Nothing… I never leave bad reviews but I did not like anything about this stay, this place is infested with prostitution, these are the type of rooms you book by the hour (if you know what I mean) the rooms are smelly, sheets and comforters are burned and stained (in a non-smoking room) the bed are super hard and uncomfortable, white towels are stained. Maintenance lady that was working on the morning of December 11th was super rude. I had a 3 night stay with 2 people on my reservation and their “standard” is 1 wash towel per room?!? She refused to give me another towel and starting talking trash like I couldn’t hear her, however the front guy in front service made things right and gave me one, he was great his kindness was probably the best thing about this place. I would not even recommend this place to the homeless. Please take your money a few steps down the street to Palace Inn. The rooms are clean and the staff (including housekeeping) is amazing!

cockroaches in the room. I really don't care because wherever you go you will always find these insects. Only the sheets looked very old and worn. they should remodel this place

Nightmare stay woke up with a roach crawling on the bed, staff was rude because I extended with Expedia they made me check out at 11am & check back in at 3pm & the room wasn’t even ready. Owner son was rude asking me if I have a problem. Stay away

No breakfast. Privacy on a couple issues! 1. Shower head sprayed water all over the floor 2. Water came out scalding hot or ice cold 3. I asked the maid to not touch my bags when I asked for service. It was obviously moved. We all set are bags or mark our bags to see if they comply and they failed terribly and heard others say the same in the building. 4. My room was also entered on another occasion when I didn't ask. I found a Marlboro cigarette butt on my floor. Was that poor cleaning from before or someone smoking un my room because u smelt the air freshener as well. Nice try!

ONLY THE SPA ROOM WAS WORTH THE MONEY AND IT WAS OVER PRICED. MICROWAVE IN ROOM 115 DIDNT WORK SO KIDS COULDN”T WARM ANY FOOD UP, SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN AND BED COVER AT BOTTOM IS FILTHY, NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM 215 WE MOVED FROM ROOM 117 TO 215 CAUSE ROOM 117 LIGHT FIXTURE BROKEN, THEY HAVE NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL AND WOULDN” T LET US HAVE ANY OTHER DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS WHICH ARE HOURLY FOR THE PROSTITUTION THAT GOES ON ALONG WITH DRUG DEALERS. ONE OF THE WORST MOTELS IN HOUSTON AND WE WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

No breakfast was offered. Location is okay. ROOM: 214 Cleanliness: inside door wasn't wiped down or cleaned. Floors wasn't swept or moped. Table, nightstands, headboard and entertainment center nor was the mini refrigerator cleaned or wiped. Bedding: the sheets were literally DINGY white sheets. They literally had a throw as a blanket with holes from CIGARETTES ? burns. There were only two pillows that needs to be replaced ASAP. Bathroom: The shower curtain had rips where the hooks go so the curtain hung loosely. The shower ? head was fixated mainly towards the wall and barely reached the middle. The sink had loose fixtures. There wasn't enough towels and were ALL dingy as well with discolored markings. ? Power Supply: no outlets near the bed to charge electronics. The door had no weatherstripping and you could see right under the door-giving gateway to insects, small rodents and possibly more. The door had no guard or reinforcement lock. Be mindful it was a late arrival for me so I had to deal with the consequences. Don't let the pictures on the website MISLEAD you. By the way, these issues is all FACTS... ✅

This place is very unpleasant, I would never recommend this place, the person who gave us the key is bad-tempered, he said that he could not find my reservation, he asked me for my identity, it took him a while to supposedly find my reservation, the room had a disgusting smell, the locks do not work, the television does not work, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets stank, my husband and I were afraid to sleep there, we felt an insecurity that we could only stay for about 15 minutes and left the place, the reception person did not even I didn't even ask if there was something wrong with the room, if you are looking for a quiet place to rest this is not the place.

when the room I originally rented had a few issues they changed my room immediately without any problems! That made me very happy ? the first room had issues that should have been noticed before booking it out like cable not functioning and jacuzzi tub not working!but they made up for it

The hair dryer had exposed cables and it was plugged in like that, the door didnt have the security lock, shower was very small, the towels were old a lot of signs of wear and tear after I gave them my card for confirmation nect day got charges on different places like they cloned mu card or hacked it.

Had a horrible time there. The cleaning lady had the door wide open while cleaning and all the air conditioning was gone, when I got in the room, it was never comfortable and only stayed for an hour and a half before I decided to leave. I complained to the so called manager and he didn’t care one bit about it. So I left and will never go there again. Also the photos are a lie, the whole hotel is a mess and it’s falling apart. So is the service or lack of it.
