The staff was cheerful and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Although the price was great, it is time for replacement of some of the broken and stained furniture and carpet.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel am Rathaus in Heidelberg. The location is excellent and easy to reach , well sign posted as well. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel . The room size is good . The mattresses were a bit soft for our comfort. The room is clean and tidy. The only complain from our side is the bed being soft

We had an amazing stay at Hotel am Rathaus . The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good. We'll definitely be back!

The location was good, and the room was huge, but could use some updating. It was noisy in the morning and was very light. The curtains didn't block the light. The parking requires a little walk.

Small simpel hotel right in the center of the city. A lot of noise from the square with the bars. Not an issue for use but be aware.

My one night rate was Euro 125.1. When I was checked out, I paid 150 Euro in cash. The guy did not hand me the changes. What a greedy person!

Good location The place was old and dirty (e.g. fridge and bathroom). We requested a baby bed which was unstable and dirty with residues of dirt from previous kids. The floor was crooked and on top of that, despite being with a baby and the place did not have an elevator, they gave us a room in the 4th floor and I had to carry up and then down all the stuff.

Lovely heritage hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was simple but comfy. Conveniently situated around the corner from the Schloss Heidelberg. The whole area is very picturesque, lots of places to eat right at your doorstep. Heidelberg is a university town and on a Saturday night, all the kids like to hang out in the square right next to the hotel. Sadly they kept up the noise all night.
