Shower curtain had holes where mounts to pole. The tv was small and picture quality was just not sharp. Water leaked from the a/c unit. Kinda had a gap about quarter inch at the bottom of door. If you need a shuttle to airport forget it

I checked in on June 9 for one night as reserved and confirmed on Expedia using my credit card. They charged me for two nights and when I check out on the 10th they reimbursed me for the additional night that they charged but somehow they charged me additional night on the same day on June 10. Not sure what kind of system they are running but when I went back to complain the front desk person told me that the charges on additional night was done by another person the morning of June 10. He assured me that those charges will be removed after 2-3 days. We’ll see what happens by Monday if this is true. Still I am confused of why the additional charges on my card done on June 10 the day I checked out. Be careful when paying this place. Make sure you review your receipts and the charges to your cards.

Amazing place for a fun night!

Building is older property, but the rooms have been repainted and new flooring has been installed. Room is very clean. Everything in the room worked properly (fridge and microwave, ac, shower, TV coffee maker). Price is good, is close to medical center and NRG center. Housekeeping cleaned dailey and staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are OK.

The fridge and freezer work excellent, the linen were maintained and staff was very friendly. The Tv reception was terrible, hot water was not so hot in the shower,but did get warm. The property building was very old, drip coffee pot was okay but, compared to other stays a kerrig would have been welcome. There were restaurants near by but not what I expected there were any breakfast restaurants near. The continental breakfast offered was sparce, cold cereal, a few fruits, juice, coffee, tea, toaster waffles, instant oat meal, and small pkgs of muffins. To stay a few night is alright, for an extended stay U would stay elsewhere. But the price could not be beat.

The hotel is older, but is well appointed and my partner and I felt very safe at this location. As an added bonus, there are several restaurants and a great taco truck within walking distance.

Parking lot is small, and one way/lane only; whenever get out there's only one way which means need to back out and head to the entrance. Breakfast doesn't provide any protein.

There's a gas station/corner store next to the hotel and a Kroger within less than a five minute walk from the hotel. If you don't mind lodging without the bells, whistles and upscale amenities which can offer a pleasant experience, this is a hotel worth looking into. I would definitely return in the future.

The room itself was fine, aside from 1 giant cockroach. It's a low-level hotel, but it was clean. The area itself is a bit rough and very dirty, but the room was clean.

Close to ngr stadium

There needs to be some clarification about where to enter the hotel. My uber driver went to one entrance and the gate was locked. We went to the next gate and it was locked. We called to find out where to enter. Still confused, my driver let me out and I walked all the way around the block again trying to find a way in to the parking lot. I called again and the person that got on the phone told me by the Smoothie King. If the first person would have said that it would have made it easier. Maybe somehow, you guys should have that posted to enter by Smoothie King. The staff was very nice and they do have a free shuttle to MDA. The man diving the shuttle was very helpful in sharing with we how to get from MDA to Hobby airport.

We stayed for our daughter’s basketball tournament for the weekend in this hotel because it was convenient and close to nrg center. We were able to go walking to the center and save on having to pay daily parking. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially Bertha, she was so nice and very helpful.

TV reception was hit or miss, all of the channels were static-y, WiFi was ok, the bathroom door had to be unstuck anytime you wanted to close it, the shower just needed some minor changes like a new shower head but the toilet was awful.

I ended up with bedbug bites all over my hands in the morning, I had slept and woke up with lots of itching on my hands and legs, couldn’t see what was crawling on me but in the morning my skin popped up with bedbug bites. Never again would I lodge here. The two staff that attended to me staff were very helpful but this hotel got me sick with bedbug bites. Do not lodge here

Vanity light not working at all in room did report when checking out. WiFi connection did not work entire stay. Room was clean but looked as though it was needing care/upgrading. Bathroom tub water dripped no matter how hard the knob was turned to off. Was assisting with care of a cancer patient at the hospital didn’t have time to complain at the desk but since you asked here you go.

Its a high traffic area. A few restaurants close by. The ac worked great. They also have an elevator for those that need one to get to the second floor. Its very close to NRG. You could walk to it, no more than 2 miles

The room was clean, the front desk staff helpful, the cleaning staff very nice and and helpful and informative. The hotel is with in walking distance to Reliant Stadium, so it is very convenient. Getting into the hotel parking lot is a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the area.

Efficient motel

The rooms did not match the online photos. The bathtub was pealing. The room clearly had major water damage that was painted over, the tv was blurry on every channel, the location was very noisy all night, and the parking was a mess.

The front desk lady was very kind and the room was clean enough for the 30 mins I was there. When I got out of the truck a man was yelling at me from upstairs, then when I checked in he then asked if I wanted to buy weed from him. Once I told him no he was still yelling and asking questions. I walked to the other side stair case so I wouldn’t have to pass him to go to my room. On the stair case I had to walk through multiple men in boxers and tank tops, they made comments as I walked up. When in the room you could hear lots of yelling from tenants. I have stayed at many sketchy place but this took the cake and I left very quickly without checking out, I did not feel safe to go to the front desk. When going to the truck to leave I had to then walk through the men again, they made comments about me already leaving. Then multiple homeless people were in the parking lot looking in vehicles. Overall I did not feel safe as a solo traveler staying here.

