Very clean, dog friendly and nice staff Found it odd that there was an additional $5 fee for self parking in a surface lot in a rural area. Yes it is a small fee but just seemed like a nickel and dime the customer situation.

Great hotel

Had a rocky start, but the staff was very welcoming. Room was immaculate and it was close to everything!

Present individual at the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was very surprised to be given a five dollar per night charge for parking

Fitnesses area was large with variety of machines and equipment . A big negative is that they charge you to park there. I’ve never had this at a hotel like this. Typically that’s only in big cities.

The hotel has a great location, not far off the highway and near all the shops and restaurants in the area. The pool looked nice but unfortunately we were unable to use it as we got in too late. The breakfast was just okay and the coffee wasn't great. But, we were able to check-in early so we could freshen up and rest before going out again. The $5 parking fee was unexpected but not terribly expensive, so okay. The setup of the room was perfect for us with the 2 beds and the pull out sofa bed. And the view from our room was unexpectedly beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

the room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows I found were too soft. The bathroom door was very annoying because you can't keep it open....it would automatically shut. Loved having a kitchen. I think having a rolling tub full of towels at the front desk is awful. Just doesn't look good. I understand the front desk person can fold towels when not busy but looks cheap!!!!

The room had an odor and the bathroom smelled sour

absolutely everything

This is to the parents and teens if your room #is above the 1st floor. People on the floors below you can hear everything such as; jumping off the beds, running in the rooms, stomping your feet and dropping items on the floor. Parents tell your children to be respectful of others in rooms below you. Owners of Hiltons and their hotels, why not put parents with children on the ground floor rooms. That would solve many problems. Just a thought.

It was alright. It could have been a little warmer. But the variety of choice's were great. The eggs and sausage could have been warmer. Maybe put then in a covered warming tray

I liked the space in the suite for my entire family to be comfortable and sleep for the night without getting in each other's way. No complaints, the experience as a whole was great, highly recommend Hilton over other hotels.

Oh, and they have doggie treats at the check in desk for our little Domino, which she really appreciated. Only slight negative is that they now charge $5/night for parking ($50 max/stay). I find that annoying, especially in areas like this where there is plenty of parking.

The pull out couch was terrible and no blankets/pillows in the room for it. The elevator’s button was not working properly. The front desk staff was very helpful.
