Long story short .. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!! Not a lot of average hotels in this area, so I’m glad about this one! The only drawback is the breakfast choices. A lot to be desired in that area. But as I said… I would definitely stay again.

Parking was great, plenty of space. The rooms were nice overall, but dusty in some areas (like top of desk) and saw strands of someone's hair in the bathroom.

We had the door stop on our room flip over and lock us out as we were loading for an early morning departure. Staff quickly got us back in!

The room is kind of small. The seating area had one chair. I thought it would have a couch and a table at least. Other than that, it did the job I needed it to do.

Very clean hotel with a convenient drive to High Point and near shops and restaurants for a quick errand or bite to eat. This is my second stay at this Tru for HPMKT.

For my experience, the breakfast was great! We are always looking for something light and fast - and this delivered above average experience. Great coffee, good selection of fresh food items and easy to pick up and go! I wish the location was a little easier to find, the entrance is a bit tucked behind things and the road signs are not visible. All in all it was great location, safe, secure and well lit.

Clean, modern, breakfast was fine. Noisy. Chairs from floor above noisy. Walls did not seem very quiet. Made a request for a special room and was not provided it.

Overall the place is beautiful! Having to pay a $260 incidentals was insane and to have your locals to be subjective to this type of treatment is appoling. The manager was very adamant to the point of being an jerk. Overall the place is beautiful!

It was clean and the staff were amazing. We came up for a dance competition and majority of us stayed at this hotel. Jordan was able to get us checked in early and she showed us grace and true professionalism while she was working her shift! We were sad that weren’t going to see her before we left!!! The property was perfect
