Room was dirty

Room was clean. Was able to have my dog stay with me when traveling out of town to the Ohio Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Sutgery.

the room was clean. the beds were comfortable. the amenities were fine. the pool is small but clean it seemed. i didn't use it. the staff was nice and the manager was extremely friendly and kind.

The Hotel Was great. They guy at the front desk was very helpful with all our questions and needs. Rooms are a bit small, but was perfect for our one night stay.

Super friendly staff. Very accommodating helpful. The rooms were quite and clean. I felt very safe and comfortable 😌

Breakfast was nice, wide variety of hot and cold items; the 24 hour coffee bar was amazing. Downsides were that our room floor had not been swept, the white comforters had red and brown spots on them on multiple spots, and there was hair still in the shower drain from the last guest. The room did not have a do not disturb sign for the door either. It definitely didn’t live up to the 160/night price level. This was a mid tier hotel at best.

The hallway was filthy!! Gobs of what looked like hairballs and clumps of dirt remained throughout our entire 3 day stay. Never a vacuum passed I booked an accessible room because my husband has had his hips replaced 3 times and cannot lift his leg over a standard bathtub to get in & out. Don't judge me, Lady! The room was at the very end of the hall, furthest from the elevator, which seemed cruel to me. The room was majorly disappointing! Not even a closet, only hooks on the wall. The blackout shade had multiple larger than pin sized holes in it, so the first morning we were awakened by very bright sunshine. So much better than the second morning when there was a power surge and when the electricity came back on, the TV blared at us because whomever used it last had the volume turned all the way up. Thanks for that. But the kicker was the ceiling in the bathroom crumbling onto me while I was taking a shower. When we complained at checkout, we were told the manager would give us a call, which never happened. DO NOT STAY HERE. It sucks. And PS to the people who said they had a great breakfast; you must have never stayed in a hotel before because the food was barely edible and lacking on every level.

Great coffee, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room was great, bed comfy, lots of large pillows. The room was handicap and it's at the end of hall far from elevator. My husband is in a power chair, but I'm not and it was a long walk !!! the side table should be on hinges, for my husband has to use a slide board,he was top far down, so I had to pull him up to his pillows.

Clean room, quiet, easy to get in and out
