All was good accept two things . One….. my room was suppose to have a couch and did not. For staying a whole week I thought that was NOT GOOD . No two……. The coffee was horrible. To the point I bought my own coffee pot and coffee which was an extra expensive. These two things are the only reason I will not come again . As simple as it may be to you . It meant everything to me while my family member was dying to have comfort . Because of these two issues my stay was only ok

Clean room but did have a leaky AC. Staff is mostly friendly and welcoming especially the housekeeping. The breakfast is a great plus for this hotel in its location. Could use a dining room for supper.

It was comfortable for a night spent while travelling back to Florida. I had already driven 1600 miles in 2 days from southern California on my way back to Florida (travel nursing). Bed was super comfortable. No kleenex, no paper towel in the room, no coffee or tea as would would expect for such a property, freezer space in the mini fridge was full of ice that needed cleaning, few personal amenities, no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby area as one would expect. I am a Marriott BonVoy timeshare property owner & am glad I did not use my precious points to pay for this stay. Booking.com price was reasonable. The staff who checked me in was apologetic, professional & very nice about the situation...she explained the very recent change in ownership.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. Will probably stay there again

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself, is in a good location. No parking fee which is a plus. Bed was comfortable; however, the bathroom could use some updating.

The pool area had green fungi/mold or whatever it was it was nasty and unpleasant. The area didn't look safe, but the room was roomy and clean. I wouldn't go back, but it was okay for a night.

Food no flavor
- 4/5
Rooms were very nice and clean, very quiet dispite it being so close to the freeway and close to restaurants and gas stations. The only issue with the room was that there was a bit of a meldew smell and there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. Other than that the staff was super friendly and approachable. Food was typical hotel food but they kept bringing fresh items. They also have a laundry facility that was very convenient and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. Overall it was a great stay for our family.

No airport shuttle. Breakfast times listed on Expedia are inaccurate. Clean and comfortable. Rude front desk reception for late night arrivals.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and clean property
- 3/5
The floors in the common areas were sticky. I stay in Marriott as a member, but the breakfast was very disappointing The eggs are very cold and the juice machine was broken not much of a selection to choose from. when I first got there, The front desk clerk was very rude. She saw me walk up to the desk and turned away and walked towards the back and didn’t show up until a few minutes later and was just very rude and greeting us.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle didn’t come for about a half hour after we landed. I had to call hotel to send it and that took about 15 minutes.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is just older. The a/c unit leaked in my room which made the carpet wet and explained the mold smell in the room. The breakfast was nice, they baked cookies in the afternoon which was nice. Like I stated the staff was extremely nice it’s just the property that needs some upgrades.

Checked in to a double bed room 106 and one of beds had bedbugs. I didn’t think it was anything til I touched it and it popped full of blood on sheet. Called front desk and she did accommodate us with another room at 1AM; however, the tv did not work, the toilet was so low, and the heater would somehow click the a/c on after a few minutes. We were so ready to leave. I will say staff was polite and breakfast was good. As far as staying again, no thank you.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is clean, but on both visits, the bathroom was clogged initially. I reported it immediately, and it was promptly repaired. The staff are friendly, and I saw many smiling faces throughout my stay. This is truly impressive!

Breakfast was great!! A little noisy Coffee should be ready at 6:00...everyday... downstairs No coffee in rooms...no Kleenex, downstairs or in the room

I enjoyed the size of the room The roaches the chicken bone behind the bed .the shower water wasn't hot and the noisy toilet ?
- 3/5
The staff here are very friendly and accommodating for the most part. The building itself needs a lot of work as a lot of floor, ceilings and walls have very large cracks. I wondered how safe the building is structurally. There was nothing on the website before booking stating that laundry was coin operated and there was no detergent for purchase. The televisions were not working properly. The beverage refrigerator was out of order. The printer in the small business are was out of order. You have to request room service or they will not come. My personal items were tampered with, I have photo/video proof. The area outside is not safe for walking so prepare transportation ahead of time. There is no actual security on this property so be vigilant. There were random very loud fire alarms and the power went out once. You have to go into storage cabinets yourself to get cutlery after breakfast times. There is no all day coffee.
- 2/5

- 1/5
Uncaring staff, no working TV, an unheated pool, and at one point not even running water in the rooms. This hotel consistently failed to provide basic amenities and showed little concern for guest comfort or safety. The manager demonstrated a complete disregard for hospitality, and I strongly recommend staying away from this property.
- 1/5
Rooms are DIRTY, found a dead cockroach near the fridge and to top it all off we discovered the room had bed bugs. Staff took 0 accountability and did not handle the situation in a professional manner. I could NOT possibly recommend anyone stay here. I highly recommend the Marriott Bonvoy down the road as the prices are similar with better amenities.

