Huge parking area, the hotel is located just two minutes from the airport, and there’s a large Mexican supermarket nearby as well as several fast-food places.

Room towels were aged but staff was kind enough to swap them out for better ones. There should have been 2 bottles of complementary water in the room but this needed to purchased separately.

We asked for a mid week cleanup , bed change and new towels, done no problem. Would stay there again!

Staff was nice. Shower was good. Bed & sheets were very comfy. Pillows were strangely small. Towels were very thin and kinda stained. Continental breakfast was toast or bagel or waffle or cereal. Maybe we were too late for any other options.

The check-in took a long time because there was a problem that the manager seemed nearly unable to rectify. More disappointing was the fact that you don't offer 24 hour shuttle service to the airport.

This was a nicely renovated, clean place to stay. Mattress was decent, the room is spacious, and it had all it needs to have a comfortable, affordable stay near the airport. The shuttle was convenient and available when I needed it.

The room needs curtains because the parking lot lights are insanely bright to the point that I had difficulty sleeping all night because I just had a light in my face all night. The room was way too hot even with trying to turn the ac down.

The hotel and room were very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were able to get to and from the airport very easily using the shuttle van. There could have been a greater variety of options for breakfast, but it was fine. Would stay again if we ever need a good hotel near Houston Hobby Airport.

Love large rooms and the gym was fantastic and thanks for free shuttle!!! Only issue was room air conditioning I don’t think worked because the gym was freezing but mine blew humid air. By the way, quiet there surprised by that!

Shuttle service was unavailable for pickup from airport. No driver. Room we were given at check in was not cleaned. We did switch out without issue. Our room was warm and musty smelling but turned AC down 5 degrees and cooled down with time. Breakfast had coffee, some yogurt and waffles available. Was quiet for most part until a couple planes took off around 5am . No soap in shower had to use shampoo

The room was filthy and while looking for something I dropped I encountered an earring in one part of the room and a piercing gem in another. The staff was very polite and accommodating. But "breakfast" is 6 kinds of bread and juice and coffee - that's it. However, the room itself was roomy and well designed. Great lighting! Very comfortable bed! Comfortable furniture. We actually enjoyed our stay in spite of the limitations.

The lady in there was really racist she saw all of me and my friends who was black sharing a car get out to stretch because we just got off the plane and would not let me check in when she thought everyone was staying. Then I explained they not staying we are just sharing a car she still didn't car she was tellingmy friend to shut up she don't have a say and wasn't trying to give my money back she was just really nasty I couldn't believe it...

This was a last minute book! It was important to find a place that had an airport shuttle, however at around 5pm-ish was told the shuttle would not be available for pick up until after 7pm. As a result another hotel shuttle driver was nice to drop me off. The television in my room also didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to trouble shoot the problem. This is good enough for a one night emergency stay, wouldn’t stay here any longer than that.

The whole time we were at this hotel we had to fight every night for extra towels because housekeeping would only give us two when there were four of us staying. When we asked for extra rags, we were told that they were “sold out.” When checking in I was told that I needed to pay $10 extra for two extra people in my room. Then, that night, when we asked for more towels and blankets, we were asked to pay $30 more for the extra people at 11:30 at night, even though when i was booking the rooms, there was absolutely nothing about there only being two people in my room with a kind size bed and a couch bed. After we paid the $40 extra, we could have just gotten a room with 2 double bed and been more comfortable. The breakfast was also very minimal and not good at all.

I love how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. Sleep requires quiet. I had the best sleep that I’ve had in years. I was so comfortable. Lovely experience.

the staff in the front desk reception is very rude and disrespectful and the hotel is rotten smell and the room door is not lock tight very unsafe and around the outside area neighbors is very dangerous go out at night, you can be robbed and the foods is horrible cheap not many choices to eat. I call this a motel not hotel it is falling apart. i would spend my money some where else better then this hotel. so, who book this hotel your will be regretting.

We did not have any housekeeping until the 3rd day.

The day before our stay i checked with the hotel and was told the airport shuttle operates until 1 am. We arrived the next day and called for a shuttle at 12:30 am and was told the shuttle stops at midnight. We waited 20 minutes and took an Uber to the hotel. While checking in at the hotel we saw the shuttle in operation as it dropped off guests. Over the next three days i checked with various staff members and was again informed the shuttle operates until 1 am.

My room was enormous and clean though the hotel was obviously an older one. Basic provisions were sufficient but there was no kleenex tissue available (as a rule). However, this hotel is about the closest you can get to Hobby Airport which was why I stayed. The airport shuttle was comfortable and importantly reliable.

When we went to get breakfast all their was was a waffle maker for waffles, 2 cereals and some old looking bread. Their was no selection of food, no warm food, no eggs, no sausage. They didn't even have a vending machine to get snacks

Unfortunately, I paid for the room but didn't stay there. I am not from the area and didn't realise this hotel is not near the Houston International airport. It says free shuttle but that is to the Hobby airport. Sadly, I booked non-refundable. Then we finally got to the hotel and into the room which is incredibly large but it definitely smelled terrible. The air-conditioner rattled extremely loud. We needed to use the pullout mattress and there was no sheets on it i went to the front desk to ask for them and was told the sheets were in the closet. There was no bedding in the closet I informed the same gentleman that was telling me incorrectly where to catch the shuttle and he rolled his eyes because he had to pause his video game to go get them. He came back with a single blanket no sheets or pillows. My daughter was going to be a trooper and just lay on the mattress but there were nasty stains all over it. She just put the couch back together and slept on it that way. I gave her a couple pillows from the bed and we left as early as possible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone the staff acts like you're an inconvenience I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

Love the fact that the hotel is really close to the airport! The 100 dollar deposit was a bit of a shocker, but that comes with staying at a hotel.

It wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. The people were really nice. Cool amenities, safe feeling parking. However there were stains on the “fresh new linen” the first night there. Dirt and candy wrappers in the pull out couch so I already knew that housekeeping doesn’t check to clean it. And stains all in the room floor being covered by the table. And for some reason the elevator smelled as if 10 people peed in it. I took the stairs the whole time after. And Unfortunately I had already booked for the week due to the raving views so I stayed, which I do find slightly misleading. And The rates are increasing as well, I ended up finding another hotel with the same modern amenities, cleaner, and better rates. Also, the length of time to receive my deposit back is longer than most hotels I’ve stayed at. But Housekeeping definitely was the complaint that I have overall.

That's right. The flight cancellation that turned into a exhausting 14 hour layover which turned into us getting a room here was interrupted AT 1AM FOR A PAPERWORK SNAFU CAUSED BY THEM. Which of course ruines any sleep your gonna get because we had to be awake at 6am for our early flight the next day. Yes it's a convenient location and the room is cheap, but DO NOT VIOLATE the function for the existence of the business by waking up exhausted passengers in the middle of the night because YOU messed up.

Front desk personnel was rude. We had questions on early check in and she appeared annoyed and bothered when we asked if we would be able to check in early. The room door did not close unless we forced it shut. The carpet in the entrance of the room was soaking wet and the room reeked of the wet carpet smell.

I arrived at 1130 am. I was going to try to check in early. However, entering the parking lot. The smell of Marijuana was over whelming. We left to return later. If i hadn't prepaid, we would have stayed elsewhere. When we returned at 130pm to check in it was more tolerable.

It looks like you can take the shuttle to airport parking across the street then walk over if you really needed to. but it was much easier to just call them once outside of baggage pickup and they were there within 5min. The people complaining about the shuttle must not have called. I called once I got outside and that was 1hr after booking the reservation online once I landed. No issues. The driver was ready to roll at 4AM for any early flights too. I had no issue getting DoorDash delivery here for dinner. There was a snack bar in the lobby for purchases. My room was clean and spacious.

When checked in the shower didnt work and instead of mocing rooms they told us that thry had no other rooms in that style and wouldnt be able to move us.

The hotel has been remodeled. The service is standard. They charge a $100 cash deposit or charge it directly to your card, and they issue a refund upon checkout. The room was fine at first glance, but when we removed the bedspread, the sheets were dirty and wrinkled. Don't they change the sheets after a guest has left? Disgusting, even had hair. We went down to file a complaint, and the receptionist doubted what we said, saying we had to call the manager to authorize a change. They changed our room, but you don't trust them anymore; the sheets were wrinkled from use. They don't cancel the room or refund the reservation.

Everything was good. The only negative not having body wash. Had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash.

Great price, clean and cozy

This property is close to the airport and said it had an airport shuttle which is why we booked here. We had a longer layover so when we called Saturday at 6pm, they informed us that the shuttle was no longer running. We then asked if the shuttle would be running Sunday and were told it would be. We Ubered to the hotel and after telling the hotel the time we needed to be back at the airport on Sunday, it was also not running during that time. I did ask if we could be reimbursed for the uber since they advertise a free shuttle but they said they can’t do that. So, definitely book somewhere else if you need an actual shuttle or else you will be paying more to Uber back and forth because of their false advertising. The room also smelled very musty. I would have much rather paid more for a better hotel with a shuttle if I would have known we would have had to pay for transportation anyway.

The front desk Indian lady (with a red dot on her forehead) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insulted several customers while I was sitting in the lobby waiting to be checked in.

The facility is clean and well-kept, although spartan. The breakfast is minimal. Trivial though it may sound, I was surprised that there was no box of tissues. When I asked for a box, the clerk looked surprised and said there were none to give. Really? Inexpensive doesn't have to be cheap.

We always stay here when we travel. The airport is right across the street. The rooms are clean but every single time we stay here the rooms stink. They need some kind of air freshener in the rooms. Even the lobby smelled horrible when we came in.

My go to for Houston Hobby. Amazing amount of space in each room and quiet even though its by the airport.

I followed up, and even had Expedia call them on my behalf. After two days of waiting, the hotel suddenly changed their stance and said they would not refund me, citing “policy.” This is extremely dishonest. First, they told me I could get a refund, then after making me wait, they went back on their word. This feels like fraud and a way of stealing money from customers. Be very careful booking here. If this is how they treat guests before even checking in, I can only imagine how they treat people who actually stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I seen a dead roach in my room the 2nd day and a lot of brown spot that look like it could be poison for roaches or bugs. The pillows were so small like furniture pillows

This was a last minute booking due to our connecting flight being cancelled. Very conveniently located to the airport, the area was quiet, the hotel staff was polite and they had a free breakfast you would expect from a hotel like this. The hotel was nice and everything we needed for the night at the last minute.

The place had a nice big rooms, the lobby looked nice. I could see into the hallway from under the door. For some reason that is unsettling to me. had to pay 2 dollars for a Walmart water. The snack bar was plain, and under stocked just a couple bags of chips. This is the first hotel I stayed in that the person behind the counter was so unprofessional. She wiped her nose on the top of her hand and fore arm then extended that same arm to tame my payment gross!!!

The TV has an echo voice talking over the show. Breakfast was very poor the coffee was terrible. It was a horrible odor all over on the hallway and in the room. Unfortunately I couldn’t leave the price was non refundable. For one night i can survive.

Our stay at the Quality (Hobby Airport/Texas) was not as good as it could have been. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were given a hard time about why we needed it. We were not told that we actually had to request cleaning service to get the towels replaced. When we did ask for towel replacement and extra towels, it was like pulling teeth and the staff made it seem like they did not have extra towels to give and could only do a towel-for-towel swap. The air conditioning did not get very cool and the room remained muggy/humid. When we told the staff about the A/C problem, they said it could not get colder because of a power outage (yet all other appliances and lights were operating). This same power outage occurred each night we were there. The breakfast in the morning was scarce. Other Quality Inn Hotels I have stayed had eggs, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits and other hot items while this one only had make-it-yourself waffles. The ice machine and the public bathroom in the lobby were both out of order throughout the entire stay. On the positive side, the price was reasonable, room was spacious, and the wi-fi and television channels were good.

This place was an absolute nightmare. 💥 They refused to clean our room during the entire stay. And just doi it one day before I leave. 💥 They claim to be pet friendly, but charged us $80 in cash for my daughter’s emotional support dog, plus $20 per day. 💥 The staff and managers were rude and dismissive, just because I booked through Expedia and not directly with them — apparently, they “don’t make much” off online reservations, so they treat you like garbage. 💥 They deactivated our key cards daily, making us go to the front desk every time. 💥 And to top it all off… they had my car towed from their own parking lot. This was pure disrespect and mistreatment from start to finish. The management is careless, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t value their guests — unless you’re paying them directly and in full. ⚠️ They are NOT pet friendly. They are guest hostile. ⚠️ Do NOT book here. Not even out of desperation. ⚠️ Expedia should seriously review this listing. Never again. 🛑❌

Stay was fine, but there is a very unflattering smell throughout the facility. Almost like a chemical smell mixed with moth balls.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. They had the worse customer service. Did not help with anything. Something as little as bringing extra towels when needed was such an inconvenience to them. I will never stay there again.

Clean and cheap

The rooms were very clean. But the breakfast sucked.

The room was ok and I say ok because of how I didn’t have a choice but to pay attention to every detail the microwave was dirty , not all of the coffee amenities was there , the tub still had water stains on the faucet nobs , the closet door was broken and only one worked headboard had a hole,but yelling don’t damage . The check in experience was terrible drove 4 hours to get yelled at by the front desk lady about no smoking in the room and to not take anything . Gave me a hard time about paying my deposit in cash (which they had a sign that said we could use cash) because apparently we look like thieves and people who would smoke in the room !! I felt uncomfortable how much she grilled us like we have done this before But I will say I will NEVER be back ! Didn’t really enjoy being in the room because I felt like the rude front desk lady ruined that experience had me feeling like my items wasn’t safe in the room . Luckily the only day we didn’t have to deal with her was check out . Guy didn’t ask much just handed us our deposit said thank you and he didn’t say anything back . We came to celebrate and relax for my boyfriend birthday and thanks to quality suites it was the complete opposite!! I should of chose a different hotel but at that point my money wouldn’t of been refundable and I refuse to give a hotel free money . Our stay SUCKED! I recorded the room before we brought our things in , was on alert the entire stay!

