My room had a cockroach and the towels were NASTY!! I am very disappointed in this hotel especially since it had good reviews.

The staff was nice, the track bar and grill was a great add on for dinner and music right through the lobby. Location was convenient, it was close to the national park and bathhouse row. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay. The location of the property allows easy access to dining and entertainment.

Our weekend stay was great! Only “complaint” I would have is our floors were not swept /vacuumed (crumbs, dirt etc) BUT, the next morning we went for a walk our room was refreshed before 11am! That was nice to come back to! This place DOES NOT HAVE A POOL OR GYM* but staff was very nice! Amazing spot near downtown & location was nice! Would stay again!

The room had so much dust and the building itself was extremely old run down and smells. I wouldn't stay there again. Breakfast was not included in the stay. No parking. Had to park on the street. Window curtains did not shut, air conditioner was old and made a loud annoying noise.

The pillows were horrible. They were flat and tiny.

Hairs in the bed, toenail clippings on the floor, stains on the headboard. The room stank of weed. The front desk did not tell us about parking. The room was dirty and certainly not worth the money we paid.

Loved the staff. Great customer service. Room clean. Did not like the cable tv. Breakfast was not worth $15. Hair dryer in room did not get hot.
