    Pool, parking, and cleaning staff were all great. Unfortunately, both rooms we stayed in had portable A/C units that did not cool the rooms properly. We were moved to a different room, but experienced the same issue again. We ended up checking out early and did not even ask for a refund. Very disappointing experience overall.

    I wasn’t thrilled with the property. I only stayed one night well, I was preparing to go to the airport. The location was great for that. The free shuttle was very convenient and fast and the driver was friendly. My room just didn’t seem put together very well. It was old and I found a used wash rag in my shower. The toilet handle was broken. There was just a few little incidentals like one packet of shampoo and conditioner. The staff was very friendly though. I do not think I would go there again.

    Room 2: Not a king bed < 6' 4" wide; no dresser or table in bedroom; dark; exposed metal vinyl trim around carpet; loud noise when sitting on bed; vinyl flooring not glued down (applies to the "deluxe part of the accommodation" also; closet door in entry would not latch when closed; security device on entry door didn't line up properly (both rooms); threshold to bathroom so thick that the door could not easily be closed (and required significant force to open if successful); 5 attempts pressing guest services button on phone - rang several times and sounded like someone lifted the receiver and hung up each time; blow dryer intake clogged with dust and hair (fire hazard) and the safety device/plug was physically cracked open (an actual life threatening hazard) never use by me and requests to have it replaced went unanswered; a portable air conditioner as permanently installed - only a cosmetic issue until it shut down with and error code. Desk clerk's first day + supervisor not available. Instead of attending meetings, I checked out of my room at midnight and drove for 5 hours is a severe thunderstorm to get home. I am relieved that my guest did not make the trip! Good luck if you stay here!

    Everything was great! We were allowed to check in early after having a bad experience at a different hotel. Front desk staff (sorry didn’t catch her name), was great, room clean, and spacious. My only suggestion would be to offer a 24/7 shuttle service to Hobby.

    Stay away from this property. Booked months in advance and pre-paid. When I arrived (late, at 10 pm on a Friday) they had no room for me. The fat girls working the desk were of no help and only shrugged their shoulders.

    The property staff was extremely rude and not pleasant at all. My family booked two rooms and the hotel was not full. My cousin asked if he could get a room near my room and the hotel staff said she didn’t know what room number I was in. Very rude. Our room was very dirty. The bathroom had very weird liquid stains everywhere. It looked like someone got sick and it wasn’t cleaned up properly. We asked to move to another room and we did.

    The staff are friendly. The first room I got has a very noisy portable air condition and is way too noisy to sleep. I asked for a room change after the first night and the staff give me a better room. The 2nd day there is no breakfast.

TV did not work, not sure if it was the remote or the TV itself but couldn't change channels. 5. Thermostat could not be adjusted. 6. Floor was dirty next to the bed. 7. Lamps were unplugged so I had to move the nightstands and reach down to plug them back in. 8. An ugly stain on the bottom sheet of one of the beds. Not sure if the sheets were even clean. 9.The bathroom was out of body wash and there was no Kleenix in the box. 10. The hall smelled like a wet dog 11. Breakfast was very poor and tasteless. 12. Staff in the morning was rude, and not at all professional when I reported the problems. 13. No staff available at the front desk when my daughter arrived at 10:00 pm to stay in the next room. 14. I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED WHEN I RETURNED FROM MY TRIP. ROOM WAS PREPAID ON EXPEDIA BUT THE CC I USED FOR INCIDENTALS WAS CHARGED FOR THE ROOM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PREPAID. I will never stay at another Sheraton Four Points again and will tell everyone I know how awful this was.

    I have traveled around the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels from 1 stars to 5 stars, and let me say by far this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at in 40 years of my travel life. How is this hotel a sheraton or part of the marriot chain is beyond me..first we couldn't walk about in the evenings as the manager said its un safe dont go. We arrive at the hotel around 10 pm and upon checking in we wanted to shower only to find out, there was no soap, shampoo or body wash in the room. We postponed the shower till we woke up.We asked the cleaning crew for the bathroom supplies for the cleaning lady to tell us they were completely out. I tried to comphrend what she meant by out because she did not speak one word of English. We then proceeded the lobby room to speak with the manager to provide us with the same essentials to tell me that the whole hotel is completely out of stock. I then asked the manager how do i bathe and clean myself his response was " there is a gas station a mile down from us you can buy your supplies there ". I cannot fathom how a Sheraton or any hotel/motel runs out of soap, shampoo, body wash this is totally unheard of. At this point I felt all itchy and dirty and I attributed to the fact i haven't showered in a day, we went upstairs to gather out things to go buy what we needed. I decided to look at the bed and the sheets since I was itchy all night only to see so many bed bugs and creatures on my bed. I took photos and videos which I will now p

    I would never stay at that hotel again. We checked in at 11:00 p.m. on a Thursday night the room they gave us wasn't upgrade which we did not ask for then the room did not have any air conditioning so it was almost 80 in the room the next day we were leaving and we told him the air did not work they said that they would come and fix it while we were out when we came back it wasn't fixed they said we had to move rooms and it took them over an hour for them to find us a room got another room then that evening found out the room the desk was covered in bugs that I took pictures of so we had to move to another room and they were not willing to do any kind of compensation after speaking with them. There are also other things to mention the pool key didn't work so the man from the desk had to open it up if you wanted to use the pool there wasn't a blow dryer in the room asked for a blow dryer waited for over an hour and didn't receive it had to go track down housekeeping to get one there was many things that was wrong with the hotel.

