They claim to recently have done renovations on the website. Tiles in the bathroom was cracked and hallway on the floors of the room stinks. Bugs in the rooms. I would rather sleep on the streets than to ever book at any other Comfort Inn. Staff try to tell me it's normal thing in North Carolina to have those bugs.

Very good

The hotel was just what we needed that night - a comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay as we visited Greensboro for a family gathering. Nice to have basic breakfast items and coffee to start the day. It had plenty of parking near the front entrance and was easy to access. The AC system was easy to adjust so that it was not too overpowering and kept the room comfortable. In some hotels the HVAC system can be hard to adjust well.

Truly, a blessing staff is very kind. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel manages its facility very well. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Linens were well taken care of. Breakfast bar met every expectation and more. Front desk staff handled maintenance concern quickly. Could not have asked for a better experience. If I return to Greensboro I would stay here again.

This place gave me a set of keys that didn't unlock the side door that was closest to my room lol! Wtf??? How much more could you have inconvenienced me?

It was decent for what it was. It's not fancy, but it's fine. Everything was clean, but outdated. The breakfast was always good, and it is close walking distance to some other places. It was convenient to park and to get around. I would suggest bringing your own shampoo/conditioner as theirs was no good. There is a CVS close by, though!

Would stay again. Central access to many locations for a visit of the town.

Much quieter than many hotels I've been in. Parking lot was full when we left Sunday morning but I didn't hear any noise in the hallway or from other rooms. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was provided at no extra charge. Lots of parking.

Bug problem. Stay away. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I stayed 3 nights while attending a wake and funeral. The first 2 nights were uneventful and at the time I thought I would gladly come back. The third night I woke up with a giant cockroach crawling on me in the bed. After chasing and killing it, and after a long shower, I went down to inform the staff. They corrected me and said it was a water bug which acknowledged that they knew of their pest problems and it was not an isolated incident. I had taken a picture of it before I killed it which I showed to a retired exterminator friend. He confirmed for me that it was a female Oriental Cockroach in my room.

Perfect location for us to visit our grandson at Guilford College. Less than 10 minutes away from their campus and ballfield, and it is close to his favorite restaurants for dinner that evening!

The good: • Check in was pleasant - Terry was very helpful and nice. • Staff was very polite and helpful. • Short drive to plenty of quick good food. The not so good: • The general area felt sketchy at times. • Parking was not the best and side doors would not open with room keys (although I did notice they did for some other guests) so we had to walk around the entire building at night. • Mechanical type noises across the floor were more frequent and louder than normal. It may have just been the room we were assigned (i.e. our luck of the draw). • Breakfast was not what we hoped for. • Amenities (i.e. workout area, pool, outdoor seating, etc.) were either lacking or non-existent. In fairness - amenities are not why we choose this hotel.

Did not use the laundry service, the work accommodations were adequate for my needs.

We had a spacious room and everything was great. Our check in clerk was courteous and helpful. We had a nice breakfast this morning. We will definitely be back to this location.

The photos online seemed new and clean and that was not the experience. Our first room smelled of marijuana. The room they moved us to was musty and smelled like they hadn’t run the air conditioner in weeks. Was not a great experience for us.

The beds are hard as rock. Orange juice was brown. Things seemed to be fall8ng apart in our room

**Loud teenagers on hallway even after I called down and reported! **Toilet was stopped up. Desk attendant brought me a plunger. I couldn’t unstop toilet so had to go downstairs each time one of us had to use bathroom! **Traffic was loud all night because e were place in a room facing the highway *Requested late check out and was denied! Requesting FULL refund of stay. I’ll never stay there again!!!

Courteous staff- the rooms are less then impressive- bathroom was terrible- tiles falling off and drain completely backed up-

Room was clean and nice. The motel itself was in a good area and clean. The reason for 3 stars is I booked 2 queen beds and I received 2 double beds. Beds were so small we could barely have room for us. So if you book queen dont expect queen. Another reason is the entire motel smelled like weed.

We chose this particular Comfort Inn because of the reviews on Hotels.com. We were not disappointed. Even though the premises are not new, everything is kept up well. The cleanliness throughout made it feel like it was a better than a hotel in its class. The bed was comfortable though the comforter was too warm. The bathroom was super clean with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers whose contents felt superior. The breakfast was good though the addition of some fresh fruit would have been nice. Overall, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

I was greatly disappointed in the condition. Usually these hotels are very nice. This trip was not, dirty bathroom, hair in sink, tub and the floors. The tub had mold. I reported it to the front desk. They need a different and better cleaning crew for sure.