A/C was fine, moved the dining table out of the way to help the cool air make its way across the room. Bed was old and squeaky with low end sheets and blanket (to be expected) but it was comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking is very tight if the place is busy. I was there for Cook Off and Rodeo so they were booked.

We didn't get to have breakfast but the spread did look appealing. The staff and the onsite manager/owner were amazingly WONDERFUL and so accommodating and friendly. My husband and I had to drive in from San Antonio in 2 separate vehicles and because of the rodeo event we were not aware of the limited parking. However, the onsite manager/owner were understanding and accommodated us, and we were so very grateful for that as we didn't know what else we could have done. The hotel provided shuttle service to the NRG stadium even though it was a doable 10 minute walk. The driver Francisco was very nice and we loved the conversation. Kuddos to the onsite manager/owner! He was very vigilant of the premises which made us feel comfortable and safe. The room was very clean - loved the soft pillows! The hotel is not a fancy place but very clean, safe and the nightly rate was a good value considering how close it is located to the NRG stadium. We definitely would return. Nothing to note really. Everything was great.

The only reason it’s getting two stars is for the mini fridge and microwave that worked well and the pillows were nice. The hotel: terrible location behind a gas station and next to a busy smoothie king, was kinda hard to get into. The guy at the front desk, while nice, kept trying to charge my card and it declined (turned out the bak kept declining it as it looked like rapid fraud), finally I approved it from my end but he just kept smiling and kept going, didn’t tell me what was wrong until several swipes later. Once it was charged correctly and successfully he said check out was at noon, perfectly fine and wonderful. Our rooms weren’t bad overall but the water knob in the bathroom was broken so getting warm water to stay was hard and it was even harder to shut off when done showering. Tub was patched all over. When shower was on the wall rattled…. The bed was okay it was what you’d expect for a motel. However very early morning landscapers and maids were tending the building and rooms LOUDLY, like audibly could grease over a moderate TV volume. Easy check-in very nice staff, very clean rooms, their pictures match, their quality of their rooms. Their breakfast selection in the mornings is very well put together. It's a good location, it's very, very clean even when we had a hiccup with one person. The manager immediately took care of it.My family and I will be returning back to this location

The convenience to NRG stadium. Restaurants and shops. The room was better than a Motel 6. This one did not have the scratchy old comforter. It was clean, and the AC and heater worked great. I don't have too much to say that I didn't like. It was affordable and not luxurious. Everything was what I expected for only costing 90$.

Not really that clean, found multiple alive roaches in my room, room too humid and smelled bad due to the AC.

Maybe update the rooms, make cleaner caulk lines around the tub, and electrical plugs are behind the bed possibly put an extension cord so you can put phone in easier.

The hotel is older (dated), but well looked after. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The coffee was the weakest i have ever seen. We went to the Texans game at NRG Stadium, and walked there. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance as well. We would there again if attending another Texans game.

It was awesome! We went for the Niner vs Texans game at NRG stadium and you can see the stadium from there. The room was clean and walking distance from the stadium. Maybe the only thing I would add would be to make fresh waffles.

Shower. Didn’t drain, called the front desk to let them know the people upstairs were making so much noise , they said they would look into it and they did nothing. They were dragging bodies upstairs till 4 am and we had to be up at 6am.

Good location to be in, but hated being in the room. The online photos look WAY better than in-person. The only reason we stayed at the hotel after hating it was because we didn't want to sink money into a new hotel while going back and forth with management to get a refund, so we just bit the bullet and called it a loss.

The only complaints that we have was spiderwebs in the corner of a room that obviously should’ve been cleaned long before then and the morning when we were leaving, we saw a roach on the stand under the tv and a roach by the head of the bed by night stand.

it was a great experience and very surprising for the price, The room was very clean and updated. The staff was very nice and I had several appointments at MD Anderson and requested a later check out and they were very accomodating. I will definitely stay there the next time I will be at MD

The desk clerk did not greet me upon arrival and refused to let me inside the lobby to complete check-in. I did not enjoy standing in the hot hallway and speaking to him through a thick glass window. He also did not explain what he was doing while i stood and waited. The room itself looks exactly like the pictures but they did not have the AC unit on prior toy arrival so it took a few hours for the room to cool. The room was sufficient for a 3 star establishment.

The inn was just a place to stay for a cheap rate while I attended a concert at NRG. I didn’t expect much and the inn lived up to that. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, found a lot of stray hairs throughout the room, dead flies, tiny spiders. The clean towels had staining. Just didn’t seem very sanitary. Other than that I had no other issues. Staff was decent.

