    Our bathroom light was a lamp and the room smelled old. My parent’s room had old dirty sheets and their toilet wasn’t cleaned. The light in their bathroom took a minute to turn on. Somebody walked into my parents room at night with a key and said they thought the room was empty.

    We had problems as soon as we got in our room! Someones personal items was left in the closet. Room didn't look clean, mold in the shower, room lamp was broken, bathroom towels looked like they was just tossed, and the bathroom toilet seat wasn't properly secured because when sitting on it! it moves to the side, TV remote battery cover would not stay on, bathroom door handle kept coming off when you open the door, the hotel room phone did not work, the room itself looked like it needed some cosmetic issues. We have the pictures.

    I felt too unsafe to stay at the hotel after checking in. I never made it into my room, the one I was assigned to apparently had a broken door. I was told no other rooms were available, and if I wanted to leave out of my room someone from the front desk would have to left me back in by opening it with a strange looking box she showed me and about 4 men in line behind me. I was in town for my dad’s funeral and staying in a hotel because I suffer from severe anxiety. My hotel was prepaid with a package deal through Expedia along with my flight, and they wouldn’t let me switch hotels either. I have still not received any kind of refund, not even a partial refund.

    Cockroaches! I haven't seen them in years, and I really hope I didn't bring any home. The air conditioning was poor, and the room wasn't very clean. The bathwater stagnated, and mold was obvious. I've stayed at hotels within the same chain before, and the experience was completely different, which is why I chose it. However, this time I was very disappointed.

    At first I thought I was at the wrong hotel until I saw that the foyer resembled the picture but the outside looked very sketchy. I had wall paper peeling in the bathroom and the sheets on the bed were thin with no thick comforter. To make it worse, the TV had an antenna (in 2026 is crazy) signal wasn’t great, and the dresser it sat on was as low as a coffee table. Breakfast was decent as they did offer some hot items. Upon checking out, I was charged for a drink I didn’t purchase in the middle of the night. Won’t be returning! Don’t recommend

    Think twice before booking here. I have booked a double bed but when I arrived , they only had a single. There were dead bugs lining the hallways. They said breakfast ends at 10 but by 8:45 theu stopped servicing it.

    Outdated, no top sheet. Breakfast was our biggest complaint. It ended at 9am, we arrived at 8:50. Hispanic employee had already started picking food up as she was blasting her music. She didn’t even recognize us trying to eat. Won’t be staying here again.

    The staff was nice. The hotel is filthy. The 1st room they gave me still had poop in the toilet and something brown on the bathroom light switch. The wall beside the bed was dirty with a stain on it. They switched me to another room which appeared to be ok, initially. The sheets and covers were stained. I asked housekeeping to switch it out and she did, but the sheets are supposed to be white but they were dingy. The following morning, my son and I went to get breakfast and the breakfast was cold. The sausage links appeared undone. The links were white. I told the young lady at the counter, I was very unpleased with how the breakfast looked and tasted. She failed to issue an apology, at least. On my last night there, I was laying in the bed resting, got up to use the restroom and 2 roaches were coming from under my pillow. At that moment, I started to leave but check out was the next morning. I’m not sure if the entire hotel is roach infested or maybe when housekeeping changed the bed dressing, they were in there.

    Waited 30 minit a for a desk lady to show up, place wreaked of bleach, chlorine, and Lysol only to get into room with stained and dirty sheets, comforter, towels and curtains that cover the windows. Was told cleaning service came and replaced everything only to notice they just folded the same stained and dirty stuff. Of course the hotel didn’t offer a refund I checked out and stayed at much nicer hotel for the remainder of my stay

    The rooms are very clean as well is there indoor pool it's great for people that are sensitive to sun light in a controlled environment.. Easy access to highway 45 northwest freeway. Fast food restaurants and Chinese all you can eat restaurants also, Texas Roadhouse. Most of all it's peaceful. The staff are great and courteous. all you can eat HOT breakfast is awesome . I recommend this location to my friends and family ..

    Had to leave after an hour of being there because the staff walked into my room without even knocking making me incredibly uncomfortable. The hotel was definitely ran down but I was ready to overlook all that but the front desk staff had no reason to enter my room especially unannounced. They of course denied me a refund. Would not recommend this place at all.