Check in was easy. Breakfast had a good deal of options. The staff did a very good job of keeping up. The only issue was fitness rooms weight machine didn’t have any way of using it.

Fitness Center: Broken Equipment (one arm Elliptic Machine) Torn up floor (unsafe to walk on). Breakfast (no healthy choices) and out of eggs and sliced bread by 8 am, cereal was stale. Room 404: moldy shower grout, discolored/stained shower tiles, bathroom switch did not work for hair blower. Computer chair @ the room was so ragged and peeled off it would not be accepted as a donation anywhere in the USA. Attempted to speak to the general manager who was visible in her office, while I was checking out. The front desk person basically disregarded my request and ask me to just talk to her. After 23 years of loyalty and several similar bad experiences @ Comfort Inns I feel that is time for me to start looking at other hotel chains for future travels.

Multiple dining options available within walking distance near by. On shuttle route for HPMKT.Room was clean, but quite tired (peeling swivel chair, bathroom finishes, and general wear) — could use a bit of a refresh. Convenient breakfast and coffee provided. Would stay again for business

Only negative feedback is pool is out of service for repairs but all other areas within the hotel have been great! It’s located near several dining spots that are within easy walking distance. I don’t know how they have such good reviews. I checked in around 10pm to find the room warm, damp, and smelling like mildew. I was able to turn the AC on which was good, but as I turned on the lights I noticed hairs and dust on the baseboards in the bathroom. It looked so gross. And I made the mistake of looking around the mattress; thankfully no visible bed bugs, but spots on the bed skirt that looked like vomit. I talked myself into sleeping, since I had a long travel day, but decided to check out around 7am. I had planned for 3 nights and booked through Expedia for

Nice stay at Comfort Inn, Greensboro. Clean room, easy check-in, excellent hot breakfast. Only problem was microwave in room did not work.

The room had a few things that need to be addressed. The cabinets above the bar sink were in horrible condition. The bathroom shower tiles had paint that was peeling in many places

Whoever the painters were did a terrible job. Clumps of paint in the bathtub marks on trim. They just did not do a good job.

No bottled water was available and the vending machines only took cash. Front desk staff told me I could get cash from the ATM but it was out of service. The furniture in our room showed severe signs of wear (chairs seats were worn through), water damage at the top of the window.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed here a few times and never had any issues.

Everything was great except the vending machine. It would only take $1 bills or change. They need to be able to access debit cards or larger bill denominations for easier access.

Both the Hotel, and the individual room that I/we stayed in, was obviously very respectably clean. The atmosphere was, overall, nicely quiet as well.

Everything has been fantastic, but when we arrived we had to walk through people smoking weed in driveway. They were nice people, but we just prefer not to have to walk through clouds of it.

Wonderful overnight stop on the way to Myrtle Beach. Pleasant, helpful and courteous front desk with good suggestions for dinner. So many restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very good stay on our way to Myrtle Beach. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The room was nice and cool and not too loud. The only thing I would liked was a small nightlight in the bathroom as the room was very dark, but I need to learn to pack one of my own. The front desk staff were also very nice, especially the red-head at the desk when I checked in.

Made a one night stop. It was a good, clean room and typical breakfast buffet. Took note, that they had plastic utensils in a package and apples wrapped in clear plastic wrap which indicated to me that they care about food safety. Front desk experience was good too.

I didn't like that the tub had the drain closed and water in it, and the tile is peeling off the shower wall. I didn't plan to shower here anyways, so no big deal. When I pulled the sheets back, there were 2 black hairs on them under the covers and that was disappointing to see, because everything else here is pretty good. I ended up just taking the sheet off the bed.

Front desk personnel were all very nice and helpful. Location is great and easily accessible to anything you need.

It was really a lovely Hotel and the staff were friendly.

The staff in the lobby were not very nice and or approachable. Several times I had to go up to get quarters for laundry and ask questions and I was met with uncomfortable silence, as if I was taking their time away or looking annoyed for asking.

Staff friendly and accommodating

I called to hotel in advance to let them know I was arriving early and needed to check in early for a funeral that afternoon. I requested two joint rooms. And was told I would be able to check early and that two rooms joint together would be set aside for me and party. But when we arrived, they change my reservation to different rooms claiming they don’t hold rooms for guest. So I was a little disappointed with that. Felt I was not fully accommodated. Everything else was fine.

Overall, I definitely liked this place. It was a great, convenient location with lots of food options nearby, and quite reasonably priced for the 2 nights I was there, even though I booked somewhat last minute.

Ceiling was coming down all over. Toilet was from a preschool, pillows belong on a couch for throw pillows. Front desk kept locking me out and yelling at me for opening the doors manually.
