The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast options were delicious and the shuttle to the hard rock was phenomenal to make the trip so much smoother. The room was as clean as a diamond. Much appreciated for our accommodations throughout our stay . Thank you for making our experience amazing !

Great hotel, nice staff. Dumb rule you have to hear closed toe shoes to the pool… Realy?!?! You’re in a beach town, a lot of people come with nothing but flip flops.

Upon arrival, maintenance man walked into our room when I was by myself. He was apologetic and was obviously not informed we had checked in, but it felt unsafe and scary. Room was clean but small. Fridge was stocked with over priced items and left no room for our own items. Bathroom very small and shower leaked puddles. Room balcony had great view but the chairs were all broken and couldn’t be sat on. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful, except for the shuttle driver who was great and provided a great service. Only option is to valet parking for $35/night. Pool had 4 lounge chairs, total. Free breakfast was pretty good. Roof top bar was cool and not even open the Friday night we were there. Too expensive of a hotel for what you get. Only good thing is the location if you are going to Hard Rock.

Cleanliness,modern building, balcony,staff,location Lound music from rooftop until 2am ,shower floor is left open and water goes all over bathroom which can cause a fall.

It was really nice and clean. Great hotel and directly across from the Hardrock. It’s a perfect second option if the hard rock is sold out

We loved the view of the Casino. The hotel offers a shuttle to go back in forth from the casino. The breakfast hit the spot. Will go back for sure.

The front desk staff was amazing! The roof top bar and pool were awesome. I wish that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.tbh that's the first time in years that I've stayed at a hotel without even a small one.

I liked the location. We went to a concert at Hard Rock. The Shuttle was great The cleanliness. The bathroom had obviously not been mopped and there was a very large amount of hair on top of the drain in the shower. The shower head was broken and a huge amount of water was spraying out making the floor outside the shower wwt

It was very nice overall, clean, nice staff, room was excellent. The only negative thing would be the breakfast bar.. it was a little rough. They had plenty of options but the sausage were little hockey pucks and the pancakes would suck the moisture from your soul they were so dry. Definitely better off taking your chances with the McDonalds. But everything else was perfect.

Room 303 that we stayed in was very very noisy. Didn’t sleep at all. They gave us earplugs and they did not work properly. It was just real noisy. He couldn’t sleep at all.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. First, I want to say that the property itself was excellent. It was very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed many aspects of my visit. However, there were a few issues that negatively impacted my experience. One of the reasons I selected your property was because the website indicated that there was shuttle transportation available to the Hollywood Hotel. Unfortunately, when I arrived and asked the front desk about the shuttle schedule, I was informed that the service only operates from Thursday through Sunday. Since this information was not clearly communicated beforehand, we ended up having to walk to the other property in extremely hot weather. Additionally, my room was assigned on the 6th floor, directly below the restaurant. The music coming from the restaurant was very loud late into the evening, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I also noticed that the hot and contro in my room were reversed. The faucet marked for hot water produced cold water, and vice versa. This issue was present with both water controls in the room. Another concern was the elevator operation. On multiple occasions, when I pressed the button to go down, the elevator would take me up instead. This was not user error, as it happened repeatedly throughout my stay whenever I attempted to use the elevator. With all of that said, I believe y it will hard

Everything was great. The only thing was the bathroom floor had footprints on it. Looked like it wasn’t mopped or someone walked over it just after it was mopped. Probably a new housekeeping person. The staff corrected the issue immediately which was great. I would stay there again!

The place is very modern and clean. There is a pool on the top floor but it is only 4 ft deep, They give you a $20.00 coupon for the top floor bar but be aware that the price for a vodka drink will be over $20.00 and there is a 8.59 service charge added to the bill. The breakfast was very good. You have to use the valet parking and at check out you get a 35.00 a night Hotel service fee plus 2.62 tax and 37.38 a night valet parking fee plus tax of 4.55 tax. So our 3 night stay we paid $238.65 in Fees. But I guess it's cheaper then staying at the Hard Rock which is right across the street Plus you got breakfast which you would not get at the Hard Rock. It is a easy walk to walk across the street to get to the Hard Rock. All in all it was a great trip and I'm glad we did it. Just want you to know what to expect. The young man who got our car for us was very friendly and did a great job. They are lucky to have him because even when it was busy he had it all under control. I think his name is Chrischen.