    I love this Hotel and it's right off the Northwest freeway (45) it's cozy , quiet and the entire staff from management to housekeeping are very polite and courteous. It's like home away from home. With the weight room I get my exercises then afterwards a swim from their indoor pool is fabulous. Water is clear and not over chlorinated.. Excellent for people traveling with kids .. I have now been booking a room here now for four months .. I recommend this location Comfort Inn and Suites North Houston Spring ..

    The lobby reeked of weed. The room smelled musky like it had water damage and they tried covering up the smell with Lysol. So much so that it gave me a headache. I ended up leaving 30 mins after I got there and stayed somewhere else.

    A queen was booked when the hotel did not have one. Took an hour to get another room. Called CS and they hung up on me wouldn’t help me. My leg was broken on fire. No coffee in room when I paid for another room. Called ahead time for 12:30am check in.

    Room did not have adequate towels. There were only two wash cloths and no hand towels, but lady at the front desk was very accommodating on getting two more washcloths and one more bath towel but could not find any hand towel towels. Water was turned off Saturday afternoon, which was kind of an inconvenience, but with that being said, the staff was all very amazing and nice.

    This was a terrible experience. It was meant to be a short stay overnight t o finish driving in the morning. I booked a 2 bed queen room and the hotel only had a 1 bedroom. We had to get another room for the rest of the group. The room didn't have towels which made me wonder when was it cleaned last. The room was clean. The shower was either scolding hot or cold. The next morning the breakfast didn't have milk for cereal. So we just had sausage and muffins.

    The room was nasty. The lampshade was covered in rust, the sheets and blanket were stained, there was hair on the towels and sink. One pillow had dried blood on it. The hot tub was broken. Breakfast was extremely limited and crowded, most healthy options were gone.

    Picked this spot because it had an indoor pool. Got to sight and pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was good, but staff was slow to refill the food, ran out of spoons, had to ask for some. The king size bed had a queen size comforter on it.

    It was really bad. When I came into the hotel to check in she first told me there is no hot tub. I was told by front desk that the hot tub and pool is broken. I continued to check in. She gave me my room and when I went in the sheets were dirty when I pulled him back. There was hair and stains all in the bed I went back she looked. And she called a housekeeper to clean. The front desk clerk went to find a clean room ““ and when she came back, she said she thinks she found a room and I told her no I don’t want a room if you have to find a clean room and two of the rooms have not been clean then that means that you don’t have clean rooms. People were living in the hotel with kids like a whole house of clothes, toys, and furniture in that up in that hotel. It was in full renovation mode. The hotel is being remodeled. This was nowhere on the website. The hotel was 1000% nasty. She would not cancel my room.

    The rooms here are very well maintained, spotless and quiet. Clean linen towels housekeeping does a fantastic job .There's also extra parking especially for trucks pulling large trailers right behind the hotel that's very well lighted .I recommend this location to everyone. Easy access to 45 in one minute as well as Cypress Creek Pkwy aka fm1960.

    We booked this room for the fact it is supposed to have an indoor pool and hot tub neither were available the pool was completely empty . The room was basic at best the beds were not comfortable which was disappointing as i normally find comfort inn to have good beds amd nice rooms .     Very unprofessional. I walked in and had to wait a lengthy time while the staff was on the phone talking about her work hours and being over worked. The first room the bathtub faucet was leaking and couldn’t turn off. The tub was dirty and had loose hair all in it. The second room was a little cleaner but had hair on the beds and bathroom. The breakfast food was disgusting. I asked for face towels and was told that they didn’t have any more I will have to wait until the morning after they were washed.

    Place was the dirtiest Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stay at a lot of hotels. Indoor pool not in service, broken mini fridge. Bed mattress stained with bodily fluids, tv was broken. Pillow cases missing. Poor quality maintenance in the room and building.

    First no one said there would be another 100 bucks deposit on top of the payment I made already! Vincent has no idea of what customer service is! Talks over people as they are voicing a problem, talked down on the owners for not updating website! Got his manager to come down she said her name was Mrs D she was half dressed holding a smoking device talking about all they did when they copied my card on their copier was make sure they can prove it was me if said I didn’t come! Check-in was horrible! Got to the room and had to take pictures cause I will not be paying for issues already there. Both Vincent and Mrs D were not following the company policies that are listed on the door! Neither had a name tag on, neither was dressed appropriately. Mrs D wanted to complain about her marriage to us and that is asking for a manager made it worse with her spouse! I will never stay here again, I would suggest that no one else does neither! Property was no where near what the pictures provided looked like, place was noise smelt like cigarette and weed smoke from front door all through the building! Would do half or no stars if it would let me!