Facility Issues: • Lobby/Check-in: The lobby A/C was broken, filled with loud fans. My card was flagged for fraud—a "known issue" the hotel hasn't fixed. • Amenities: Room Wi-Fi (including paid) was non-existent. We had to use the unreliable public network which timed out every 6 hours. The breakfast juice machine was broken, and no hot water was available for tea. • Room Defects: The TV and room phone were both inoperable. The heavy door wouldn’t shut without being slammed, posing a major safety concern. • Ventilation: Poor bathroom venting caused extreme steam buildup, soaking every surface, ruining my medications, and dampening the towels and toilet paper. Cleanliness & Maintenance: • Pest Control: On Christmas morning, I found a roach on my headboard. • Water Issues: After moving rooms due to the roach, we had no running water from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM due to unannounced maintenance. Service: While the staff was generally polite, the management of the facility is unacceptable. When attempting to check out a day early, we were told they "couldn't" check us out. I expected basic functionality and safety, neither of which were met. We will not be returning.

Best stay ever None
- 4/5
Could use some upgrades. Room is hot when is a/c not running and cold when a/c is running
- 5/5
It was fine from the room and the gym and breakfast wasn't to bad!
- 3/5
Just had a few pros/cons: No coffee in room for coffee machine. Only one working ice machine in whole building. Pool was ICE COLD. Juice machine for breakfast was down. Internet would not connect to devices. No cable. No clock in room, digital or analog. Ptek unit was a champ! White noise machine was a nice touch. Their “corner store” was WAY over priced ($4.00 for a 16oz soda) Elevator was definitely unsafe. No current service plate in elevator. Looked as if it were removed.
- 3/5
Walls are too thin. Room was nice and breakfast great
- 1/5
We have stayed at ‘Marriott’ before and we always booked with confidence. Unfortunately this hotel was very outdated. The TV did not work at all and there were 2 and none worked. There was 4 of us staying (2 adults 2 children) they provided us with only 3 towels. Its fine because you can ask for more but these were not even bath towels. They were pool towels! Im only 130 pounds and the towel didnt cover anything. They might of even been face towels lol. Luckily we were so busy and didnt have to spend much time in this place. But 100% let down. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else!!!
- 5/5
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The continental breakfast definitely pleased us. I would definitely book this hotel on a future return.
- 4/5
But, When checked in we were told we had to pay for our stay which I had already paid. Check in took longer than normal and I was told I was going to be charged 100 per room, which was confusing since it’s only a 100 deposit. TV channels were very slow in working and at times I didn’t get reception. We were told it’s due to WiFi issues but had this problem in 2 separate rooms. Very noisy at times, coming from room upstairs.

Very rude!!!! I had one of my guys staying there while working for a day. He came in after a long day of Willard work and the dude at the counter asked him where he is going and he said to him room and his response was “there is no way your staying at this hotel” and demanded him to stop, put his food down and show him his key, give his name and room number. After he was shown the key card and proved he was staying there the dude didn’t say sorry, say ok Ty just looked at him and walked away. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- 1/5
Sierra was very helpful & understanding. She did what she could right away. Our TV barely worked, no one never came to fix it. Never received the fresh towels we asked for because apparently they don’t clean the rooms daily. It was just a horrible stay & I would never stay here again or recommend.

- 5/5
Nice hotel, good shopping available as well as eating establishments. Room was clean which I liked. I thought the room was big enough to have a couch added. Parking was good! Only drawback is know that you are near the airport and the planes start landing around 6am...so there will be no sleeping in. Otherwise good place to stay.
- 3/5
There was a long wait to check in due to computer issues. The young lady had to let us in the room because she couldn’t get room keys issued. Room 106 smelled musty. We purchased fabreeze and the person at the desk let us use some Lysol spray. Room lamps shade needs to be replaced
- 2/5
Earlier, we were told we could request a shuttle, so this situation was especially frustrating and unnecessary. I’d recommend arranging your own transportation to the airport to avoid the stress and risk of being late for your flight, especially if you’re traveling internationally.

