Very classy and elegant hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Truly a blast from the past. I have always wanted to visit the Arlington for it's historical value and finally got my chance. I will be back and maybe not for work where I can really enjoy all this hotel has to offer.

We also booked and appointed to get a massage at 9:00 am in the third floor. We had to wait in line to pay first, then we had to wait for one of the massage therapist who was running late. We were told that even though we had an appointment at 9:00 am for a 30 minutes massage (for $70 each) there was no way we would be done by 9:30 am anyways because they had to attend multiple people. So, we finally left. Very dissatisfied.

Music in the main lobby was fun and entertaining very enjoyable.

It’s a beautiful but old building. The restaurant and open areas are so nice. They are remodeling part of the hotel and our room could use a facelift. Besides that, it was nice.

This place needs a good cleaning. Dust, dirt, and grime everywhere. I’m not high class by any means but when I sit down at a restaurant and my chair is dusty and the base boards have so much built up dust that it’s stuck on that’s disturbing. The handle on the hair dryer was sticky, and the light bulbs in our ceiling fan were burnt out. I would highly recommend another place to stay. Also the valet if highway robbery!

Great stay! It is well worth the money and in a great location downtown!

The Arlington Hotel is always amazing! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is super kind and helpful.

The lobby is beautiful and a lot of old details are preserved, the rooms were a little rough, but not terrible, and im sure those little things will be dealt with when they get to that section of the hotel. The pools and hot tub were fantastic! And beautifully done.

Everything was great!

Amazing staff especially the young lady who checked us in!

The property is being renovated, it our room had not been. It smelled like mold, paint was pealing off the walls, and the carpet was stained and lumpy. The spa was old, but the experience was amazing. Food was excellent!

Good location. Nice building. Friendly staff. Good breakfast WiFi was terrible. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The shower cubicle would be considered poor in a prison. Check in process took far too long. Internal decor was incredibly dated.

Look forward to coming Again

Parking $22 a day and they added $120 to the bill for incidentals, all we did was park which should have been $44. Not worth the cost.

The staff were polite and professional. I thought the hotel had been remodeled but my room looked old and did not appear to be remodel. Additionally, it could have been cleaner. There is 80$ I paid that was unaccounted for and all anyone would say is, “well, you booked through a third party.” There were hidden charges and I hate that.

Historical hotel with perfect placement at the main strip, had an excellent time either way my very first ever Massage. Definitely would book a treatment again. Enjoyed the art Gallery in the basement Bed had nail polish on sheets. Had a feeling a f grimy though put the hotel(reason we ate out)

If you are looking for surgical pristine and modern, then don’t stay here. HOWEVER if you want to experience and explore a living piece of history and if you can appreciate historical artifacts and architecture then THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The staircases are gorgeous. The lobby is breathtaking. They have performances on the lobby stage Thursday-Saturday nights and the lobby bar is open to serve you. Go lounge by the split level pool or relax in the hot tub! Make sure to visit the Arlington Mall, especially Mamoo’s. They make handmade ice cream…..delicious! It is located in the mix of the historic downtown. You can walk to the Ohio Club or the Copper Penny Pub or take some tours. The Gangster Museum and Haunted Tour are excellent.
