    The hotel its self was great. What wasn't great was that Expedia lead me to believe I would get a double queen room. By the time they sent the hotel my reservation request all of the queen rooms were reserved. My only option was a king room with a queen pull out couch. My very large teenage son had to sleep on the pull out and it was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was very apologetic and let me know this is a common issue with Expedia. Let me be clear, in now way was this the hotels fault, it was solely Expedias fault. They were notified by the property that my origin request could not be met and instead of notifying me, they just let it be a surprise when I check in. Thankfully the front desk clerk was helpful.

    The location The only thing we didn't like was that it was cleaned. As soon as walked in TV was on, trash in the trash cans, bed was undone and toilet has hairs on it.

    The staff was friendly and greeted you with a smile. The room, pool, breakfast eating area all were super clean. The pool was cleaned both days we were there. The hpusekeeping was thorough. This facility is quiet as I was preparing to take an exam next day and very family friendly as we had our 6 year old. Breakfast was buffet and top notch. Professional staff.

    The hotel is extremely clean and welcoming. The staff were very polite and helpful. Ready to address any concerns if necessary. Breakfast was buffet style and well maintained. The hotel overall is a nice place for families, business trips etc. The pool area was nice and clean. The hotel stay was perfect and the staff is awesome!!

    Not much They had double booked us and told us we had been booked into a different hotel. So at 11.30pm we had to dive to another location. A refund was promised, but as expected...nothing!!

    I like that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was stained and pet hairs were found randomly on things around the room. Very oddly, I found pet hairs on the ironing board of all places. No biggie, I used a sheet that I brought from home to put over it to keep the hairs from getting on my clothes. The fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work very well, but again it was no big deal.

    The property is very nice the rooms are also excellent they have everything you need. The pool area has a grill and the outside property is clean. There are no random walkers and the parking area overnight is or what I feel is safe for you. 5 stars from me and my children!!!!!!! Will always stay here when coming down to Houston. The rooms have a nice dishwasher, refrigerator and a two burner stove! The room was clean beds, bathroom clean do you hear me!!!!!!!! Staff is excellent and super helpful! Stay here tell everyone you know to stay here eating places, shopping within 10 minutes. Walmart 13 minutes along all the eating places. Thank for the most enjoyable stay that we have ever had!!! Impressed I must say!

    It was midnight and i was hunting for a hotel... After pre-paying for this stay. Unthinkable. Over just a few dollars gain in room charge? Wow. Best advice, avoid this place like the plague. Funny thing is, the hotel i found was better...(More comfortable, better need) And cheaper! So ultimately, Homewood Suites lost.

    My room was not ready until after 6pm, I was lucky I had other people with rooms so I had non pool place to hang out. The pool area with fire pit and BBQ are great. But there were never any towels available. Water in the room would sporadically not be available. House keeping is every other day but they never did anything but empty the 1 garbage so I ran out of toilet paper and had to take it from one of the public ones since there was no front desk after waiting 5 mins. The staff themselves friendly. It's just the hotel couldn't keep up with the amount of desk.

    The room was quite large and having a full kitchen was definitely a plus. The free breakfast had plenty of options. There was often no one at the front desk. And when we called down for an additional towel, soap, and pillows, they stated that there was no one able to bring them to us. We had to walk down and get them ourselves. When we did, we were still short the things we had asked for.

    Loved the syaff and rooms. Very clean and spacy rooms. The staff were friendly. Especially the security, took time to let us park in a better area where they can keep watch. The staff made us feel welcomed. This is my second time staying here and loved it.

    The pool was nice . Room would have been ok if staff would care more when you tell them about problems that could have been fixed . We wanted so bad to like it here , since we had to stay a while. We Did not have a good experience, the card did not work on almost all the doors we had to walk all the way around ,got locked out by the pool , went and changed keys and it still didn't work ,it didn't work on our room a few times , and room was so hot. The bed had crumbs, and the floor was so sticky. staff at the desk was never around when you needed something. I had to go across the street to get things we needed when you did find someone they were rude and didn't care when we had a problem. Trash was everywhere, and it smelled really bad.

The headboard had a terrible smell about it that I can’t even describe. The headboard has an upholstery layer on it and that smelled so bad, you automatically know that it is unclean. It smelt like old dirty diapers in a dryer on full spin mixed with gym shoes. My wife and I kept smelling ourselves to make sure it wasn’t us that smelt that bad. We slept on the opposite end of the bed to avoid the smell. Even the pillows smelled like trash can. And to make matters worst, while my wife was showering, the water cut off. Like, completely stopped. And never came back on. So that’s that. I don’t think I’d ever stay there again, but the staff has my respect. Both employees we encountered were super helpful and kind.

    The room was big, pretty clean overall. Love the full size fridge, nice lighting, water is hot right away, clean and comfortable beds, AC cold! On the review it’s showing there is “breakfast taco bar”, apparently it isn’t true as the breakfast was mediocre at best. My dishwasher also didn’t work.

She’s the type that thinks if she smiles she’s providing good customer service. I reported a broken tile so it would not affect my deposit and we I showed it to her she responded that she needed to wait to see what the maintenance man said. I had been there for 10 minutes with 3 small kids. That response was rude. The guy that checked me out didn’t smile once yet he provided great customer service.

