Our weekend was amazing! What a beautiful view and hotel! The staff was wonderful and the ambiance was incredible. We had a great meal at In Between the Trees and a good experience at the spa. The price was pretty hefty so it may be our only visit but it was very nice.

This hotel is stunning! It is perfectly located on the falls in downtown, with all the great shopping in walking distance. Our rooms were fresh, very clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was great and it is beautifully decorated. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property and gorgeous surroundings. We enjoyed our stay overall, and the hotel had many great qualities. Unfortunately, the shower in our room had mold, which was disappointing and indicated that the cleaning could have been more thorough. It didn’t ruin our trip, but I hope management addresses this issue because the hotel otherwise has so much to offer.

Great property, great location! Beds and linens amazing. Wish the lobby bar was a little larger and more efficient…We always like a drink before we head out to dinner and there is minimal seating and the gals working is extremely slow.

The biggest disappointment was the check-in experience. Before arriving, I requested a room overlooking the trees and waterfall and never received a response. At check-in, we agreed to pay for an upgraded room on that side of the hotel and selected one of the options presented to us. However, when we returned later that day, the promised room was no longer available and we were instead assigned a different room that did not match what had been agreed upon. Only after asking to speak with a manager were we offered another room that aligned with the upgrade we had selected. While we appreciated the eventual resolution, the experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful. At a luxury property, guests shouldn’t have to advocate so hard to receive what was promised.

Beautiful place to stay, smelled amazing inside the lobby and all the details of the furniture and light fixtures and statues! Excellent location for the river and downtown. Will definitely be back!

Amazing spot! We loved the hotel. It was super clean and close to everything that we wanted to see in Greenville. It’s great architecture ace interior design in a wonderful spot on the river- it made it an incredibly peaceful place.

I love the welcome drink at the Bohemian and the helpful staff! I also love that they welcome dogs! And the art is so impressive.
