the hotel was in the middle of some of renovation. drop our bags at 2.00pm on 5/5. came bact to our room at 10:30 pm went to bathroom NO WATER.went to the front desk said have water in the bathroom she said WE HAVE NO WATER IN THE HOTEL. went back to my room and my wife was passed out on her bed, we had been up since 3am . lPUT UP WITGH.eft the hotel as soon as i could find a hotel that i could check into 10:00 am on 5/6. WE SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED ONE CENT FOR WHAT WEHAD TO PUT UP WITH

I like the property my stay from the time I checked in on April 22 through April 27 On April 22, when checked in checked in into my room a place that do do not disturb sign on the door. On April 25 housekeeping into my room 312 and room 314 to clean with both had do not disturb sign posted on the door housekeeping was not supposed to enter neither one of those rooms to clean and they did enter and cleaned my room without my request. I was just satisfied with that and I went down and talked to him the front desk clerk the front desk clerk informed me that the manager will be in on Monday and I can speak with the manager I spoke with the manager yesterday, which was gonna be April 27 after I checked out and paid for both rooms. The manager of the property said the housekeeping personnel that clean those two rooms 312 and 314 was off for a couple of days and he will get back to me when they return to ask them about entering those two rooms when the sign was posted do not disturb. I believe that on that day, which is the 25th I should be refunded for that one day from room 312 and 314 because housekeeping enter out my permission nor the permission from the hotel to enter when the sign was up do not disturb I also asked a person at front desk on the 25th if they have the number to corporate because I wanted to file a complaint and it’s still gonna file a complaint against that hotel staff housekeeping that enter my room on April 25 stay in 312 and 314 to clean I am waiting to hear back from the manager of this Hamilton Inn in Houston, Texas, near the Houston hobby airport

It was a quiet night. We were on the first floor, which was super nice for getting in and out easily. It was right next to a gas station/ convenience store for fill up for rental car and quick snacks for plane ride home. Plenty of convenient parking. Location is very close to airport. We left too early to get breakfast. Lots and lots of construction, making it hard to get around the area in a timely manner. We arrived early, and were not able to check in. We sat outside in the car for awhile. We didn't choose to swim in the pool because someone was sitting out there smoking.

The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was the best part. Hours of good food so that was amazing. The staff was so nice, when I asked for anything extra they were so helpful. I enjoyed all amenities like the gym and pool. I recommend anyone staying by Hobby or a stay in Houston.

Parking was good and well lit. Breakfast was not good. No fruit. Cold coffee one day. Hot coffee that was burning your hand but they didn’t have sleeves for the cup. Tub was stopped up and drained afterwards.

Our bathroom was not cleaned. There was poop skids in the toilet pubic hair in the shower and a used bar of soap and washcloth next to the sink. The worst part for my family was the amenities were not working. You see this beautiful pool and hot tub online but when you get there, it’s full of bugs. Has this green slime floating on top and the hot tub was ice cold .

The property was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful and we felt safe at this location. We had a view of the airport and could watch planes speed down the runway. We would stay at this location again.

Clean room. Staff was nice enough. The evening desk women didn’t seem very happy, but maybe just having a difficult night. The water wasn’t working in the morning, most likely weather related, So we couldn’t shower. And unfortunately I found out after using the bathroom. But that was no one’s fault. Overall glad to be there and not driving home from airport on icy roads. It was clean, comfy, and warm and breakfast was good.

Room had a big stain on the carpet, air conditioner was not working at all. Because we arrived late, there was no desk agent at the desk when we went to voice our concerns. Only a “we’ve stepped away and we’ll be right back” sign but no one ever came. The water dispenser was not working in the lobby. Just seemed like Hampton Inn needs a refresh. I would not recommend recommend this hotel

Check in was fine overall. Once in the room, it was visibly rusted on all metal. The wood beneath the bed was water damaged all around. The metal beneath the a/c unit was rusted and chipping away onto the carpet. The ironing board had a white powder residue all over the bottom of the cover. There was not any body wash in the shower where there should have been and the shampoo bottle was there, but it was closed and could not be opened which means we couldn't wash our hair. I had to put hand soap into a cup(because it was mounted to the wall next to the sink) to wash my hair and body. Not ideal. The side door to access the pool and parking lot was convenient to the elevator, but the pool door was left wide open the entire time outside and that area smelled strongly of weed every time we walked in and out. If it hadn't been prepaid, we would have left and stayed somewhere else. The front desk staff in the evening was fantastic, though! Great personality and demeanor! We enjoyed him!

The room was tidy but not thoroughly cleaned. The continental breakfast was awful. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage and no waffles, just watered down juices and packaged biscuits. GROSS!! There were not any towels in the pool area so you have to bring your ONLY two towels from your room. When I called the front desk to bring me more, the lady said for me to come get them because there was no one available to deliver the towels to my room and the cleaning crew was already gone for the day and it was only 3pm. We asked for more toilet paper at the front desk and we were told they only had ONE roll left for the entire hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cold.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially Robert. However. I am not sure how this is affliated with the Hilton brand. There were so many things that were not Hilton standard. Like a round toilet seat on an elongated bowl. Phones that didn't work, plumbing issues floors soaking wet from some sort of issue in bathroom and being told that there was nothing to be done to comp the inconvenience of clothes in our suitcase getting wet in our luggage as the wet carpet was not found before leaving them there because we booked thru a 3rd party . However, Robert was very understanding and tried to help us out.

The property was good. I expected a shuttle to the airport and they provided a Lyft (free) instead, which turned out to be fine. Breakfast was limited to 'grab and go' but the signs at the hotel said the breakfast will be back 'soon'. I heard the hotel changed owners recently. Otherwise it was a brief but good stay.

The mildew from the air conditioning unit was so bad that the smell knocked you out immediately. We slept only three hours in the room and did not shower or use any of the facilities as a result. We just went to the airport and sat in the gate for four hours before our flight left.

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The alarm clock wasn’t working properly & it went off at midnight which was disturbing since we didn’t set it. Other than that it was great & I would recommend it to everyone. Needs more restaurants around but you can travel a short distance to find what you need.

Up on arrival received a call from the hotel stating that they didn’t have any room available due to overbooking. I explained to desk clerk I have newborn, 8 year old and my elderly mother now where am I suppose to go at midnight. I don’t know what she did but she pulled a miracle off. Thanks Tab

Had room on airport side of hotel--listened to loud takeoffs until after 11PM.

When we arrived at 8:15pm it took almost 15 mins for someone to come to the front desk. I had to call 2 separate times before someone showed up. Then our room was not ready at 8:30pm. I booked a 2 bed room and they didn’t have one available for us. They first assigned us to a room that was already occupied, and then had to put us in a room with 1 bed.
