Had trouble with plumbing after check in but the staff quickly moved our room and upgraded to a larger room at no extra charge. Staff and hotel were great!

Very nice, clean, and mostly quiet hotel. Given the proximity to Main Street, there is some outdoor noise if you are facing the street, but not bad at all. We would stay again.

We were in town for bridal dress shopping and we stayed at the hotel and we loved it. They were incredibly kind to me my mom and my fiancé and I cannot wait to stay there again some other time.

Not great, not bad. Your normal basic hotel. Biggest annoyance was none of the water stations working on any floor.

I loved my stay. I ran out of money, otherwise I'd still be there.

Getting there! GPS couldn't navigate because of the road closures. Not the fault of the hotel, of course. It would have been helpful to have a simple navigation map showing an alternative route though.

Great hotel, and excellent location Just like all the hotels in the area, they jack up the prices whenever there is a special event in town.

Great location! also restaurant had a nice outdoor area. Grateful for complimentary coffee in the morning. Rooms were large with big windows.

The service was impeccable from the valet to the room. Ate on the premise. Used the fitness facility. And wandered the beautiful town. Really nothing comes to mind.

Beautiful and clean, great location. Wish there was a place to just get a bagel or small bite instead of paying for buffet.

I called before arriving and asked someone at the front desk if there were any events in Greenville for the weekend and they told me they didn’t know and to call the Chamber of Commerce. Because she didn’t know we missed most of the St. Patrick’s parade. Very disappointing for my family.

The hotel was absolutely amazing the only thing that would make this hotel better would be a nice hot tub and pool.
