The staff was extra nice, spent the time to review everything and made sure we had no questions. The hotel was clean and the room was great! I love their set up. Will definitely stay again.

Dina from reception was fantastic. Although I requested the 6th floor in Dec for my May stay I was given a spectacular room on the 4th floor looking right at Hard Rock. Great view of the guitar. Room 407! I was at the hotel for 1 night to see Keith Urban. While my room was beautiful the people a floor above me kept me awake from 3am-4am. Why I like the top floor. I had to call reception and she took it upon herself to knock on their door. It stopped their rudeness. The room was beautiful. Clean and accommodating with a full kitchen if need be. A great stay.

Our room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The free breakfast was nice. Had a great selection for a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our third visit to this hotel and we will be back.

Manager on duty refused to give me a room with two beds because I booked on hotels.com and not direct. Rooms were available, and She did offer me a second room at full price if I needed another bed.

Overall we would give this hotel a 3 out of 5 for everything. We had called ahead of arrival to verify if cash or card were acceptable for deposit and were assured they accepted both. Only to arrive and be told card only for deposit. Going to get a first cup of coffee in the morning and the coffee was cold leftover from the day before and we had to ask 3 different people before we found someone who could change out the coffee. This was during the breakfast buffet. The room and common areas showed signs of wear but were generally clean. The beds were awesome though as well as the shower!

Free breakfast was great with lots of options. Laundry room and fitness room free for guests . Pool was calm and clean, with a fire pit and grill available for guest use. House keeping was a little slow…took most of the day for them to tend to our room, but aside from that, the service was great! 20 minutes walk /5 minute drive to HARD ROCK CASINO HOTEL and 12 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale airport.

Room had no hot water,checked shower and 2 sinks and No hot water..I should get a refund by expedia. Not a good experience.

The hotel was perfect. Very close to the Hard Rock casino. The one bedroom suite was plenty spacious, clean, and the daily breakfast was just right.

Housekeeping girls working with socks only, is that a new trend in hospitality? Just one girl was very customer service oriented. The breakfast, the room and the facilities in general were very good.

Staff was completely uncommunicative and not responsive at all. Everyone we ran into was on their phone texting or something.Nobody ever greeted us at the front desk although we spent the day together and at least seven or eight minutes, waiting for them to acknowledge us and look up from their computer screens, although the property was maintained well, and clean and the breakfast and common areas were nice. The floors in our whole room are extremely slippery not rinsed and definitely not safe. Room itself was big and clean and comfortable bedding was great.

We stayed for 2 nights for a concert, property was very clean. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Also, I was amazed how nice and quiet the property was, breakfast had a lot of choices. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good and it had its little variations from day to day on part of the menu. A little more tables would be nice since it gets crowded at certain times. Having the kitchen in the room was very covenient. I would have liked a bigger bed.

The entire experience was wonderful

The property was close to the airport and had a nice swimming pool. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our room was very dirty and gross. The floor was extremely dirty. The bottoms of our white socks were completely black after a few minutes of walking around in our room and had to be thrown out. The room smelled bad and we could not open any windows. The a/c sounded like a freight train when it was cycling all night long. The location in general was not really walking friendly to anywhere due to the highways, busy streets and construction. Very limiting.

The room was fine, there were 5 of us in it. The pool area was really nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. They had a decent selection of food. Our biggest complaint wasn't the hotel room, even tho the living room furniture was showing some wear and tear, but the front desk staff. We all (9 of us) felt like they weren't very friendly or helpful. Like we were an imposition on them. Also, the area the hotel is located at, is not a very nice area. It looked and felt pretty ghetto. The free airpot service starts at 6 am.so we were not able to use it which ment an addition cost to each of us for an Uber to the airport. I just wish the hotel was in a better neighborhood.

Everything was so convenient. The facility was clean and everything worked as it should. The lodging was comfortable for us all. There was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us! The breakfast was good and well stocked so they never ran out of anything. We all enjoyed our stay. We'll be looking for Staybridge properties again for our next family trip! There was nothing we didn't like about it.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with 6 adults. Plenty of room for everybody. The bathrooms were very spacious. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Ft Lauderdale. And the continental breakfast was pretty good too.

I stayed here so I could enjoy the Hard Rock without paying the ridiculous prices. This hotel is wonderful!! Staff is friendly and helpful. The entire place is kept very tidy and the continental breakfast was great! The pool is also really nice! We loved our stay! I’ll definitely recommend this place for those that want to have fun at the hard rocke. It’s a 2 min drive!