    I tried to check in at 3 front desk tells no rooms available cause there not ready My reservation was for a suite didn’t get a suite then she tells me I have room but tv doesn’t work over charge me for the down graded room !!!     We stayed there at the beginning of our trip for one night before embarking on our cruise and then again, the night of the end of our cruise so we could fly out of Hobby back home. As remembered at the beginning of our cruise we noticed there was nothing within walking distance so we remembered at the end and bought food from the airport to bring to the room. We had an early flight this morning so the front desk clerk had called for the shuttle to pick us up around 530am and drop us at the airport which they did. Our room last night was better and bigger than the one the first night. Very pleased with the price and the amenities, just remember to have food with you when you get there. Uber and doordash are very expensive in Houston....

    1. Night clerk was horrible. Couldn't even tell us where to be picked up at airport. We had to ask an airport employee. Then when we arrived he rushed us,didnt explain where to get elevator, and didn't really do any customary hotel greeting or explain anything about breakfast, check out time, etc. 2. Shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive and the step up is way high with no step to help. I almost fell getting out of shuttle at hotel. 3. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows 4. The room was clean and comfortable and great water pressure in shower. 5. I was going to complain to day manager but i heard another guest complaining and you could tell she really didn't care. The guest was complaining about the night shift desk staff and about the same issues. The staff person literally never took her eyes off her personal cell phone and just kept saying uh huh, ok. It will be ok ma'am and it is no worries. Really that was your best response?

    I booked a night at four points and went I went to check in they told me their system was down and send me to a neighbor property, which was in very bad condition, old, and I was not going to stay there.     We checked in and we were not given keys. We had to wait for the front desk worker every time we wanted to go back inside our room. When we got to the third floor it smelled like bathroom plumbing. The restroom was not clean at all. Orange stains all over the bathroom and clumps of hair everywhere and on the shampoo bottles that were also empty. Last thing is that the pillows were of very poor quality like they were 10 years old.

And it was loud and emitted light (not great for sleeping). Had to drive a bit to find something to eat as there's nothing nearby. Not a great experience and we left very early in the morning because of it.

    The room was great however the service is HORRIBLE!! We booked and paid online. When we got to checkin they took our card for the $75 deposit, which no problem, that is normal. However we got to our room and found they charged our card for the deposit plus the entire total of our multiple day stay which we already had paid online! Its been over a week, we have called daily about being refunded. Every single person has told us "Oh yes, i see it was refunded today", we have no idea where our money is or IF we will ever get it back!! Front desk all need to be retrained!!!

    We walked in 10/13/23 10pm, desk attendant not friendly, acted like she was being disturbed. Room was dark, floor lamp not plugged in and I plugged it in, still did not work. I looked no lightbulb. I called front desk told her no lightbulb, she asked "did you plug it in!?" I said yes, she sent a young man up with an old style Christmas tree bulb. He was trying to fix it in the lamp (???). Finally he came back with a standard bulb. Breakfast waiter very pleasant and friendly. Asian attendant who checked us out was very friendly. Minor cosmetic issues in elevator and room but checking in was not good.

We knew being close to the airport would be noisy due to the landing taking off of the planes, but this issue is coming from inside the house. We were on the 4th floor with a person living with physical limitations. The pool is disgusting with debris and dirty towels and clothing on the deck. This hotel is a poor representation of the Four-Points brand. I highly suggest the regional team make a surprise visit.

    The bed was comfortable; however, the sheets were stained and threadbare. They should have been discarded and replaced. There is no alarm clock, and the couch is not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. There is also no privacy from the bedroom to the living area. This was sufficient for our needs. We just needed a place to lay our heads before a very early flight and wanted to beat the Thanksgiving traffic in Houston.

    I did not like anything about the property. What I did not like was that they did not have one amenity that was posted on the website. The television in the room did not get even one single channel. The disposable coffee cups had pink lipstick on the lids from I assume the previous guests. Also there were people shooting guns outside of the property all night in what sounded like the parking lot we felt very unsafe and uncomfortable and got no sleep. Very unsanitary and unsatisfactory.

    Overall it was an ok stay. Below expected for a Four Points by Sheraton hotel. You can tell that it was an older building remodeled. There were some towels from the previous quest left in our room. The door handle on the bathroom door was put on the wrong way so the lock was on the outside of the bathroom door. The area is not ideal; very sketchy. The walls are thin so you can hear everyone around you. I heard the guest above us walking all through the night, and doors closing down the hall. The hotel staff that we encountered during our stay, however, were very nice. If you're looking for a cheap hotel, I would recommend. If you're looking for a quality stay and willing to pay the price, I would keep looking.