We didn't get to the hotel until 10 pm. When we got there, we couldn't stay at our reserved hotel, Fairfield Marriot, because their computer system was down. They couldn't even pull up our reservation. We ended up staying in the Hotel next door, Sheraton Four Points. I believe it was the same owner for both hotels, so they honored our reservation. That was a blessing. It was cramped and we couldn't get shampoo, or coffee for our room. The breakfast was very limited as well. Our key had to be reprogramed every day. Also, the door had issues, and we couldn't get the deadbolt to shift. The staff tried to be accommodating. I give them that. And the girl that serviced our room was very nice. I tried to use the pool, but it was completely closed, and the gate was chained off, even though the pool looked fine. The work out room smelled and there were no towels in there. Also, no water available. There were a lot of security cameras and warnings in the parking lot about theft and 24 hr. surveillance. There was construction all around the area and it took us navigating around blocks and blocks to try to get back to the hotel each day. Truly...this was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel and Expedia. There were many homeless in the area as well, we were more concerned about hitting someone while driving because they would wander into the street. Very sketchy environment. I don't think I will be visiting Houston again.

Access should be as easy as: "this is the wifi name, this is the password. * The TV was damn-near unusable! 1. The remote(s) provided did not work the on-screen menus. 2. The "lag" time for remote button action was LITERALLY measured in minutes. This was due to the satellite system used according to the staff. * The AC unit's condensation collected on the floor in front of the AC unit resulting in a constantly soaked carpet in that side of the bed. I was highly disappointed as I have stayed in Fairfields in other locations and been very satisfied in the past. Could you please look into these issues and correct them? Thanks, Will wibo62@yahoo.com
- 2/5
The area was safe and parking was great. Just when they check you in the CC you give for the deposit they hold they will continue to charge per night $50, $30 until I locked my card.
- 3/5
3 day without water, and no managers to help
- 4/5
There was a small incident with ants in the room but the staff addressed it right away with the professionalism expected as well as changed my room. Will I return or recommend Fairfield Inn? Yes because of it's staff, overall cleanliness and location. The ant incident may have been an isolated occurrence.
- 4/5
The only thing I was disappointed was the TV. It wasn't working properly and when I called the front office they didn't seem to care. I do give them the benefit of the doubt that they couldn't leave or send someone up.bc it was late at night when I called. Either than that everything went smoothly.
- 3/5
Property was good. No water most of our stay, no hot water for showers when we did have water, tv very few channels when Internet worked, no heated pool as the water heater didn't work either. The room was great and was the staff. There were no English speaking custodial staff either, Found out they don't even hire Caucasian people there for any position s. That in itself is upsetting.

Hotel’s internet was extremely slow. Tub had rust spots. Because we were unable to watch Thursday night football, a refund was issued and we moved to another hotel.

Paid in full online through Expedia. Upon trying to check in, the front desk said there would be an additional deposit charged since we used a 3rd party. The associate said if we wanted to cancel, we would need to request a refund through Expedia. We contacted Expedia immediately and they were told by the front desk, that the manager, Merna, was not in and she was the only one who could approve the refund to Expedia. 3 days later, we received a message that the refund was declined by the hotel! Total rip off!

1. Upon arrival the receptionist informed us that we did have a reservation for a king size bed however, no king size bed was available. We had to settle for two queen beds. 2. No breakfast was available as they were waiting for a city health inspection. 3. The property was "tired" and somewhat dated. Rooms were rather small for a Fairfield property, bathroom was also small and had paper thin towels, limited toiletries, no Kleenex, etc. This property is far from being a Fairfield type of property. Needs many improvements before it gets to that caliber of brand that we are accustomed to. Property had indoor pool but no patio area to sit outside. Overall, not a property that I can recommend. To many other options in the area.

I did the reservation around 10 pm and I was driving from Austin, I call the hotel to let them know that I will be there around 2 am and they told me that they won’t be able for my check in. So when I arrive they send me to another hotel ( a hotel that it was dirty and has a bad reviews) because they give my room to another person . I was very upset because I was working the whole day and I was very exhausted. Just to let you know that they don’t help you.

