Breakfast can be a lot better. Especially if a guest has to get on the road right away.

Everything was great but one thing is can you fix the water pressure in the shower in room 206. Everything else was amazing ?

One of the gentlemen didn’t even understand or really knew how to speak English so when you talk to him, you couldn’t understand and he couldn’t understand you double check your sheets before you get in the bed because mine had old blood stains and old urine stains on them

The staff was very hard to understand and there was absolutely zero breakfast available at 820am

Staa was professional. Bed was comfy.

I love the professionalism with everything. As a past travel agent and stayed at different locations in the country. I can honestly say that this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm going through some tough times in my life and they staff was more than willing to accommodate me. I'm grateful for everything and the cleanliness. There was nothing to dislike

Clean Safe and fairly new like 7 of 8 years. If you need an inexpensive option this will work. Also the staff is right there and nothing gets in or out without them seeing it

I saw tiny roaches around the sink

Despite the hotel being so busy the front desk handled the check in process smoothly and conveniently. The rooms smelled amazing and the beds were super comfy.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had such a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcoming and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything from the cleanliness to the service from staff exceeded my expectations.

I asked for a room downstairs he said yes he had one until he handed me a key for a room upstairs. And then he said he didn’t have any after I paid and no refund. That was not nice.

I’ve stayed at property before and everything had been nice and clean. This will be the last time, I ended up in a smoking room but was to exhausted to go and switch it since I arrived late at night. Bedsheets and pillows had stains and floor was not clean. It could be possible that these issues were due to it being a smoking room but still, did not enjoy my stay as I had previous occasions.

The cleanest inn I have stayed at in 10 years. A nice and straight forward stay.

There is no elevator. The key didn't work and I had to go back downstairs to get it remade. Even though my room was non-smoking, people were standing on the balcony smoking and the smell was in my room. Breakfast was nothing more than pastries and a few pieces of fruit. The room was clean and I was only there for 1 night. When I went to checkout, no one ever came so I put the key through the slot and left.

The people at the front desk are awesome. I.ended up having to stay longer than planned. Very nice and clean rooms, safe and in a good area. Will be using this hotel again and highly recomend it !!

Great stay

Well I checked in my room and went back to wrk. When I went in there the floors had all type of stains, it smelled bad, Don't look like they clean the tables down because I seen cup stains. I was expecting it to look better then that based off the reviews

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I was able to check into my room early thanks to their help. The room was furnished nicely and was quite comfortable. I would recommend to other travelers.

Your other guests should refrain from standing outside of the guest room making noise by the window. Next time I would like to get a room further away from the hotels residents. Overall a great place to stay. I'll be back.

I arrived a bit earlier and i could not check in. I asked if it helped that im gold expedia... and i think he didnt know what that was. They rejected a package saying to the sender that i had left already....

After paying the nonrefundable expedia hotel fee... upon arrival at the hotel front desk the staff requires for u to pay an additional deposit which they claim will be refunded, which never is and wasnt originally included on the website

Was not informed there was breakfast in the lobby in the mornings and therefore thought they did not offer breakfast. Also, do not remember seeing it as an option when I booked the room.

Very nice property

They advertised a "free breakfast". All I ever saw was a couple of wrapped sweet rolls and a coffee maker. Our room had 2 queen beds and mine you had to sleep in the center or you would fall off. There also was JUST 2 bath towels in the bathroom. Usually there are at least 4. I will not stay at a America Best Hotel ever again.

Cleanliness, and readiness for occupancy for the new guest is what I like the most.

It was a nice weekend and quite

I went to this hotel around 2:30pm and they said check-in wasn't until 3pm. I had been working all day in the rain my clothes were socked and I just wanted to get into my room, but i had to leave and come back later.. I came back at 320 and the line to check in was out the door and taking an average of 25 minutes per customer to check in . Waited for an hour in line and I ended up leaving and going to a hotel 2 minutes away, where checking in was flawless... Ill never stay a wyndham hotel again after this experience. I honestly waited to cancel my stay after i couldn't check in. But its nonrefundable so I'd still loose anyways