    We had a great experience here. Ms Dee at the front desk gave us great customer service, was super nice and courteous at all times. Breakfast was great, the room was great we definitely recommend!

    The front desk staff as well as other staff through the hotel were very friendly, welcoming and extremely nice! They had AMAZING customer service. However the room was not even subpar. Was very disappointed in how run down it truly was. The shower curtain was torn, the ceiling looked as if it had mold or wet spots all over it, the counter tops were wet and stayed wet the entire time we were there. The bathroom has several spots that needed to be fixed and the ice lid was extremely dirty.. however the breakfast was great! And I can’t get over just how awesome the staff was! I did not file a complaint through the front on how bad the room looked because I knew they couldn’t fix it right there or then. But for the most part it was “clean” just had lots of things that really needed to be redone/remodeled.

    Pool was down the whole weekend, had to change rooms cause there was water leaking from the roof, couldn’t find a room for me once I got there, staff was nice young girl helped us the whole time couldn’t be mad at her she did the best she could

    Had to ask everyday for towels and they originally didn’t give us enough for 3 people and they didn’t have enough clean ones the last night. I also had to ask for toilet paper daily. The hallways smelled like mildew and the pool was “under maintenance” but looked like it hasn’t been in service for some time and that was not mentioned in the booking.

    The staff was amazing. We had to switch rooms because the tv didn’t work and there wasn’t a lightbulb in the lamp. So we get to the other room. It felt a lot cleaner than the first one. The tv was antenna and I think the other room did not have one so that’s why it didn’t work. The AC was extremely loud and even when it was “off” it was loud. The staff are doing their best with a building and resources that really need updated.

    The bed was fine, and there were more breakfast options than I've seen at comparable hotels recently. However, we were bummed the hot tub didn't seem to work properly (jets were very weak) and common areas of the hotel seemed worn. We also had an issue with our room, but the hotel quickly offered to let us change rooms. We did not have an issue with the second room.

    This was the worst trip ever. We switched rooms twice. The first room was not clean. There was someone’s shaved hair all over the floor & toilet & pink stuff all over the tub & wall. The second room was worse. No sheets on the bed & look like they threw a party in the room. There was trash everywhere. It was late & we had kids with us so they let us look at a few rooms to see if they were clean. Oh I forgot to mention we drove all the was from Louisiana to this mess. I will not be booking there again.

    . I checked in, paid for my room and thought that was it, little did I know I was about to be harassed as well as deprived from my privacy. First a lady comes opens my door while I’m in the restroom then I jump up to see who is there and she’s asking me for my name and how I paid for my room? I told her and she said it was ok, I go on about my day get ready to go to the pool (which in my opinion is not safe for certain individuals) then I went to the store came back tried to open my room to find my key was deactivated, my husband calls me from downstairs said the lady again is telling him now she needs to make a copy of my card again I thought the problem was solved. We go to the pool then all of a sudden here comes the same lady yelling “who drives a black truck!?” While stating my whole license plate number where everyone could hear. I felt threatened, afraid and harassed so we quickly gathered our things and left. We had to spend the night in my truck. I am feeling mentally distressed and anxious because of this very unfortunate incident. Will you please advise what can be done without having to get my attorney Mr. Tony Buzbee involved.? He helped my family when we lost a nephew to hotel negligence in the past

    Hotel staff was extremely rude. The front desk Lady walked out on her shift. I was locked out of my room with kids for over three hours because the key did not work. this all happened from 12 to 3 A.M.. when I asked for extra towels, they only gave me two for four people. There were no pools towels to use There was no soap in the restrooms. Had to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper, and she rudely just tossed it at me.

