Excellent location and the room was great, very neat and clean, almost brand new hotel. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was OK, what was good was the waffle maker, the cooked side with egg etc was not great, could have easily been better with better quality eggs and bacon

Always friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. As always, the breakfast was a great start to the day. We did not have a bathroom fan in our room, which would be welcome. It would be great if the hotel offered whole or 2% milk as well as skim in the breakfast bar.

That friendliness did not end there. I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning. Anyway, I would definitely recommend staying there if you in town for a few days or a couple weeks. Fridge. Stove top. Dishes etc Decently priced. Clean. Friendly. And in an area with plenty of dining options. Coffee. Stores etc etc

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. There is no jacuzzi although they do have an indoor pool. The continental breakfast was mediocre, items on the hot side were not refilled promptly.

There is no food available except frozen downstairs and the broken oven destroyed it. $10 mini dijorno. In our 1 bedroom suit that cost over 500 dollars for 28 hours total. Gross Nothing was ever done to fix it. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A GLORIFIED TRUCK STOP HOTEL

The oven ruined our food. Housekeeping couldn't stop knocking The front desk guy hates his job and was as cold as cold could be. He did nothing to make up for anything and is one of the main reasons I'll never go back.

Breakfast was limited. Needed bacon and sausage and gravy. Bar was OK. Was suppose to get a handicap room but did not. Only one hand rail. Too tired from traveling to switch.
