This is a nice extended stay hotel. The laundry area was great. Some parts of the hotel need a bit better cleaning and maintenance, but really we had a great stay.

We were in town for Sonic Temple. Hotels.com called me three times saying the property could no longer accommodate us and that they'd get another booked for us. I called the property directly, and they confirmed that our booking was still on record and that someone with another name had attempted to cancel it. It was difficult to receive/make calls at a 12-hour time of back-to-back rock concerts, so I was relieved that the hotel staff could quickly and easily confirm our stay. They held the room for us, and we were happy to come to a spacious and clean room after a full day of travel and concerts. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast options were great--especially the breakfast burritos. Thank you!

The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!

Breakfast was great I left a jacket inside of my room, and when i returned to get it it wasn't there. I can only assume one of the housekeeper kept my jacket. very disappointed about that.

Drove 4 hours to stay in the area for a concert in celebration of our daughter's 16th birthday. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no room for us after booking months in advance. Instead of calling us to tell us there was an issue with our room, we were stranded in a town that had no vacancy within 30 miles less than $1k for the night. The front desk staff offered points to make up for the loss which was no help. We missed our dinner reservations, had to cancel all other plans and were late to the concert as we had to scurry around trying to find a place to get ready. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and how they did nothing to make it right.

We really enjoyed the suite style room, the two large tvs and an above average breakfast quality and selection.

I only gave this place 2 stars because of the staff, they were wonderful. I don’t think I’ll stay here again on my next trip to the city.

They gave me a run around about my refund on a day that we left be. We left due to bad weather.

Room was great and very clean, pools very nice, that was very nice as well and breakfast was great. I was double charged for my room even after I explained to the check-in person that I had prepaid on booking.com I was still charged another $350. I mentioned to the front desk person that I had prepaid and they told me I needed to take that up with booking. After about an hour on the phone with booking and booking contacting the property I was made aware that the front desk person had made a mistake up on my check-in. This mistake has led to almost $400 being tied up while I wait for a refund. It's been several days almost a week at this point and it's very disappointing I still don't have my money
