The Hotel is in close approximately to eateries shopping and close access to I-45 The property is clean and hidden amongst a apartment community, professional buildings and shopping centers.

The room was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Great job by the whole team.

The property and staff were excellent. The only reason I am rating this hotel as 3/5 is because of the noise the neighbors made. Somebody in the nearby unit either watched tv or talked at 3am and it ruined my sleep. On the second night it was much quieter.

The only concern I had/have is there is not anti-slip in the bathtub. I feel all hotels/motels should be required to have anti-slip device (tape) on the bottom of the tub. There should also be grab rails. In all rooms not just special ones. Every hotel I've stayed in the last 5 years have had not slip tape, not good.

The only downside for me personally was the bed—it was a bit firm for my preference. The bedding itself just wasn’t my favorite, but that really comes down to personal comfort. Aside from that, everything else was great. The property was nice, clean, and comfortable, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Breakfast was very minimal. Usually your reviews are pretty spot on, but not this time. We were supposed to stay two nights, but only stayed one. Very disappointed!!

Even after all of this occurred, the property manager does not see fit to reimburse me for any of the money paid for the room. I also I'm still being denied a new room for the rest of my day

Room was clean. Close to our sporting event. Very basic. Breakfast was minimal- waffles, powdered donuts, granola bar or cereal. Had a coffee maker but I don’t drink coffee. Ice machine had mildew in it.

I would definitely keep it at a 3.9 stars. Room smelled clean, super clean and definitely would stay there again. The blanket was rather thin.

I was up all night at the hospital with my mother and went over wanted to check in at 9 am and they let me so I could get a couple hrs of sleep and go back to the hospital. Very clean , very friendly young man checked me in .. had cameras outside. I felt very safe .

Worst part (not the inn’s fault) is that there was some kind of car meet up in the Dollarama parking lot a block away and their loud bass beat music and engine revving and races went on late into the night. We tried to drown it out by turning on the room fan to max but it didn’t cut it.

Check in was easy and front desk was friendly. The internet wasn't working, but there was a storm which probably caused the issue. The breakfast offered was waffles, cereal, and honey buns. The waffle maker didn't cook the inside of the waffles, so we opted out of breakfast. However, for the price, it was a fine stay - we just needed a place to sleep for the night.

Not bad...shower slow.. no shower handle and safety stick tub. Missing drain cover tub. Need more bed better comfort.. too thin sheets. Need better air conditions... outside lights window... no dark curtains...

I would not suggest this property to anyone. I unfortunately booked here for one night after the hurricane, as it was one of two places in all of Houston available. My recommendation, don't do it. It would be better to forego and sleep in your car.

It's hidden within a nice apartment community, and easy access to shopping and eateries. I visit here ever other month, and when I arrive the front desk will have my key and same room ready.

I stayed there when my power was knocked out from a storm. It was a good clean room. air-conditioning worked great and bed was comfortably. Very friendly staff.

I liked that the room and restroom were very clean and spacious. The sink/vanity had bright lights which helped a lot when getting ready. The inn is well maintained and kept after. The room didn't smell like food or musk or anything of that sort.

Excellent value. Front desk was very polite and helpful. I will stay at this hotel any time I am in North Houston.

They say their pet friendly but supposedly a worker is allergic to dogs. But they should make accommodations for ESA pets.... my anxiety was on high the whole stay without my babies.

We stayed on a Saturday night, and there was a lot of outside noise, but it quieted down before midnight. I was with my husband, so I felt safe, but probably would not have felt as safe being there by myself. There was no Wi-Fi to my knowledge. Other than that it’s a great price for a short stay.

This is my second time staying here. The first time excellent, this time not so much. My room was not that updated and had cigarette Burns all over the nightstand. The room had a musty smell. I would come back just make sure I didn't have that room again.

The price can be alittle due to the area and they should offer discounts

No laundry facility for guess there was only one washer one dryer outside so anybody can just walk up and go to the laundry. Also, they need a better breakfast selection wasn’t hardly any breakfast choices. The grilling station outside needs a new grill looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since whoever used it last. Needs a pool!!!!

The property is updated and quiet…jus in a sketchy area! Close to chic-fila-Kroger-Planet Fitness! Overall a good deal for the price not to mention your 2 minutes to I45

The layout of the room and bathroom was nice. Amedinites were functional. Cons: The linens were incredibly scratchy. The whole room was very dusty, (as someone allergic to dust this is a huge minus.) Personal Thoughts: Nothing happened to me, but I felt off at the inn. Intuition or paranoia, but I would not recommend this place to females, single or in a group unless you have a trusted intimidation factor, best to find somewhere else.

Staff was not friendly, sink in our room clogged as soon as you ran any water. Only cleaning was new towels and empty the trash cans.

Felt uneasy in the area but the room was clean and had 2 locks on the door. Window locked.

The room was reasonably good, but the check in bullet proof glass around the desk clerk was a sign of trouble to come. Neighboring rooms partied until 3:30 AM, then heard sex through the walls until 4:30 AM. So only 3 hrs of sleep. Breakfast was sparse. Do not recommend.

Flew from Chicago to Houston. We got there and front desk was friendly, rooms were clean! Close to downtown Houston, walking distance to restaurants if you don’t want to catch a Uber. They offer free breakfast every morning which is good! Waffles, cereal, honey buns, coffee, apple juice or water. No complaints!

All was good except one of the lights was going out and it was flashing on and off. Also the bed was hard. I thought I read that they had pillow top mattresses and they don’t. Maybe that was from another hotel’s info.

I had a great stay at this property. Nice location off the main road but far enough that you don't hear traffic, ample parking and good service. The breakfast wasn't to my liking; no fruit, only waffles and packaged donuts & granola bars but it's in a location that you can walk up the road and grab something better. I'll definitely be back!