During my stay, I requested the front desk to call housekeeping and request sheets and towels but they were not attentive to me. I had to ask multiple times. The windows had blinds but no curtains. The pillows are also tucked into squares. At first I thought they were throw pillows and slept on them the first night, it was very uncomfortable. I later discovered that the pillows were regular and needed to be flattened, however I was not told this by any hotel staff. Overall my experience was okay but I would not stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel overnight ready to catch a flight in the morning. Such a shame we were there not there one night as the room was great, beds and pillows were comfy, and the hotel was very clean. Helpful staff too.

Man, where do I even start? This has to be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. First off, when I arrived to check in, I sat in the lobby for at least 30 minutes as there was no one at the front desk. I had to literally walk around the hotel and find an employee and ask them to come check me in after waiting 30 minutes. Rooms were decent but had a weird smell; maybe it was just my room. Second, around mid-afternoon I grab the little ice bucket from the room to grab ice and stop at my car for a few things I forgot. As I proceed back into the hotel and walk down the hallway, I notice that I’m being followed by an employee to my room, but we never had any interaction. About 5 minutes late, I get a call on my room phone, which was from the front desk of the hotel. They then begin to explain/inform me that I can’t take/steal the ice bucket from the room. Or anything from the room, for that matter. At this point I’m just genuinely baffled because I’m not sure what even gave them the idea that I might be stealing a little ice bucket…from the hotel room. Is that even a thing? Lastly, when I go to check out, I’m instructed to wait at the desk while the same employee that accused me of trying to steal an ice bucket is working. I found this really strange, as I’ve never had a hotel tell me to wait while they go check the room. Nevertheless, I say okay and let him take 5 minutes to go check my room. Very creepy vibes; I would not recommend.

The rooms were very spacious. I enquired the manager and he said that all the rooms were suit type and hence the size. There was a Tesla charger close by too.

The room was a surprise. Very large with a sitting area and sofa. Very clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend staying here. The staff was very attentive and responsive.

Positives: Room was clean. TV has a channel guide (I've stayed in more expensive places that didn't). Fridge and microwave in room, A/C worked beautifully. No noise, was very quiet. Quick drive to multiple grocery stores. Negatives: No pool (I don't require one, but if you do, look elsewhere) Breakfast is lacking. Cereal, waffles, the basics of the basic. No eggs or breakfast sausage. Overall: I will stay here again. Excellent proximity to Hobby Airport, very reasonable prices, the staff were super friendly every day, and awesome restaurants in the vicinity are not scarce. The benefits of staying here far outweigh the drawbacks, in my opinion.

We checked in late the first night of our stay. Things were not explained to us. Apparently you have to request for your room to be cleaned or when you need clean towels. Our bedsheets were DIRTY when we arrived. We told the man at the front desk our room was still disgusting and we were refused to have clean sheets put on our bed or our room cleaned. Do not stay here! It is not worth the price AT ALL! Do better for your customers

Enjoyed a comfortable stay for 3 nights at the Quality Inn and Suites at Hobby Airport. They have ample and well lighted parking lot and I enjoyed the hotel location as it was very near access to freeways to downtown. Loved the quiet space.

The area is good but the room had cockroaches they don’t clean the room daily and when they do clean the room they don’t clean it properly and they was food in the room from previous guest.first hotel I go to that you have a number of time you can request housekeeping and i find a roach on the first night.

I was welcomed by a friendly staff for an easy check in. Tony stayed for one night but I thoroughly enjoyed my large clean room with comfy bedding. Directly across the street from Avis rental for my car return as well. I will definitely stay here again the next time a need a place for the evening before flying out of Hobby airport.

Toilet got clogged, towels and bed sheets had stains here and there, there was roach that crawled out of the bed lamps socket. I was so taken back that I couldn’t go to sleep thinking more were going to come out and crawl all over me.

The staff are very accommodating and very polite.

Great spot to stay for an early flight!

I gave this hotel 2 stars but my overall stay was not the best. When we were able to get checked into our room. It had a mildew smell. When i went to the forst desk, the attendant did move our rooms.

We stayed here because we had an early flight at Hobby. Worked out great, facility was quiet and clean.

Between the odor and the unwelcoming service, I couldn’t relax or enjoy my stay. Definitely not worth the money. There are plenty of other places to stay in the area — I recommend choosing literally any of them over this one.