I truly felt right at home during my stay—it was a very pleasant experience overall. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’d especially like to recognize one of the front desk associates who made a lasting impression. I unfortunately don’t recall her name, but she is an African American woman who wore her hair in a ponytail and was working the evening shift around 7 PM at the time of my check-in. She was exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return. While my overall stay was pleasant, there were several areas that could be improved. The breakfast service was somewhat disappointing, as staff did not consistently accommodate all guests before ending service, and at times indicated that no additional food would be prepared. Additionally, the evening social snacks, which are scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri were not served on time on multiple occasions and were often cleared away prior to the stated end time of 7:00 PM. I also felt that the pool area could have been maintained more thoroughly, as it did not appear clean enough to comfortably enjoy. Lastly, I had an unfavorable interaction with a shuttle bus driver. I believe the situation could have been handled in a more professional and appropriate manner, and I was disappointed that it was not addressed accordingly.

Loved the free laundry room. Would like to be able to request a maid cleaning prior to 7 days stay. Complimentary breakfast & social hours M-W was good.

Property seemed very new with zero shortcomings.

We only stayed one night pre-cruise, and this hotel mostly met our needs. Our check in was quick and friendly. I also really liked the cucumber citrus water available near the front desk. The breakfast had good variety and was plentiful. Our room was ok, however we could never get hot water in the sink or shower. When we inquired, we were told the faucets may be backward, but we tried each way several times to no avail. I ended up microwaving water to wash my face and took a cold shower. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

The pictures online make this place seem nice, but its not great. I followed the reviews from some people loving the place, but they must have had a "one time lucky stay." When we arrived we were greeted by a women who did not smile once. Elevator alarm was going off for safety/maintenance. Get into our room, it was large which was nice. My son took the couch/pull out bed. He complained of smelling urine. I assumed he was being a drama queen as this was supposed to be a decent hotel for the price I was paying. The next morning I did some investigating as he lost sleep over it and ended up sleeping on a small chair. I SMELT IT TOO! 2 CUSHIONS SOAKED IN PEE which soaked through to the pull out bed. We left for the day, I kindly told the front desk & maintenance lady who was there too. I evened WHISPERED so I would not alarm any other guests waiting to check in or over in the dining area. They apologized, said they would get that cleaned & have a rolling bed brought in for my son. We were out for 6 hours exploring. Came back to the room, there was no rolling bed and nothing had been done. The bed cover we had reeked of pee to. Our family does not complain. We dont make a fuss. We suck it up and move on. My son slept with us that night on our bed OH! Where the wonderful TV was attached to Room 515 which WAS NOT our room. And there was no way to change it. Therefore we were unable to watch or stream any TV our entire stay either. The big breakfast they advertise? Jokes on us!!

We had just gone on our first cruise and had no idea what time we would be off the ship, and it turns out, very early! I had called ahead inquiring about an early check in thinking it would be around noon or so, and they mentioned you have to check on the day you're scheduled to arrive. Well turns out I think we got in around 9:30-10:00 am which was a surprise to us all and we inquired about early check in and they told us none was available. That's fine, they were more than accommodating allowing us to sit by the pool for awhile and wait in the lobby area. However, knowing that two parties were waiting to check in, I was a little surprised that our room wasn't ready until 2:30-2:45ish when normal check in time was 3:00. That's not necessarily a bad thing since check in time was 3 and we knew that, but we waited 4+ hours. Otherwise room was very nice, beds were comfy, staff was polite. Overall very good. Thank you.

I booked two queen beds and was put in a one queen room. The room was so dirty, i decided not to even stay there. I wasnt offerered any remedie or presented other options. I will never use your hotel again unless an attempt is made to make me whole. Absolutely horrible staff and experience. I was actually laughed at me openly, as if it pleased the staff i was having this experience.

Hotel was very clean, they kept all the hallways very nice also. And it has good parking access. I'm not crazy about the air conditioners being so close to the bed. And the breakfast bar opened at 7:30 but they didn't have anything out there yet the girl was working on it, but she didn't seem very happy. When she finally did start getting up the food filled up she seemed very irritated when the people emptied the trays quickly. Seemed like when she was back in the prep room she was doing a lot of arguing with one of the other workers, she was kind of loud.

It was a nice hotel, you can tell they were trying hard to give a good impression with cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is located in the middle of almost nowhere, there are no food venues within walking distance, and nothing at all near the hotel, recreationally speaking, at least within walking distance. For what you get and the location, it was a very expensive stay.

The Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The majority of the people I spoke with were there as we were for a cruise. I wish you and the casino and surrounding areas could figure out a way to offer shuttle service back and forth to certain places that would be amazing. The reason I picked this hotel is because of the great reviews and also the shuttle service from the airport to hotel and hotel to the pier. That is such a great gesture. We would have loved to see more of the surrounding areas but were unsure where to go. Your wonderful staff suggested the casino and that was beautiful, but we had to uber. Like I suggested a shuttle every hour on the hour would be a great added feature Nothing

Love the customer service commitment! I was told at booking that the hotel provided shuttle service to/from the FLL airport. However, upon arrival at the airport, the hotel shuttle was unavailable. The front desk person advised me to catch an Uber or taxi and said the cost would be deducted from my hotel cost. How amazing is that?! I never had that kind of service offered at any hotel! Dina was delightful and helpful at the front desk!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It smelled very clean and rooms were spotless. The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities like the pool and social hour was also good. My family of 6 was very well accommodated.

I absolutely loved my stay here and the girls at the front desk are exceptionally nice! I was so impressed with my room and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Just please be careful with the black cat. I was very surprised that it attacked my little dog the way it did. It was very aggressive.

Kiki at check in was a delight. There are 2 cats that live at the hotel & are such sweeties. We did not want to leave! Saw a concert at Hard Rock Hollywood & this hotel was a short ride away-easy to get in & out of. Free parking & an amazing free breakfast too!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived the hotel early at 11am. There was no room available. The staff did their best to get us a room prior to the check-in time. The hotel is clean. They offer free shuttle from/to airport as well as the cruise port. I would recommend staying here if we are in the area in the future.

On the first day

2 teenage boya, 8yr old girl, plus parents for 2 nights. We gave the boys the main room as the bed was a lot bigger for them to share - neither happy about this but had been warned in advance. We put extra pillows in the middle between them. Daughter took the extra bed in the other room with us. Also had a sofa bed but we had arrived from UK and we had been awake 24 hrs and didn't want to make the bed up. Knew from previous trips someone would be awake at an ungodly hour and would need the area to go to so the others could sleep Both bathrooms were excellent, the size of the kitchen and seating area was really good. Loads of space for storing suitcases, beds really comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. My daughter burnt her hand really badly on the waffle machine and no staff assisted or spoke to us. We had to ask for a first aid kit and spent over an hour trying to calm her down and decide whether she needed to go to hospital or not. Not hotels fault at all but we felt they could have shown a little concern for her. This then led to us forgetting about washing in the machine before we checked out. Realised a few hours later and rang the hotel who basically told us we had to come back and look for it. I asked staff to go and remove it from the machine and email me it was there and we would collect in 3 weeks. No contact received. Did get it back when we went back yesterday. Would stay again with Staybridge.

I only stayed one night and the suite was amazing it had everything as if it was my home.

This hotel is comfortable and generally clean. The included breakfast is simple but has enough choices to satisfy a short stay. The staff were great. The social night was a great surprise.

The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with our toilet when we first got in our room. The maintenance crew came up immediately and took care of it. The breakfast was amazing! Loved our stay!!

Value for the money was very good. Having transportation to The Hard Rock and airport is a plus. Also the breakfast was a nice bonus. Ample parking and convenient. Room was very clean with the exception of the couch, it was stained and I would not even sit on it. Needs to be steamed cleaned.

After clarifying this with the staff, I was thankfully allowed to check in early and continue my stay. However, this mix-up was stressful after a long day of travel and left a poor first impression, especially as a first-time guest. Aside from that initial issue, the rest of my stay was good and I appreciated the accommodations.

The room has smart TV which you can cast streaming from your phone/pad, which is very convenient. The room also has a small kitchen with a big refrigerator, a big microwave oven and a small stove, nice to make some quick meal when we are tired of restaurant food. Will stay there again if I visit Fort Lauderdale area.

I stayed at this hotel with my family during the transition of homes and it was literally a home away from home. Cleanliness after a busy work day plus their social hours during the week days was very pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

i spent three days there and they never cleaned my room or even throw out the garbage , never made my bed.

Great property. Everything exceeded our expectations.

As for sevice the check in was great HOWEVER once they switched over and Kiki was there forget it. We were told the shuttle leaves at 5 for the Casino so we said we would like to go she told us be there for 445 so we were and we told her we were there. The shuttle came back she didnt even tell the driver people were waiting 45 minutes later we called an uber. The fridge was to cold and couldnt change it we put 2 cesar salada in the fridge and it was a chunk of ice when we took it out.

We have been staying at this property for the last few years and it never disappoints. SUPER clean, check in and out is always fast and everyone is absolutely fabulous - especially Kiki!

Unfortunately we were told over the phone that we could have an early check in but when we got there we could not but the sitting area was comfortable and then we did get a room before regular check in. Thank you we were exhausted!!!!!!!!! Staff very helpful!!!

Given the large number of cruise passengers booking here, they need a better process for managing arrival and departure needs.

The ramps with the bumps, caused me to fall hard on the concrete. I know they are painted. But this happened at night.