    We went to Texas for a Baby Shower it was only for one night 2 rooms I booked Saturday August 3 check in til August 4 ,,, one room we checking after 3pm and left to the baby Shower,, we can back to the hotel after 11pm 2rooms checking 2 adults and 3 kids and my nice got bit we found Bug in the room we call reception the lady came over and took pictures my family left the hotel in the middle of the night,, me and my daughter we were very upset we changed flight for the 1 one Sunday morning we were up all night we left the Hotel by 6am ,, the Lady in charge said she same the information too the manager… I call her expida and said only I will get refund for 1 room is unacceptable for all the inconvenience we went thru I need my full refund for the 2room also and that property need too be closed….. and not be offered for customer to do booking….. I will be waiting for a resolution

    Breakfast was good. The location was a little far from downtown, but we knew that going in (to save money). Hotel was clean, staff friendly. I got stuck with an electric vehicle by the rental company. Having a charger would have been a nice thing to have.

    The room was dirty. Food crumbs on both sides of the bed between the bedside tables and the head of the bed and on the floor in the kitchen area. I found an earring and lipgloss on the floor which confirmed my thought that the floors were not vacuumed or cleaned after the last guest. In the bathroom, hair in the bathroom sink, shower and on the stationary shampoo bottle. Dried, crusty food and greasy finger prints on the bedside tables, coffee table and kitchen table. I took my luggage and went back to the front desk to ask to be moved to a clean room. I was told that the hotel was sold out for the week and guests that had not yet arrived had deposits on their rooms and it would be very complicated to move me to a different room. She did offer to have someone change the sheets. I never said anything about the sheets! That must be a common complaint also. I found my way to a nearby grocery store, purchased Clorox cleaning wipes and did my best to clean the room I had to stay in.

    Our room was infested with fleas. There were no other rooms available so I left covered in bites. I was given a discount and allowed to check out early. I asked for my sheets to be changed and was told there were 90 other rooms to clean so I asked for sheets and changed them myself trying to alleviate being bit by fleas. It was a packed hotel and LOUD. It smelled like mildew and cigars down our hallway. Won’t be staying again.

The waffle iron was put up so that was not available as well as bacon pictured. There was a cold bar with no yogurt, cream cheese but no bagels. For some strange reason the breakfast attendant refused to put out coffee lids so you’d have to ask for a lid. Plus the coffee was flavorless. Have been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast. The linen in the room had hairs and stains. Loved the floor plan and the room amenities like a full sized fridge. Decent neighborhood. Personally would not stay at this location again.

    We are frequent travlers to Houston for my three year old cancer treatments. We arrived after traveling 24hrs on the road exhausted. We were not allowed to check in until after 3pm. No acceptions even if their hotel is only a 1/4 occupied. They don't accomidate your preffered room of choice you picked using hotels.com. My son is is blind so I always get a room just for his needs so he doesn't hurt himself. After explaining my son's condition they still did not understand. They still checked us into a room that looked nothing like I payed for on Hotels.com. Finally after the third attempt of checking into a room I asked again about the accesible room I booked on hotels.com for my three year old son that is blind. He finally changed our room type. I booked our reservation for 2/4/22 to 2/9/22 on the last night I exstended our stay because of the circumstances involving my sons treatment. On 02/19/22 my Tundra was vandelized. Someone cut the catelac converter and exhaust pipes out from my truck. My truck was parked in the lit up parking lot in front of the camers and side door. Apparenlty their cameras dont work and the security patrol don't either. We had to exstend our stay again until my truck coould get towed. They said would comp me one night on the day they vandalized my truck. Even though they said they would they charged me anyways. On 2/24/22 they told me I had to check out after calling earlier that morning to exstend my stay. $120 nightly to get robbed and kicked

    The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. However, I left some some clothes hanging in the closet and didnt remember until i got home back in Missouri. I had to call 4 times to get anyone to check to see if they could locate them. Each time they asked for my number so they could call me back but no one did until I spoke with the General Manager. The Manager found them in housekeeping but said he preferred someone pick them up rather than ship them back to me. Fortunately my son lives close by and was able to was able to get them. I was really disappointed in the staff as they seemed really uncooperative and acted like it was a burden to help a customer. I highly recommend customer service training for the staff. I will not stay there again. Not that I wont stay stay at homewood suite, just not that one.

    The hotel was great! The only problem we had was there was no breakfast. Because of the winter storm trucks could not make deliveries on time. And this was almost a week after the storm. We travel from out of state for a wedding. So they have a dozen donuts each moring for a SOLD OUT hotel....... We very disappointed that they did not make more efforts to have more breakfast available and did not give a small refund for the lack of the "bagged" breakfast we were told we would get when we booked 3 weeks before.

    This is a beautiful property with clean modern rooms. Loved the rooms. Unfortunately this property is horribly under staffed. Had to wait 40 minutes for an associate to come to the front desk to check us in. The associate was having to work multiple properties and would be off-site for long periods of time. For the same reason, getting fresh towels and other amenities was hit and miss. There was also an issue with a large very loud party that had ordered in "female companionship" (walking the halls) in a hotel full of minor children for a baseball tournament. The desk associate on duty when this was discovered refused to deal with it. We had to wait until the next associate came on duty, and they took care of it immediately. Not the Hilton experience I'm used to.

And they told me they don’t have more room available because they he only two housekeeping for the entero hotel. No resolution on my situation .     We needed a last minute overnight stay, due to our ac going out. Checked in around 11:30 pm. The hotel was quick and convenient. Nice size rooms and the ac works great. Only issue we had was that the room smelled sort of like mildew. Not a very pleasant smell, however We didn’t want to make a fuss. Checked out as soon as our AC Tech showed up at our home.

    The hotel was filled with the smell of pot from a group that was roaming the halls and in the pool all night . We woke up at 5:30am to find the same group still swimming and going up and down the hallway. The only reason this is not a terrible rating was the staff. Everything else was terrible. We will not be returning.

    The hotel was very nice and quite. Nice location and staff was excellent. And as a bonus the breakfast was very good!! I will be staying here again.