It was a nice place to stay close to NRG stadium without costing an arm and a leg. Easy to walk to the stadium for a concert and felt safe walking back late at night. Would stay here again.

We booked our room for Morgan Wallen at the NRG it was perfect walking distance to the stadium and also very accessible to the rideshare. It is a little out dated but definitely great pricing for the rooms. Check in was easy and quick. They were friendly.

It is very unsafe to stay there safety should be a top priority to everyone that visit.

The continental breakfast is a lie. It was unwrapped eggos and prepackaged honey buns. The beds were stiff and there wasn’t an actual comforter or cover, just sheets. If you just need a place to sleep go for it but don’t expect comfort or breakfast.

Property was clean. Sufficient for a one night stay. Polite and accommodating staff.

The staff and customer service were excellent. However, the property was so bad and the area so unsafe that we left for the night and decided not to stay there. The surrounding area is really unsafe with a lot of vagrants roaming around on the street which was just outside our window. The first thing we saw upon entering our rooms was a warning about locking the doors of your car to prevent theft. There were no gates around the property. The restroom fixtures were rusted and falling apart, with some fixtures being held on to the wall with huge globs of caulking. The walkway on the second floor was sloped downwards. The property needs security gates and a lot of renovations.

Firstly, the parking lot is a total mess, you have a long narrow lane that you have to back out of. The noisy blowing machine at all hours, and for the FREE breakfast is fine if you only eat corn flakes, didn't even try that. The shower head looks like something from the Psycho movie, when it works. Terrible place to stay, never ever again!!

If you going to the rodeo is perfect walking distance

Older hotel but perfect location for a short walk to NRG and tons of restaurants around each corner.

The property is close enough to NRG to walk during the rodeo.

Rooms were clean but small. Bathroom was very small. You could hear traffic all night.

Hotel was great for our trip NRG for the livestock show. Was close enough to walk to the park and safe to walk at night. Beds aren’t super comfortable but very clean other wise

We stayed during the Houston rodeo. The neighborhood felt run down. We only stayed one night and at one point we swear we heard gun shots. It was a bit scary after dark. We made the mistake of walking back from the NRG to the hotel. Would not recommend as it seemed a bit dicey. The breakfast the following morning was lackluster at best. Cereal and a few sad pieces of fruit. We chose grab food elsewhere.

Walking distance to Rodeo and the 2nd time we have stayed. Staff are kind and helpful. Everything is always clean. For the money you can't find anyplace better!

From a parent sake the property could use updating. For my husband to nine properties that and it’s perfectly for the weekend. Location was excellent For our needs. I would definitely go back there again. The stuff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel offers a free shuttle to certain venues. The price was excellent.

Room was basically falling apart. Had to move to a different hotel.

Safe quiet Easy Parking

The room was large and the kitchenette had plates and utensils in the cabinets. The property was in excellent repair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll stay here again.

Vacant lots and limited parking

Parking was horrible. We had someone knocking on our door at 4:00-4:30 in the morning as well as banging and kicking door. Had to call the cops. It was pretty scary.

I liked it is in walking distance to NRG & a few shopping places

Decent stay for one night. Close to stock show, clean, bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the shower needs fixed. Multiple rooms (had friends at same hotel) had same issue. The pull for the shower was really working so pressure for shower was low tub filled up.

Our stay was nice. The outside could use some work, but inside the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast could use some protein options but otherwise not bad. Walking distance for the rodeo was a great bonus as well as some wonderful restaurants nearby.

This was our 5th year staying for Rodeo Cook-off! We keep going back because of price convenient location and friendly owner and staff! Older hotel but clean!

It met my expectations. Low price, a decent place to shower and sleep and within walking distance to NRG. No issues.

It felt like we were hecking into a Motel 6. You can tell the property was old and that only cosmetic changes were made and no substantive ones. We got a call right at our checking time to make sure we were out there. We felt like they wanted to make sure that we were out not one minute longer. They made us feel like were steeling hotel stay time.

The hotel was a good value based on location, amenities and cleanliness.

Walkable distance to NRG don’t have to pay for parking at stadium. Everything was convenient. Breakfast was nearby. Overall convenient stay

The rooms are in good condition comfortable beds great shower water pressure. A bit dated but great location to go to a game at NGR. Unfortunately to many homeless folks in the area.

I got to my room and it looked clean. I took off my shoes and socks to get ready to shower and then relax after traveling for many hours. I stepped on a dead cockroach. A COCKROACH!! I grabbed all my stuff and got out of that room. I took the dead roach to the front desk and the guy at the desk laughed. I demanded a refund. He tried to offer me another room but I wasn’t staying there. I had to demand that he call a manager even though it was 11pm and give me a refund. Called Hotels.com and they refused to help me get another room. I was 1000’s of miles from home, it was after 11pm and they refused to help me get a room. Absolutely terrible customer care from HOTELS.com.