    The Hotel overall was Excellent. We look forward to stay again. However, a $100 deposit was required. When I checked out, the front desk clerk stated it would be refunded to the card used. However, when it had not yet been refunded, I called the Hotel Front Desk to follow up. They answered but put me on hold until the call disconnected. This happend 3 consecutive times. The succeeding 4th 5th 6th call were never answered

    Hotel experience was terrible. Booke for 5 nights 1st room had no shower curtains and arains on linen. Manager was very rude and had horrible customer service etiquette. Key card did not work at neither entrance. They had a guest sitting at the front no front desk clerk most night . The guest Ms.Collins that they placed to open the door because of key cards not working was racist and would not open the door . Had to call the local police to get in due to discrimination. Worst customer service and hotel experience I have ever had

    The first room I received was occupied. The second had dirty bedding and a sofa that was not acceptable for sitting (stains) and there were not any clean towels. I received a key for a third room and we took. However bedding was not clean. We removed the bedding and ask for clean sheets since it was after 12 am and we had to leave at 5am. Staff was kind.

    Staff was awesome, room was a tad bit dirty. Other than that it was a great stay for the price, the area is a bit sketchy, but the awesome staff made the stay worth it, woke up late and was late to my checkout, but the cleaning lady and the front desk clerks were understanding and kind about it, I didnt feel rushed at all.

    The air conditioner wasnt cooling but luckily we had brought a fan and it was cool outside. There was an industrial fan in the hallway, so im assuming the HVAC system wasnt working well. The bathtub did not have a stopper. The water to the toilet was cut off. We turned it on when we realized it wouldnt flush. The plumbing inside the toilet tank was broke b/c it kept running. So instead of fixing the issue, someone just turned the water off.

    The facility and amenities were great!! The location was a little funny with the way the gps had me get there each time. Everything in the room worked well, the pool and hot tub were working well, and breakfast was decent! I would recommend.

    Stayed up here for an event. Specifically booked this location because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was broken and the pool is a bit rundown. Otherwise, the rest of our stay including the room, breakfast, and parking was fine. Also, the staff was very responsive to request and helpful.

    I go to the room. No towels. I try to call the desk. No answer. I go back down and inform him of missing towels. After rummaging around procures one. Makes a comment about "housekeeping.". Hopefully the towel is clean. I get up early to run. I specifically chose this hotel for its 24/7 fitness center. Both treadmills have handwritten signs reading "BROKEN" on looseleaf. I can provide pictures. So then I proceeded to inform staff of this. Outside. Smoking. Some woman there with him, presumably a significant other based om their actions. Obviously he can't fix the problem. Nor does he apologize. Taking my run outside at this point - 85 degrees and 72% humidity - the surrounding area is retail, auto body, and other hotels. Several homeless persons in front of various stores. Eventually paid for a day pass at planet fitness, showered and used my lone towel before checking out.

    Made my reservation on line for a queen size bed. Made my way to hotel for room to be sold out. Was given a room with two beds that I didn’t need. We only had one wash cloth in our bathroom. My husband asked for another one at the front desk and was told they didn’t have any. The shower curtain was in bad condition. We also had to ask for toilet paper. No coffee in room. The little coffee maker was missing a piece to make coffee. The best thing about the breakfast was the toast and coffee. The bacon was in pieces, the sausage and eggs didn’t taste good at all. The juice machine wasn’t working. Also area has a lot of homeless pan handling in area.

    Would not want to stay at this hotel again. Got into bed and there was a brown spot on the edge of the sheets so to improve this I feel like housekeeping needs to check sheets better. Also I had to kill a cockroach climbing on the wall. An exterminator would help with this issue. My biggest problem is I stayed 3 nights and had my tag hanging on door which I understood to mean that I do not wish to have anybody including housekeeping in my room. The first night we slept in till 11:00am and by that time housekeeping was all ready done. The next day we had to be out of the hotel for activities and upon return the room had been cleaned. I was not very happy this happened I wanted my privacy and thought the hanger on the door ment that. Then the next morning upon leaving the hotel my wife and I were leaving the hotel. Our son was asleep in the room and my wife and I were taking luggage on to the truck to get loaded to leave while our son was sleeping. My wife was coming back into hotel as I was sorting things in the truck and saw the housekeeper coming out of our room. The door tag was still on the door and our son was in the room sleeping. My wife asked her what the hell she was doing in our room and she apparently did not speak English. So with this being said. Take caution with HOUSEKEEPING if staying at this hotel.

