    We went for a wedding and it was a good time. If you don’t have a car you’ll mostly be limited to what’s up the street and within the hotel, but it’s mostly versatile. The rooms were not updated yesterday or anything, but they were done well and they were very clean and maintained.

    The Omni was very nice and very convenient. The staff was amazing and made the trip. They were extremely helpful and friendly from the time you checked into the time you left anywhere from the front desktop to the valet, offering water in that heat at every opportunity would stay again.

    Very nice heated pool. Hotel was nice. Be aware that it is not within walking distance of restaurants or bars. But Ubers are easy. If you want a city view be sure to get a room on the east side. On the west side, get a room overlooking the pool, not a parking garage which is at the south end. We were hoping to visit the Black Swan club in the hotel, but it was closed for a special occasion. Bar and restaurant are OK but nothing to write home about

    The room was clean but had a slight musty odor. The front desk staff was outstanding but the valet staff was not impressive at all. They did not help me with my luggage. They weren’t very friendly or helpful. The food was excellent! And so was the bar. For the nightly cost, this hotel is OK, the front desk staff made my experience Good overall. I would rate 7.5/10

    Bar staff in the lobby bar are inattentive and poorly trained. I waited 20+ minutes for a martini on a Sunday evening around 8:30pm when there were only two other customers in the bar. When my drink finally arrived it was unsinkable as the bartender clearly did not know the ingredients for a dirty martini or how it is made. I would expect better staff performance at an upper end hotel.

    It’s a nice hotel unfortunate that the Omni has no free coffee station, especially on the weekend. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to order, pay and receive coffee. Only one bartender/barista making coffees. It’s a nice hotel but this is very inconvenient if you just want to grab a coffee.

    We booked the suite and it was so nice and spacious! I love how the bedroom had its own door very nice touch. Birdie’s breakfast buffet is a must try! And the La Reserve Whiskey Lounge is the perfect spot for a nightcap. Truly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to visiting again one day.

    Nice hotel for business travel. But it is a large business/hotel district. It is highly car dependent. You don’t have much dinning choice in walking distance besides hotel restaurants. I understand business hotel in downtown usually encourage your to spend more money within hotel. But they even don’t have refrigerator .

    The state was good however, the people that checked me in were rude as they cannot find my reservation, and the two ladies that were working argued who is going to help me which I thought was very unprofessional. Also, they charge you for parking however they’re self parking gates were broken, so it was not secure.

    Common areas are nice and updated. The rooms are extremely outdated, musty, dark and in need of complete overhaul. The front desk, lobby bar & restaurant were all severely understaffed causing long waits at every turn (you feel bad for those who are working); on a 90 degree Saturday afternoon there was zero staff by the pool and the pool bar was closed due to lack of staff. i briefly steffes into a whiskey bar (it was not open at the time) and it looked beautiful— but i did not see it open even later Saturday evening.

    The hotel it self is expensive, you have to pay for everything. Parking, WiFi, etc. the hotel pool service for food and drinks was closed so you have to go to the busy bar and order (and go up and down A lot of stairs) but the staff was Excellent from check in to check out.

    There was a bobby pin that eas sticking straight up out of the carpet stuck in and almoat went through my friend's foot. The beds felt like cardboard stacked with a thin layer of foam on top. Really, I regret spending the extra money. I should have stared at the 2 star place I usually do because there were no added comforts.

    We enjoyed our stay and all was on point with our expectations. Property, clean, and pleasant. I would suggest on checking out to check your invoice carefully. The folio came with valet parking and self parking charge. I called & explained that’s not possible with 1 car. That was corrected on the second folio but a breakfast for 4 was added. I called again and explained that we are two and we never ate at our 2 day stay. So make sure and check you're invoice preferably at check out 😉

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main areas of the hotel were beautiful. The room was fine but needs a refresh. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was roomy. But, the carpet had holes worn in and no matter how I changed the shower head, water got all over the very slippery bathroom floor.

    All the staff was very friendly and professional. The location is very good and very close to Houston Galleria and shopping. I really like the gym, plenty of cardiovascular equipment and weights. The only negative is that they have not upgraded their suite bathrooms. The other negative is their parking garage will charge you $33 to park your car and there’s no other option. If you chose Ballet parking, it’ll be additional $10.

    The hotel was really nice. I wasn’t pleased with the Spa Services. I’ve had better massages. The re was an extra cost for services being done on weekend, that I wasn’t informed about until I was at the register to checkout. The staff also failed to previously inform myself & my guest that there is a Service Charge already added to service…giving guest an option to give additional $$! I would not recommend.😕

    We did have an issue with the iron not getting hot, but when we called the front desk, they immediately brought up a new one. We also requested a refrigerator since the room didn’t include one, and they brought it up quickly and let us keep it for our entire stay, which was a huge plus. Another big highlight was that they allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived ahead of schedule. That level of flexibility and customer service made a big difference. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

    Not impressed. I was referred to this property. The amenities are nice. Beautiful pool, nice restaurant and whiskey lounge. The staff is great, including valet. The man that was working the whiskey lounge was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable. The room on the other hand wasn’t good. I’d give the room a 2/5. It took everything in me not to leave after the first night. The room was super outdated. The sheets didn’t seem clean. Bed was uncomfortable, so were the pillows. Mini fridge wasn't cold, ruined my fish :/ The room didn’t have a microwave. But you can call and get one brought to your room. Halls smelled like smoke. Would I choose this property to stay at again? No… Would I come back if my friends chose? Yes… Its not terrible but there are places you can stay that are nicer and worth the price.

    It was an amazing day… They are very helpful to the people that stay there… They offered us waters and weren’t stingy like some hotels that wanna charge you five bucks for a bottle… They were complementary and that felt nice not to be nickel and dimmed. We got to check in early for a fee… A reasonable fee. Utilize the shuttle several times and that was pretty easy to use except for one time when there was a high demand for valet personnel and that was at check-in time and I think there was a big party that got out at that time as well. Otherwise it’s pretty quick and easy and it is first come first serve. Birdie’s Café was delicious. We had many meals there and their servers are awesome as well. The only downside is that it’s kind of far from anywhere else… So you’ll need to drive or a ride as it’s not walkable… the swimming pool was awesome as well… There is no Jacuzzi, but there is a warm pool and a cool pool. Lots of fun music during the day and evening and I believe the pool closes at 10 PM… definitely would stay there again when we’re out this way
