The location was great and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The room was was in an convenient location with a excellent local restaurant connected to the location. The room was within walking distance of the funicular that traveled up to the top of the mountain the Heidelberg Castle. I did not have parking for my vehicle, which was not available. I did not find that option on the website, so we had to use one of the local parking spots.

Very nice room, boutique style hotel. Great central location, walkable to everything in the old town. Everything met it exceeded our expectations.

The location Nothing special about this place. Utilitarian design, nothing beautiful, expected it to be more modern for the price, really boring furniture, the bare minimum.

Location was central and very convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Quiet location ( room 55). If one has a room overlooking the beer garden, it be rather noisy during the season. Pretty dining rooms with excellent cuisine and very friendly staff. Perfect parking in a private garage with elevator up to the room. Well located historic buildings. Nothing.

Characteristic building at a perfect location.

Room. No AC, so necessary to open windows for circulation. Bugs swarmed around lights due to open windows at night. (no screens) Difficult to navigate with cane and suitcases. Unable to find English channels TV...poor wifi/internet connection.

It was very warm, and there is no air conditioning.

Good location No air conditioning!!! Very very hot !! - what looked like a nice outdoor coffee spot when we booked was in fact part of a 400 seat restaurant that rocked hard till 11:00 each night - very very loud !! - can’t even get a coffee in the am and staff hang around and smoke at the front entrance - worst stay of my 3 weeks in Europe!!

It’s in a great location, the hotel has super friendly staff, and the accompanying restaurant has great food and amazing beer. I gave some friends who have been in Germany for 5 years say the meals were really great. The staff interacted with my children and made them feel at home. We weren’t out late so it was awesome to take beers, food, dessert back to our rooms to let the kids unwind while the parents can enjoy a brew. It was nice to actually see and smell them brewing beer! Staff was super attentive and friendly. I would totally come back again. Because of the heat we had to have windows open, and we were facing the outdoor part of the restaurant and there were a lot of smokers. I know it’s common but we got a lot of smoke. The fridge in the room didn’t really keep things cold but we also didn’t ask for a different one we just dealt with it.

Typical German bed problem - two twin beds just pushed together, with a wide gap between them. Host also told us breakfast would be at 7am, but forgot to tell us that on weekend it start at 8am instead. So we paid for a breakfast but has to leave for our train before it opened.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kulturbrauerei in Heidelberg. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was. The entire place smelled amazing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was so well organized, and you could really see the attention to detail. The bed was one of my favorite parts — incredibly comfortable and cozy, just perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. And the breakfast… absolutely delicious! It was generous, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Heidelberg. I felt right at home. Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Heidelberg.
