    Our stay was ok. The breakfast was the best part - You can make waffles in the shape of Texas! We stayed on the 2nd floor and constantly heard kids running in the hallway. No biggie, we just turned the TV up. The reason I rated the stay 3 stars is because our room never got cleaned. Luckily, we are tidy people. We did not have towels the next day and I had to go downstairs to the reception desk ti request after several phone calls. Yet and still we did not receive towels. I ended up finally seeing housekeeping in the hallway and was able to get towels. This was 10 mi s before we had to check out. The toilet seemed to make noises all night but we just closed the door.

    Room condition was ok, mini fridge though not so great it has only a 2 hour “on” button which was frustrating as I had to keep getting up to turn on throughout the night for my sons milk to be kept cold. Breakfast was 1 hour from closing and they had no eggs nor a microwave for food to heat up as some needed to warm up. Everything was scattered around, butter for waffles over with bagels as well as syrup with eggs and what not.

    The wall mounted toiletries had two body washes and one conditioner - no shampoo option. It would also be nice to have two bath rugs in a large bathroom - one for the shower and one for the sink. The room had two digital clocks - set to two significantly different times.

    It was good, we had a little problem with our air conditioning in our room, but they were able to get us accommodated and switch to another room quickly. The pool was needing some attention, but they called their pool guys. Hopefully, it’s fixed now.

    I stayed for 4 days, there is no coffee machine working, TV not working and NO iron board is provided. They didn't check the things before alloting a room to customer. After I reported also they didn't make TV to work. Bad service. Felt very much discomfort which I never ever had in any place.

    My daughter and I really enjoyed your front desk staff this weekend beginning with Ky and her accommodating services. There was an issue with the bathroom light fixture, and she assigned us another wonderful room without hesitation. We met with the other ladies the rest of the weekend and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

    We chose this hotel because it's a smoke & pet free property. We have severe allergies. We weren't disappointed. Our room was very clean and modern. No smells, animal, smoke or musty. The a/c unit worked perfectly. The rooms are sound-proofed, so it was very quiet. We just heard a bit of noise in the hallway & from the guests staying in the room above us. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and we're greeted with a kind smile as we checked in. The front doors lock at night, so it felt very safe. There was security in the parking lot overnight to watch the vehicles. Overall, it was a great hotel! We'll be back.

    We checked in and were assigned a room. Upon entry of the room there was an extremely strong odor of marijuana and rust in the shower. We asked to switch rooms. The next room was decent and didn't have those lingering odors and the shower was acceptable. We stayed two nights and were pleased with the continental breakfast as well as the exercise room. The GM was in the second morning and let us pick a complimentary snack as an apology for the first room. Overall we were satisfied.

    I booked a specific room with a couch and was giving a tiny room with a door that didn’t lock when seeking help I was told nothing could be done due to booking though Expedia. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Stale , super limited, no waffles, English muffins tasted expired.

    I had a lot of trouble connecting to the wifi, the refrigerator was either broken or barely working, and right outside my window, a noisy business started lots of loud activity around 7:30 am. The front desk person was very, very nice however. She deserves a raise for her attitude alone.

    Unfortunately the bathroom and coffee maker outlets did not work, one of the two florescent lights next to the bathroom mirror was missing - I reported to front desk upon arrival (3 night stay) and again on 2nd day. Unfortunately nothing was ever done to fix during my stay - especially the bathroom mirror light would have been helpful. Otherwise great stay and would book again.

    Breakfast was great. The bed was great. The employees were courteous. I did have a problem with the lighting in the bathroom. It was very dark. The light in the shower worked and was nice and bright; but the mirror lights and light on the ceiling were not working. I practically put on my makeup in the dark. Besides that minor issue, it was a great stay.

    Great hotel, the guy who greated at check in was very inviting and pleasant. The atmosphere was nice. Smelled good in the lobby and the elevators. The room was very nice and clean and spacious. Only one thing i can say i was not pleased with were the sheets on the bed were not soft and cozy, they were scratchy and hard. But my ovrrall stay was great.

    We booked the hotel through expedia and they have accepted the reservation. When we have reached over there around 10PM, they have mentioned that they have stopped accepting the reservations through expedia since morning.     The cleanliness of this hotel left much to be desired. During our four night stay, the one working elevator was never cleaned. There were dirty hand streaks and drips of food? all over the walls, the carpet was never vacuumed. The fitness room floor was also filthy. I took one look at the floor and skipped my workout. The breakfast area was very clean. I’m not sure why other areas were totally neglected. I hope management reads this and makes changes.

    Room was only cleaned 1 time during our 5 day stay in the hotel despite several days of calling and directly speaking to people at lobby to clean the room. We were running out of toilet papers and have to keep on reusing soiled towels. We never place do not disturb sign outside our room, so can't make it at as an excuse. We spoke to manager Ky during our stay and after we left. She apologizes, but can't avoid the fact that we had bad experience in the hotel. We have been staying on Marriot branded hotels around the world for years, and this is probably the most disappointing experience we had.

    I was charged two times for my room. The male with spiked hair was rude on every time I made contact with him. He charged me after I paid at the time of booking. When I came down one the evening of second day to get towels because my room had not been serviced he gave me two large towels reluctantly. Then when I brought the towels back down that were dirty ; some due to my 5 year old granddaughter nose bleeding during the night. I was still not given washcloths. I had also asked for a pillowcase due to her pillowcase being bloody. He was rude. I came back to ask for toilet paper. He said the hotel doesn’t supply tissues. I then asked you don’t supply tissue to wipe my backside with. He then went to get a roll of toilet tissue. Last week I stay in the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge Louisiana for 4 days. The service was great. This is the only hotel that I have booked with with hotels.com as a travel nurse that I have received bad treatment from the staff since becoming a member.
