The property is definitely a budget hotel but for the price there was excellent service it was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Property and room were clean. Free breakfast had a decent variety (better than most I’ve had before) and all was pretty fresh. Stayed there with kids for a night, it was nice and quiet- we felt safe. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a very good neighborhood. The Bkfst was great also, with coffee always available. The room with walk-in shower was very nice! They have available self parking, but charged parking fees because they could charge them, of $29.00, per night. I would have preferred a one time fee of a smaller amt, like $15.00. It was misleading! It was very close to the I-610, making it easy to get around.

The hotel is comfortable, the room was cleaned perfectly every day, and overall my stay was pleasant and relaxing. This time, I noticed for the first time that part of the hotel looks very outdated. The old walls, worn furniture, scratches, and overall dated feel of the room slightly affected my impression. However, this was mostly balanced by the excellent daily housekeeping and some staff members who were very kind and helpful

Friendly staff. The room type I reserved wasn’t available when I arrived, so had to use the pullout sofa bed. 😡 Toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to summon maintenance twice. Room key wouldn’t open the gated parking. BUT, the staff let us manipulate the TV to watch the NBA playoffs in the lobby (pizza party style).

Breakfast was good

We were placed in room #139. Right across from housekeeping. I immediately went to the from desk to ask about the hours that housekeeping would leave for the day and come in in the morning, because I did not want to be awaken early in the morning. I was lied to and told they would not be in until 10am. Housekeeping staff showed up at 7:30am, loud, slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. They also charge $29 a day to park that was a shock to me. I will not stay here again.

Breakfast was convenient, and very good. I have traveled for the last 20 years for work, and I can honestly say that everything was exceptional. To me the staff was happy to be of service anytime needed. It felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs, and it was a pleasure to assist the people staying at your facility. I would honestly have to dig hard to find something that I didn't like, but it would have been useful to have local shuttle. I understand that adding this could add to the cost of the stay, so I would honestly rather not have a shuttle and keep the cost of the stay down. Thanks to all the staff for continuing to do what they do.

The room was clean and the AC was cold!! Breakfast looked good but I only had time to grab a banana. The lady at the desk I think her name was Candace was very nice!

The location was very good for me- close to downtown and the galleria. The room was very clean, the a/c worked really well. The shower lever was very difficult to pull up. The breakfast had a wide variety(the waffles were really good, but not so for the eggs). I gave a 4 star because I had to pay for parking.

We enjoyed this hotel! We were only here for one night but it was a great spot. The location was good. The front desk staff were exceptional! The fitness room is small but had the necessities (Dumbbells and treadmill). The hotel always seemed clean and smelt clean as well. I didn’t have breakfast but it was free so that is a plus for some. I’d stay again.

Some stains on the ceiling and walls! The AC is old and loud model! The smell of cleaning products was very strong! They do not provide a free bottle of water, but you can buy it at their reception desk.

The shower floor was extremely slippery and i fell landing on my tailbone andhitti g my head on the shower wall. There was no notice of it being this slippery. They must add some kind of product to reduce this problem. I was alone and 71 years old. This could have been devastating to my health.

Room had a water leak and had to be moved. Bathrooms in terrible shape (wallpaper, furniture, door). Toilets are entirely too low…and I am short! Parking $29/day…ridiculous! They have owned that property for 30 years and it used to be free.

It was good until we faced situation with manager who is very rude, disrespectful to customer. Charged for parking I never used. We clearly told the manager we would not park there, yet the charge was added after checkout with no warning. The manager was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, made us liars, refused to show any proof, and completely refused to communicate. This is not my first stay here, but after this treatment I will never return. Avoid this hotel.

I was given a room with a faulty lock and worse still it was a known ongoing problem. I was locked out for two hours in the very late evening on the eve of a very important morning meeting. And if that weren’t enough documents I needed for my morning meeting were locked up in the inaccessible room. I would not stay at this hotel again.

