks on and off all night. There is no way to just leave the fan run either.

This hotel met all of my expectations from the cleanliness, comfortable beds, the pool, the gym and the staff. The staff was very friendly especially, Shirley at the front desk. She has excellent customer service skills. She made sure we felt welcomed. My granddaughters felt safe. We will certainly come back. I wish you had fresh fruit for the yogurt☺️

We were in town for a week long visit at MD Anderson. Got into town earlier than expected and was able to get checked in early. Front desk was friendly, breakfast is good. Rooms are a good size in that they have a small living room with a tv. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to MD.

The parking was secure you could only access the gate with your room key which was awesome for safe. The breakfast was good and it had many selections to choose from. The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel was ideal for me.

Great place to spend a few nights in Houston. Both walk and Lyft friendly, clean rooms, very friendly staff and nice amenities. Breakfast left a little to be desired but overall well worth the money spent.

The room I stayed in was extremely dirty. I have pictures/videos the sofa bed was full of stains and crumbs . The floor full of stains the shower full of dirt. The center table that was the same color as the couch was also full of crumbs and stains. Anything we touched was dirty. We had to wipe everything down with wipes not only that I was promised 15,000 points for the inconvenience and NOTHING. Breakfast was horrible. Only scrambled eggs drained in water and sausage and some waffles and plain bagels. Would not recommend to stay here. The halls are dirty, the elevator is dirty. The dining area is dirty. Pics on here of hotel are most definitely old photos.

The hotel is close to MD Anderson and they get a lot of out of town patients. The shuttle is definitely a plus. The staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel is super clean which for cancer patients is priority. I highly recommend this property to any MD Anderson patient and to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for everything!!! We will be back soon.

The staff at the checkout counter was very friendly. Very attentaive. The room was good but the bathroom door stick and you had to pull on the door multiple times to get out. Very scary for kids. Deep cleaning needs to he done in the room as there were multiple items behind the dressers and tv dresser.

Hotel is safe with key card access parking. Steph is very kind and . Free shuttle is available to drive guests to and from appointments, businesses, restaurants, etc. within a reasonable distance. We had two adjoining rooms and when we checked in, our room had a plugged dirty sink and our second room had a toilet that was noisy and didn't flush. So our first hour there was spent with maintenance. Also, they supposedly had a bar and restaurant there, but it was rarely open and it wasn't really a restaurant.

Convenient location. The room itself was not very clean when we arrived. Pieces of food on carpet and dusty areas. Found a large cockroach coming from the back of the dresser/tv area. Staff did not seem to care and they blamed it on the weather. Disgusting!

I do think the rooms need some remodeling. Carpet had stains, bathroom was definitely worn down, and some of the furniture definitely has aged.

I loved the set up of the suite we had. Especially how The living area was separated from sleeping area. I also appreciated the ceiling fan in the living area. It reminded me of home.

Everyone was very courteous, professional and quite helpful with a few of our questions regarding the shuttle service to MD Anderson. Our room was very clean with the AC set to a comfortable temp. We will definitely be returning guests!

Also, the patio area at the front part of the hotel needs work. Great location near NRG. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. The breakfast was OK could use little more improvement. Juice was little water down. Overall it was good

I have stayed here for several times for appointments. The staff is always professional and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding is clean. The room is clean and the bed is soft and clean. Usually the staff in some hotels half clean the bathroom. Hair is left in the shower but I never found hair in the bathroom from any stay at this hotel. If the price is right, I will definitely stay here again.

Well, I love to the hotel is so spectacular and spacious, nice and clean. Very convenient, around the area and close we’re going to my son school at RICE UNIVERSITY like 8/10 minutes away. I am very happy be yase it’s very reasonable price too. Thank you SPRINGHILL Suites. Whenever I will come to visit Houston I will stay in this Hotel. Thank you. ❤️

Property was nice

The bathrooms are not good rusty hardware and toilet seats are stained a big no no stained carpets around the room.

I felt very welcomed by Regina when we checked in. She was very nice and helpful.

Everything was good charging for parking seems a little over the top since we paid to stay at the facility.