The hotel itself was fine, except it advertised hot breakfast and they didn't have any at all. We had to get breakfast from the sister hotel next door and it was just continental breakfast and whenever I went there was really nothing to choose from. If they did not have hot breakfast as stated, they should have offered a discount. I was there for a week and was expecting that breakfast and had to spend additional money due to the lack thereof. That's my only complaint.

No breakfast or coffee, despite the website's advertising both. No hot water in shower or sink (10 p.m., 6 a.m.). Overall, a disappointing experience.

Front desk lady has a bad attitude

They never came to clean my room and switch new bedsheets, faucet in the shower wouldn’t turn off so I heard dripping water all day and night, shower also didn’t get hot only lukewarm

The freeway noise never lets up and they weren't serving breakfast while I stayed.

AC out of order, breakfast advertised on line has been discontinued for remodel, sign said for 2 weeks, been almost 2 months with no work being done at breakfast bar area. Not even coffee provided .

Smelly damp

Breakfast arrangement was subpar, and not of Marriott standards. TV never worked, may be because of internet issues.

1. There was no breakfast; this should have been mentioned before booking; The reservation page said there was breakfast. Next day morning, they sent us to another hotel nearby for breakfast and there were a few slices of white bread and three bagels, coffee was cold. 2. There was no coffee or tea powder in the room; the front desk said it was out of stock. 3. There were cloths and some coupons from previous guests. They should have cleaned it before giving to another guest.

The hotel elevator was out of order my whole trip. My room was on the 4th floor . THE TOWELS WERE DIRTY UPON ARRIVAL. I tried to reach out to the hotel manager via email and they wouldn't respond . THEY ADVERTISE BREAKFAST AND THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. I WAS TOLD TO GO ACROSS TO THE OTHER HOTEL AND BASICALLY STEAL THEIR FREE BREAKFAST. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Rooms were clean but fridge didn’t work also the tv was old and very slow. Staff kept to their self didn’t greet at all. Outside was messy trash everywhere

Dirty and there is never anyone at the front desk. If you need anything you have to chase them down

The bathroom had mold, my room smelled horrible, and I was put in a handicap assessable room and I am not a person of disability

Hole/sunken/soft spot in floor under carpet in front of window of room. Room felt damp and humid. Entire property and room smelled of mold and mildew. Shower soap dispensers empty. Paid for hot breakfast, property hasn’t been serving for quite some time at the property.

Free continental breakfast was closed when we arrived (which is one of the reasons we booked here) and there was no notice of this online or when we called for information about the hotel. We flew in from HOU airport and I called previously to see if they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They said they did and it would arrive every 15 minutes. We sat there for 45 before I called and they said we had to call to reserve a shuttle. Very unorganized staff and the place smelled like mildew the whole time.

The was no continental breakfast as advertised. Additionally, the pool was out of service. Overall, it was a decent stay for the time needed but I will definitely book elsewhere in the future.

At the time of booking there was no mention that breakfast wouldn't be available, nor was it mentioned they were actually doing construction. Overnight desk clerk had his girlfriend there on the job eating. Instead of being readily available to assist at the front desk.

We had a handicapped room. No room services the whole time we were there (thurs-sunday). We had garbage, dirty linen and towels on the floor from the day we arrived. Breakfast from 6am to 9am.

The first room I was given had a strong odor of urine, so I had to request a different one. Additionally, the hallway smelled like marijuana, and overall, the stay was not pleasant.

Good. Didn’t have but one coffee cup not 2. But we made it work.

There were a few hiccups: the final price differed from what Hotels.com quoted (possibly due to hidden fees), and housekeeping didn’t come during our stay. I had to take out the trash and request more towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic and ended early at 9 a.m., so we missed out most days. Also, the curtains didn’t block much light in the mornings. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but better communication and small touches would’ve made it even better.

This is a hospitable oasis in the midst of a heavily trafficked area. Convenient to the highway across the street, and close to Hobby

In our room, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. We had two tv's in our room and only one of them worked. One would turn on and we'd see the input and volume level but then nothing but a black screen. The remote for that tv wouldn't work and neither would the buttons on the side of the tv. The breakfast options were limited: the eggs were rubbery and the toast was stale. When things ran out, the staff was slow to restock it.