First, a bedding problem. We were staying in Room 303. When I booked the room, I mentioned there would be 2 adults and 1 kid staying in the room. So, of course, we would use the king-size bed and the sofa bed. But as I was making the bed for my kid, I realized there was only a fitted sheet on the mattress of the sofa bed, but no flat sheet and no blanket. So I went to the reception to ask for sheets and a blanket, but the receptionist told me there was no blanket available, which is not right since I had specified there would be 3 people in this room. Second, a cleaning problem. We checked in on Friday, 16th, and on Saturday, 17th, the cleaning lady came and knocked on the door, but we asked her to come back in 10 minutes since we were just about to leave the room for the day. When we came back, around 5 PM, the room had not been cleaned. The beds had not been made, the bins had not been emptied…. So, no, it was not a great experience.

The location, excellent staff, and wonderful breakfast besides a comfortable quiet room made for an excellent stay. Only that my shower and tub faucet only has hot scalding water. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Upon entry of the hotel as the lobby was nice and the fast area was nice I expected the rest of the Hotel to be the same. As you walked in further into the hotel you could tell the carpet was old and stained throughout. It smelled like old wet carpet. Def not what I expected. Beds were comfortable but the carpet was yucky.

Food options were limited. Guests service was a little rude. Phone did not work. Holes all in the walls. Door did not close to my rooms I had two different rooms either door did not lock I had to yank on door several times to get it to close

Guests in near rooms stood in halls screaming at each other, in the morning and evening both days we stayed at your hotel. No one from the hotel staff appeared to care.

To hot and the hallway don’t make sense to pay for parking when you already paying for the high ass room

Everything about the property was great except for our room. It had a VERY musty smell and the wall by the shower was visibly moldy with wallpaper placed over it. One of my kids has a mold allergy and was sneezy and sniffly all night.

My sister and I visited for the Cowboy Carter concert, coming in from Dallas. The hotel was conveniently located near everything we needed—restaurants, the venue, and more. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff at the front desk were friendly, and the entire place was very clean and well-kept. The only downside was the parking fee—we weren’t fans of having to pay for parking on top of the stay. Other than that, we had a great experience!

This room was not how I expected . Smelled like roaches and bleach would not recommend. When I arrived my room was already opened didn’t even have to use the key. I asked for a refund and they refuse to give a refund. You do have to pay $29 for parking not even worth it. Bed was hard. Definitely not what I expected for that money spent.

The room was clean. Breakfast was lacking. Didn't like the fact that after I paid to stay there I had to pay for my truck to stay there

it was OK, but right across from my room was the housekeeper staff lounge and they were very loud and it was very early on Saturday and they were still loud. You think they have more consideration.

Front Desk was Wonderful. The young lady was very courteous

This hotel was awesome. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when we had some delays/issues with our airline. Anything we asked they assisted with. The location is great, close to the Galleria mall without feeling overly crowded. Breakfast was hot and tasty every morning. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Would have done 2/3 stars but the staff is super nice and makes a real effort to address issues. They're going through renovations, and the first room had burn holes in the furniture and carpet. Second room had a toilet issue. I plunged(plunger provided) and it worked after that. Refrigerator froze my milk solid. The air conditioning was really cold, had to turn it off until bedtime. Bed comfortable but sheets felt fresh from store or starched...No weights below 15 pounds in the fitness center, but machines worked. Nice little pool area. Good breakfast and again, the staff was very nice. This place is not quite a Hampton yet but still good clean place to stay and reasonable price.

Of activities. The staff was always very helpful and respectful and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and spacious and always on point.

The hotel nice. There were a few store in walking distance. Mall close to drive.

Certain aspects of the room show wear, i.e., the bath vanity and bathroom door. Only one elevator was operable.

The stay was nice and quiet everything went well.

Breakfast ran out fast and all we were going to get was left which was scraps and it looked like there were short staff. We couldn’t get waffles because the line was long since they was nothing else. The room looks like it needs remodeling and the bathroom door was all scrapes missing part of it. Walls look old. The bathroom sink faucet didn’t have the color code for hot and cold and burned my hand when I opened it.