The room was great. Would stay again.

Amazing staff

Couch and coffe table needs to be cleaned!!! Black material on it was gross with spots and dirt! Put sheet on top of couch to sit on. Terrible furniture for the price. Bed was comfortable.

The bed was just ok on comfort, not the greatest. The food available for breakfast always including coffeee ended before we could get there even on Saturday which I thought it should be a little longer than 9 o’clock.

Only problem was the air conditioner was set cold and there was no way to cut it up or off. The a/c unit temperature setting and off/on buttons did not work. Signed, Eskimo Joe

The daily continental breakfast was very convenient and plentiful for various appetites. The King Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They did not skimp on the entertainment...two separate TV's for the different areas of the suite.

Everything was excellent about property great place to stay the only thing I didn’t like was breakfast but everything else was awesome

I liked the location and the full gym. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was nice.

Nice, clean, well-furnished room and friendly staff.

Very good accommodation with friendly and helpful front desk staff. Main complaint is that there was a discarded plastic fork on the floor, right in front of the main desk with the tv on it. Plainly visible to any cleaning staff if the vacuumed the floor.

Bed was comfortable, window didn’t have dark shade so a lot of light came through when waking up, everything else was great! They also didn’t charge a deposit for the stay! Would stay again for sure!

Booked a week prior and paid up front. Even did online check the day of and specifically stated it would be a late check in. Showed up and there were absolutely no rooms available. I got sent to a sister hotel down the street at a higher rate than what I booked

Stayed here while visiting Women's Hospital of Texas. This place was convenient, clean and staff was friendly.

Will be staying again soon. A 5 min drive to MD Anderson. The extra space was excellent with two TV. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons : elevator smelled awful , furniture a bit dated , bathroom small and needs some upkeep .

I had a wonderful stay

I stayed here for a concert at NRG and it was super convenient, comfortable, and easy to get to/from the show. There was a shuttle bus to take you places but also there were really affordable rickshaws all around as well.

Easy 15min walk to NRG stadium and the hotel also offered a shuttle but we didn’t want to wait. Rooms were spacious and the front room had a ceiling fan which helped circulate the air since the AC was in the bedroom in the back. Breakfast was good and ended at 10 a plus was checkout is at Noon.

Okay at best

To be honest, I was in the city for work, and this location was both budget-friendly and tidy. The staff was pleasant, and the housekeeping team was genuinely friendly and very respectful; they didn’t just enter the room unannounced like in other hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I received an apology and was issued another room, Obviously, I was hesitant to even stay there but I just drove 10 hours and I was exhausted. I hoped for the best and went to the next room. The same smell / odor hit us as soon as we walked in (has to be mold or urine), I checked both beds and didn’t find any bedbugs, but the urine/body stains were on both mattresses.We were so exhausted I decided to pull all covers/sheets and place them on one bed and ended up sleeping there for the duration. The couch was atrocious as well. Looked like white stains on the cushions and body flakes covering the rest. Pulled up the cushions and food particles and whatever else on the floor. Not good. For $350+ a night this was by far the most atrocious hotel I’ve stayed at. This company should be disappointed and should issue a refund. Nasty! Negative 5 stars.

The staff here was amazing! Every person I came into contact with was very nice. There is free breakfast, which was good. There are house cleaning services as well, that came in at least twice for my four night stay. The hotel room we were in did seem a little older but it was clean except the shower floor. Overall I liked my stay.

I would not recommend staying at this property. There is a very strong smell in the halls and in the room we stayed in. It was an old musky smell. There were candy wrappers stuffed in the seat of the pullout bed. That concerns me on the true cleanliness of the rooms. The room was very warm upon entry and the sofa area was easily 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the room. Overall not pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The pool water was not clear. The hot tub was not in service and completely drained. The ratings of this hotel are not aligned with the actual property. I was disappointed in this stay.

Clean, Quiet, Family Oriented

The accommodations did not match the price. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the room smelled like mildew. I sneezed the entire visit. The rooms could also stand an update. The final issue was that the water was turned off for 2 hours while we were there.