    The room had not been cleaned, sheets were visibly dirty (crumbs and hair in both beds), and floor had not been vaccumed. The staff assisted me to change the sheets- but then in the morning (I had to leave very early for the airport) - I realized that there were no towels in the room. I feel like I should get my $$ back on this one. It was awful!

    Elevator 3 weeks( HUGE fire code violation), facility dryer, internet, cable for 2 days hot tub, both exterior doors, breakfast juice machine, no towels in the pool, nor were there any dirty towels in the bin, pool was cloudy and looked green Never had housekeeping clean our room or replace towels, no hand soap or lotion in the room. Room looked like it was cleaned by a teenaged as if you look under anything there was trash, under chair cushion looked like a urine or blood stain with crumbs and trash about. Bathtub had mold around it and a couple broken tiles and fan had dust caked on it. Breakfast was inedible except the toast, fruit was rotten and eggs looked like they were powder and had been reheated from last week. It looked like it was about to be foreclosed on and the owners were trying to squeeze the last drop of money out of it. By far worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Management and Marriott should be ashamed. Would give 0 starts if I could.

    The front desk was so nice and I like them .Problems :1 no elevator, 2. Towels that were spoiled that was left on the floor was not changed,3. The tub was too slippery to stand in and no stopper to take a bath,4. Two small stains on the top comforter 5. The Jacuzzi was broken all I can say it had hot water 6. The eggs on the breakfast was awful it tasted like dry cloth 7. The water in the pool was not clear. I couldn't tell if it was cleaned. The chair near desk had a broken arm . Marriot can do better

    I went on a trip to get away and relax. This hotel was disappointing. First the remote did not work. Second, i wanted to be able to soak and relax in the bathtub, but no stopper. Was promised after my first night that maintenance would repair, did not happen. I ended up purchasing my own stopper. I asked daily to have my room cleaned and it never happened. I had to ask for clean towels daily. Everytime i would leave and come back my key did not work! Just not what I expected from a Marriott hotel, disappointing, and will book elsewhere when in the Houston area next time.

    This was a horrible nightmare stay. I booked 3 rooms which was done all under one reservation for our disaster relief service. We were placed on three different floors and told they couldn’t an accommodate us all in the rooms we originally booked. My room had no bath tub but had a handicap shower that you pull down a seat and move the shower head with a broken pipe that throws water all over the bathroom. The garbage had garbage in it, the sheets were stained. The second room had BLOOD on the wall and dirty wash clothes in the shower plus that tv didn’t work. The third room had mold on the ceiling. The front door lobby doors were broken and we had to use a side entrance to enter in and out the hotel. We had to TELL them at the front door glass to open the side door because the key pad was broken. The hot tub didn’t work, the pool was cold and had green stuff along the edges. It was not mold but some type of cleaning stuff that wasn’t taken off. The lady at the desk is nice but the lobby was super busy and the manager just sits there watching and eating. I will never stay there again and don’t recommend it. Oh and the drug deal in the parking lot was interesting. The guy on the bike selling the dope was friendlier than the manager. Maybe they can employ him to clean and fix things.

    It doesn’t say when you book, but they only clean your room, provide towels or take out trash after 3 days. I had booked my room for two day and was gone all day. I expected to come back to a clean room with fresh towels and that is not their practice. When I asked the front desk I was told different properties have different service schedules. There was a scum ring in the tub on day one and one of the pillow cases had a blood stain.

    Was very disappointed with this stay. Advised upon checkin that reserved room wasn't available and room was booked for 2 couples. Not couples have back issues and one of us had to settle with sleeping on the pull out sofa that is extremely uncomfortable. Hotel stay was booked over almost a month in advance. Breakfast didn't include waffles due to machine being broke and was very limited on what was provided. A/c did not keep room cool, even when set to 62, dead roach was found on window sill of a/c unit.

    No ashtray or smoker's pole outside - cigarettes buds end up on the ground Check out time : website states noon, was informed by reception that new policy was 11 am CC hold - reception said 30$, charge was 100....more than the room itself. Room was missing a label exhibiting room number - had to check the entire floor before proceeding by elimination Could not shower in the morning - faucet was leaking - almost no water was going to the shower head. Some lights ( in my room ) were not working, probably broken bulbs Breakfast was a joke - very minimalistic + there was a sign stating - no more than 2 items please. At least they were polite.
