Our room had a cute little sun room area. We loved it! the breakfast was great. great value.

Love this hotel. The area is special; it has a bit of a remote feeling and is very quiet. Lovely houses and trees and right across the street from the Bosch Museum. It's a nice walk to the castle and the old town. It's a bit inconvenient if you want to go somewhere to eat right away (there's nothing really nearby), but it is easy to get food delivered plus breakfast is great and there's a fridge in the hotel room. Very nice and helpful staff and a beautiful view of the river from our hotel window.

Historic building near the castle. Good breakfast. Reasonable pricing.

We were on the top floor and there are a quite a few stairs to climb to get there. If you have any mobility issues I would definitely check beforehand to be sure you're booked on a lower floor. They did offer to bring suitcases up if we needed them to.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There was insufficient room for parking for all the guests. The facility need some maintenance

Great breakfast!

Not enough parking spaces. Only 4. And I very hard time finding spots on the street because of construction. Our room was on the top floor. That was alot of stairs to climb. But only with the suitcases was it really bad.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at out of the many I’ve been to.

Clean and comfortable beds, a really spacious room, and everything you need inside—slippers, soap, towels. Daily cleaning. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was plentiful and delicious. Perfect location—just across the street from the small, cozy Carl Bosch Museum and a 15-minute walk from the Сastle along a beautiful street. I asked for sandwiches on departure because we were really tight on time for our train. I didn’t know if I would be able to buy food on the way, and a really pleasant woman at the reception made them for me free of charge. Thanks a lot! The room could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t a big issue—just some dust from the trees since it was on the ground floor. Unfortunately, there was a moldy smell in the room, but we just aired it out. No fan in the bathroom.

It was rather dirty.

Great place to stay in Heidelberg, beautiful location in the hills near the castle, great staff, clean rooms, and wonderful breakfast.

Very quiet A little run down.

Very good

The bathroom is quite small. Breakfast doesn't have much to choose from. For the price should be better.

We liked our room, the breakfast room and breakfast itself too. The receptionist was very helpful. The location is beautiful., in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. We also appreciated the oil paintings on the walls. Well, if you come without a car, your way down to the Old Town and back to the hotel will be complicated and may be tiring, depending on your physical condition. A half hour (at least) of quite steep descent and climb.

The view of the trees from the window in the bedroom was nice. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The private bathroom facility was too small and could use an update.

We booked a family room, which suited our needs, with easy access. We ride motorcycles & the hotels location is high above the town, with some tricky hair pin bends to manoeuvre. It is in a beautiful area but it’s a fair walk down and had to taxi home.