I stayed here for two nights. My partner and I were scared the first night. A whole bunch of noises coming from all directions; ppl walking mad loud on the outside corridors, a lot of strange noise from the back lot or pit by our room that we couldn’t see due to it being dark, our room door didn’t shut all the way so we put the room chair in front of it while we slept both nights, the fridge made a loud ringing noise occasionally and wasn’t that cold, the ac was on 64 & still was not cold. Other occupants at the hotel were noisy. The first night we needed extra blankets and they had none, no covers, sheets, or blankets. So the first night we lowkey froze, we had a nonsmoking room, but there was burnt holes in one of the pillows. The room was cheap and decent when it came to cleanliness, but other than that I’d recommend the blue palace inn next door. I’ve stood there multiple times, it’s the same price, the rooms are bigger, prettier, and cleaner. With it being the property right next store it is definitely quieter and cleaner.

I liked that my room was meticulously cleaned every day. I didn't like that the door didn't firmly shut letting in highway noise.

Dirty wash cloth & hand towel left in bathroom. Refrigerator needed defrosting. No coffee pot. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location was good.

They had very nice and comfortable rooms. Price was perfect . It’s was actually bigger rooms than normal.

Overall a nice stay if you just need a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Right off the highway so kind of noisy.

If the management doesn't like you there I stayed there for a while I was with my fiance and I cleaned up lace top to bottom every day we were waiting apartment get ready. Then a couple my doctor that we just try to stay there again for some reason and they would not let me know where they told me there is it just that I was not allowed. Very weird management and staff is very judgy

This place is beyond great. A new favorite! By go-to hotel when I visit Houston again. The hotel is almost brand new (One year old I was informed). The staff, maids, grounds keepers, and the owners were all 5 star. My checkin was silky smooth and ultra fast.y room was modern and beautifully decorated. There were so many lights! I felt like I was on a film set. Plus, there were wall plugs, usb and T-1 outlets everywhere....! The furniture was all new. No scratches or damage anywhere. The bed was sumptuously comfortable. With well appointed new sheets, pilows, and a very plush blanket. I slept like a king! The shower was spotless! The shower curtains are new looking. The entire room was meticulously detailed and cleaned.....they could have charged a lot more for this room..... Fantastic stay...... The only ding I give the manager is for not honoring my gold vip perk in the form of a late checkout.....

Great place for the price

Nice place. New. Clean. Manager rude as hell. Also hotels.com list as a gold vip hotel with guaranteed late checkout for vip members and early check in if available. When i asked about early check in was told checkin 3pm and when i asked for the late checkout was rudely told they dont do late checkout After i showed the hotels.com ad showing that they do was told "we dont honor that". This was a major reason why i chose this place. They also require a deposit which is not just a preauth. They actually process it through then refund so 3 days later i still dont have my deposit refunded and so i inquired i was told 4 to 5 days.

Awesome stay ! Motel and my room were very clean bed was very comfortable rooms have been redone and look very nice. My AC was fantastic kept my room very cool n comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall I give it A plus rating !

I was VERY surprised at how lovely the motel was. Super cute rooms, very clean, well lit on the property, no bugs, modern, well decorated, no odor in room, really enjoyed my stay.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. What I didn't like was that I could hear all of the highway traffic / noise. My room was on the 2nd floor facing the highway. It may be different for the interior rooms. And every time the AC kicked on it smelled like urine alittle bit.

Very clean and quite, new looking facility, plan to stay again

We had a night without the kiddo and wanted to stay somewhere cheap and convenient but safe and clean. This was a great spot. We will definitely sneak away to this place more often. It was nice, clean, cheap, and very comfortable bed. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Definitely will be back.

Great hotel

The bed sheets were all stained up and they wouldnt give me a clean set . And it was very noisy people talking all hours of the night slamming doors

Nice Comfy safe place to stay clean friendly and helpful

I enjoyed my stay minus a few things, the first room they gave me, it was stains on the bedsheets so I had to request a different room, the next room they put me in the microwave was broken and there was a few dirt stains on the towels. The sink water pressure was extremely low, not sure if it was just my room or if all the rooms are like that.

This hotel is just awesome.. The staff is so nice and friendly.. It was so clean and the beds are fantastic. This was our second stay at this hotel and I will sure stay there again in our next visit to Houston..
