The Staff leaves alot to be desired!! There were only handful that were happy & helpful!!! 2nd time here we will comeback, the property is gorgeous , so worth the room in the Qasis tower!!

Very nice room, but a little too pricey for two nights stay.

Also, room service does not take notes. Ordered food and what was requested extra was not provided. The person delivered came back with it after and I appreciate the help but should have been noted when ordered.

We stayed for two nights but room service did not clean our room even though we called reception, went down to the front desk to complain and even spoke to the room cleaner who promised to clean our room. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel
