Hotel was shut down

When I went Friday to check in, the doors were locked, and everything was closed and lights turned off and everything. I was told by the valet for the building next to it that the cirque was no longer open, and it was closed due to their certificate with the other hotel, has it been expired so I was not able to stay at this hotel. This was a huge inconvenience. I had to go to four or five different hotels to try and get a room for me and my mom after we have been driving for five hours to get there.I need my refund, please.

Dirt towels in the room. Hair all over them. Toilet paper had mold all over it. All around weird and dirty

Room not up to the standards I expect from a Marriott related brand.

The Shower head, was constantly leaking water droplets when turned off, out of three white towels in the bathroom, two of them had dirty marks on them. As far as the staff, very polite, helpful and friendly. Location was quite accessible for those who would need to drive to both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas.

It was difficult to get access to the room, no housekeeping during your stay, and getting towels was difficult. Many better options nearby.

Elevators were a new concept. Key pads on the doors forced me to get on my knees, they were very low

They also don’t give card just a number which is kind of weird. And I guess there was no house keeping I was there for 3 nights and there wasn’t house keeping had to leave my trash out side and get a new towel

Parking is horrible. Valet should not cost $30 for guests staying at the hotel. I could understand for visitors. Room, pool area or rooftop wasnt well maintained.

MY MAIN TURN OFF IS THE PARKING SUITUATION. DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH TOWELS AND WASH CLOTH FOR THE ROOMS.
